Our stay at Palm Spring Bali Dive Resort was simply incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the outstanding service. The rooms were impeccably clean and offered a breathtaking mountain view, which added a whole new level of beauty to our experience. The resort's swimming pool was a favorite spot for us to unwind, with its inviting atmosphere and well-maintained facilities. One of the highlights of our stay was the scuba diving experience and cooking class offered by the resort. We had an unforgettable time exploring the underwater world and learning new culinary skills. Additionally, the food served at the resort's restaurant was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, making every meal a delightful experience. Overall, our time at Palm Spring Bali Dive Resort was nothing short of amazing. The combination of exceptional service, stunning mountain views, relaxing pool, exciting activities like scuba diving and cooking classes, and mouthwatering food made our stay truly memorable. Oh my goodness this place is a gem! I can't wait to go back. Nyoman and the staff were fantastic. The rooms large and bed super comfy. Massage was great. The bird life put on a show at dusk. Plonk yourself poolside and watch as I'm sure they do it every night! Get up early to watch the sunrise! Pic attached no filters. The diving just wow!! Easy shore dives literally a 2mtr walk with gear on and you're in the water. The Liberty wreck was amazing. Ammen my dive guide was brilliant. I just can't fault Palm Springs for the price. A secluded piece of paradise and I'll be booking another visit asap.

Not much to be honest. As it's fairly new it's missing some of the little touches like fridge in room. I think the lighting in room could be a little softer, especially for reading.

Simply fantastic! The location is breathtaking. The resort is set on a hillside with beautiful gardens and a huge pool. The view of the sea and the beautiful sunrises make everything even more perfect! The rooms are spacious and modern, the bed is comfortable. The owners Melati and Scott are two gems, they and their team do everything to make your stay unforgettable. They put together and organized several individual tours for me, each one was fantastic. They even gave me hidden secrets and travel tips about bali, so that I could plan my further travels with local knowledge. In general they and their whole team were very helpful and friendly, I felt like at home. The icing on the cake is the in-house diving school, very professional and customized. Nyoman takes excellent care of everything, the dive groups consist of a maximum of 2 people, which makes the macro dives even more perfect than they already are here in Tulamben. I can really only recommend this resort, there is no better price/performance on bali! I would come back anytime, thanks to everyone for making my stay so fantastic!

I am absolutely amazed with the garden! The hotel is so new and modern, and you can say that its taken care of with love. Everything is so clean and well maintained. Friendly and kind staff. I enjoyed the ocean view at the Sea view room in the mornings. Huge balcony, lots of space (much appreciated). The pool looks fantastic. Stunning Mount Agung view.

I didn't expect that the hotel would be sooo good. I definitely want to come back here. So, here are just a few things that would be "nice to have": - Bed lamp - Adjustable shower head

The rooms are very modern and clean, and the bed was large and one of the more comfortable ones we’ve had during our travels around Bali. The garden is absolutely beautiful; it was so nice and relaxing to chill around the pool and enjoy the mountain, ocean, and the green garden! The food at the in-house restaurant is really balanced, and everything we ate tasted fresh and was of high quality. The sourdough bread was such a nice surprise; we weren’t expecting to find such good bread in the middle of quiet Tulamben! The view is beautiful at sunrise; it's right in front of the pool, and we can see this beautiful sun rising above the ocean. We really found no need to step outside the resort. We did an open course and an advanced course here; the dive team did a great job, and we really enjoyed our dives. They have very helpful and friendly staff that made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. You won’t regret your stay here!

The place is quiet and peaceful. Great view of Mt Agung from our room. Food from the restaurant was excellent. Good range to choose from for breakfast and lunch or dinner.. Pool was clean and refreshing. Bed was very comfortable. Wifi was strong..Air con was great. I would strongly recommend this place for a quiet getaway.

Water pressure in shower not strong. Lacked basic things like kettle, cups and coffee/tea (provided when asked for). Water bottles not replenished each day (although not asked for). Having said that, I am aware that the place hasn't been open for very long and these things can be readily fixed.

It’s the most beautiful resort in Tulamben! The atmosphere of the pool is very relaxing. We had breakfast by the pool, and it was so nice – very fresh, tasty, and delicious too. Also, we took a diving course while we were here. It was different from all the diving schools where you travel in large groups. Here, we were all alone with our diving instructor, which made it a lot more fun. The diving experience was fantastic and unforgettable!

We stayed in Palm Springs for 2 weeks, and we had such a wonderful time! The location is breathtakingly beautiful, and every day, the first and last thing we saw was the volcano. It felt like we woke up in an oasis every day, with the sea in the distance. The service was also outstanding, and the food was delicious! Having a car or scooter is ideal since it's a bit remote, but that also contributes to its beauty. Thank you so much for our delightful stay, and we will definitely return when we're in Bali!
