Loved the pool, and shadey quiet garden. Loved the balcony looking over the pond. Loved the room and spacious ensuite. Loved the food. Loved the friendly yet discreet staff. Loved the reasonable price. 5-minute walk from the sea and a 'shack by the beach'-type eatery looking out over the black pebble-beached bay. A great stopover on the way to Amed.

Nice overnight stay in Amlapura. Staff welcoming and friendly. Wifi good. Bed comfortable. Good size room with door to outside balcony with seating. I was on 2nd floor. Parking onsite for car. Bathroom was big but needs a bit of an upgrade. Breakfast nice omelette and drink. Very big swimming pool. Big dining area. Staff said cottages were 20 years old. I would say in its day would have been very nice. Still ok but needs some money put into it. Very good value.

Good value stay with nice staff

A quiet, restful and relaxing place, old in a good way, a very short distance from the shore. Large room with shower and toilet ensuite, and a balcony overlooking a large goldfish pond shaded by trees. The pool is a large one. Has a sort of old oriental vibe. Served th e best pancakes ever!

Big room with balcony, spacy bathroom half open, comfortable bed, very friendly staff. Good location close to Jasri beach, walking distance, good for watch sunset or sunrise. The hotel has nice territory with fish pounds, pool is big and deep, but a lot of chemical.

Missed rubbish bin in the room, also could be good to privide some soap or shampoo. Aircon didn't want to switch on when we arrived, but was possible to fix.

Proximity it’s an untapped gem 💎 of a place do relaxing away from the rat race truly got to unwind in a simple surrounds with our own fish ponds to feed hiding koi walk to beach and chocolate factory surf point etc best pool peace and quiet on a budget value 👍 Nadi for breakfast 😋 Kindest family and cute dog

Very spacious, clean room in an excellent location. So quiet and peaceful and nice to wake up to birds and nature :) The owners were extremely kind and helpful and helped with renting a bike and transport to the airport. On my way to the airport I accidently left my wallet with bank cards and ID in the room. The owners very kindly organised someone to transport it to the airport for me and I made my flight just in time. This saved me a huge amount of stress and I am extremely grateful for their kindness and help - anything I needed, they were happy to help. Thank you so much and see you next time!

The place is far from street, so you can sleep quietly. Everything is clean and a room is spacious. There is A/C which is very good, because at night time There is really hot without it. Staff is super friendly and lovely. The pool is super large! And you can hear the sound Of waves Which is very nice!

There is no hot water in the shower so in the Evening it’s a little bit to cold to shower. And there are no trash cans in the toilet, only in room.

A taste of traditional Bali before the 90’s. But there was air conditioning, a flushing toilet and a pool. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cold water showers took a bit of getting used to.

Clean, spacious, comfortable accommodation in a good location, well priced and run by nice family. A great stop to explore Virgin Beach

The local beach isn’t that sandy but Virgin Beach makes up for that.

It was nice and peaceful and loved the big fish pond. Was good hearing the waves from my room, and Wayan and hosts were very friendly, even showing me around town.
