We only stayed one night so we were able to catch the fast boat to the Gilli's the next morning. Very comfortable stay, lovely pool and excellent breakfast. Was perfect for our overnight stay. Excellent location to meet the fast boat.

It was disappointing that we pre-booked transport from the airport to the hotel however the hotel forgot to send a driver to meet us so we had to organise a driver last minuet outside the airport. Maybe if doing this in the future I would check in with the hotel via messaging on the app or thru WhatsApp just before flying. When we contacted the hotel thru WhatsApp from the airport communication was difficult.

The hotel has a really nice vibe, Very relaxing! We stayed one night just to take the boat to gili trawangan! They booked the tickets for us and they explained everything in every detail at our check in! The fast boat is right in front of the hotel! We ate there and the food was really good! We had an experience during our stay! They called everyone during the night because there was a big fire close to the hotel! Everyone had to evacuate the room! We stayed in the hall, they were very kind and helpful, they offered water and fruits! Even in this situation they really make you feel safe and comfortable!

Amazing delicious breakfast, staff in restaurant were all very friendly with big smiles. Room was very clean and comfy. We also booked the taxi pick up from airport through the hotel, the driver was super friendly and sent us his location via whatsapp. all worked out perfect. Hotel was a bit overpriced for what we got compared to others we stayed at, but it has convenient and close location to the ferry pier to take the Ekajaya ferry to Gili Air. We could walk the few meters to the pier with our luggage. They also offered luggage storage as our ferry departed late.

We loved the comfort and the cool of the room. The food was amazing—we had our lunches, breakfast and dinner there. We were able to communicate with the hotel days prior to our arrival and our pre-arrival. We arrived early and still they had the room ready and booked us in. The Staff and Reception were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We highly recommend the resort.

We did not stay long enough to take advantage of their diving/scuba/tour services. We wished we could have stayed longer—we were in transition to our way to the Gillis. We are definitely coming back and staying longer. The resort and the village are worth it.

Very friendly staff, great location for diving or for the ferry, good restaurant and nice clean rooms. We stayed 3 nights to do some diving.

None of this was the fault of the hotel which is clearly trying hard to provide an excellent experience. Noise due to work that was happening at hotel couldn't really have been avoided. Ferry noise all over Padang Bai. Pool was in corridor area of hotel without much space for seating. The road gets busy outside the hotel at peak ferry times.

The breakfast was excellent, we also ate dinner and had coffee which was also very good, the photos don’t do the rooms justice. The family rooms are a great option for families with 2 large rooms and 2 bathrooms with an interconnecting door. Good location for the ferry. Wish we’d stayed longer. Excellent customer service too.

Water pressure on the shower was very low so recommend you use the hand shower attachment which was much better. (Not a criticism of the hotel)

Our stay was very nice and the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect because it’s nearby the harbor, but it’s not noisy. The restaurant is very tasty and not that expensive. You also have nice view spots nearby. The room was clean and the airco and WiFi worked properly.

We can’t give this place a 10 because there were lots of mosquitoes in the room, probably due to the humidity from the swimming pool. Perhaps placing a net in the room would be worth it?

Staff is amazing pool area is just stunning! Stayed only one night as my hostel was hard to reach in Padang Bai while there was storms and heavy rain - happy that I spent the extra money to stay here! The restaurant has really nice local food and the best draft beer I had in Bali so far!

I could hear the staff and other guests talking at night in Room 105. But that was it, sheltered from the wind and rain I could sleep well 🙂

We stayed a night before hopping on a boat to the Gilis. The location was perfect for transfers, and we were picked up from the airport by the hotel, which made life easy with a late night arrival. Rooms were really comfortable - bar fridge and kettle in the room were welcomed. The hotel has a real colonial feel to it. Breakfast was simple, with some eggs, rice, toast and home made jams and yoghurt. Would stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff, two nicely designed pools. Excellent breakfest. Big room. Everything looked very new. Everything was clean. All together a really enjoyable stay.

When I checked out I wanted to pay my accumulated bills by credit card but the device they used claimed insufficient funds. This made me very nervous and I had to make some very costly phone calls to be reassured that everything was OK. Maybe a newer device would be helpful here. The hotel organized a Taxi from the airport, which is helpful. To get back to the airport I wouldn't use the hotel's service again. There are many Taxis around the corner for quite a bit less money.
