We stayed here for two nights and we did enjoy it greatly. The staff is helpful and kind. We really loved the outside garden and the pool. We were here in the off-season and we could have used the pool by ourselves. We also could leave our belongings after the check-out at the reception, which helped a lot. The breakfast was simple, but exactly for the money you pay for this stay.

The rooms could use a bit updating, some amenities are a bit outdated.

The hotel is small compared with some other hotels and that is one of the reasons we loved this hotel, we booked 3 rooms and they were absolutely great, very comfortable and very good size too. The grounds and gardens were beautiful and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good and although we had to order the night before, the breakfast menu was more than adequate and quite enjoyable, we don't like buffet breakfast so having a la cart breakfast was great.

there was nothing that we dislike in this hotel we loved it, the only very minor thing was that the TV was a bit difficult to operate but this quickly fixed by the friendly staff , this was not a problem at all as we don't watch that much TV anyway.

I love the location and the privacy of the property. The staff are amazing as always and so very helpful and welcoming. Nothing is too hard or any trouble and anything can be sourced if required.

I have been coming to Rossa Gardens for 13 years and and sadly the property is starting to look a bit unloved, since my last visit in 2019 before Covid. Property Owners need to repair internal and external walls for the major rising damp problem in ALL buildings. Serious water damage occurring under the paintwork inside and outside. The beautiful gardens and established trees and plants are not manicured like they have been over the previous decade of visits. A beautiful garden that is looking a bit scruffy. No dedicated daily gardener like there used to be.

Wonderful garden, good location. Staff are very helpful and kind, they help you with anything. Pool is beautiful and clean.

Choice of breakfast was poor for long term stay, but when we mentioned it, staff offered more option for us. Room was clean, but the sink and the bath not really.

My room number 101 was huge, I’d happily live in it. The king bed was so comfortable, and I slept so well every night. Room was cleaned everyday, unless I asked them to leave it. Substantial breakfast served every morning, not a buffet, but did have a variety of choices from the menu. The garden was lovely and well maintained. The pool was clean and not crowded, I was always able to get a sun bed. The staff were incredibly obliging and happy to help with all my requests. Massage available under the fan cooled bales were great. I will definitely return to Rossa Garden Hotel.

There was no restaurant to have lunch or dinner in the hotel, and no bar.

The whole atmosphere of the property was inviting and friendly. The staff already knew who we were when we came down for our first breakfast. Definitely makes you feel special. It was a little out of the main Candi Dasa area and was quiet.

The water pressure was low. I have long hair and it was troublesome trying to wash it. I used the shower at the pool to give my hair a good rinse so I didn’t need to wash it again.

The hotel staff was really kind and always helpful for every request you might have. The place is very calm and quiet if you want to have a peaceful stay in Candidasa. Bed was extremely comfortable and big!

The bathroom and the whole water situation. Pressure was often off and the water was very heavy chlorine smell.

We booked rooms for 20 people and the place was great for groups but also for the many couples that were there too. We loved how clean it was and location was great! The staff were SUPER friendly and helpful. They helped us organise a boat to gilli t and day trip snorkelling around the local area.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to ensure we had a fabulous honeymoon. The floating breakfast they provided for us was fantastic,and there was nothing that the staff wouldn't do to help make your stay at Rossa Garden a comfortable one.

Lovely peaceful place to stay. The staff were lovely. The breakfasts were good and we really enjoyed staying there. Will definitely be going back
