I had a very nice time staying at Bali Palms. The restaurant food and staff were very fine. The big warm swimming pool with multiple levels was very enjoyable. The pool night colored lighting added a nice touch and the fact you can quietly swim in it late was also wonderful. The office staff was very helpful, and the grounds crew keeps the property well manicured. If you are scuba diving I dove Nusa Penida Manta Ray Point abd also Liberty shipwreck while at the resort. Southern Dreams dive shop picked me up at 8:00 at the front reception desk and did a fine job running both trips. Liberty is a hour bus ride north through Amlapura Nusa Penida is a boat ride out of Pandang Bai harbor. Patricia from Southern Dreams is a delight to work with and she communicates very well on whatsapp. If you have s chance to see the king’s water palace north of Amlapura it is worth the drive. Bring swimming suit if you want to cool off in nice smaller pool Great experience overall !

The hotel located right at Candidasa central, perfect getaway from down town hussle. Only 1.5 hour ride from Denpasar. The hotel was hype in the 90s but they renovated the building, you can still see some 90's building style but hey! they are unique and vintage now Room is spotless, AC worked perfectly, they clean the pool everyday. The beach is the highlight, you can unwind at the sun bed by over looking the ocean and island view. Bfast is superb. They serve a complete and scrumptious bfast Staff is responsive, kind and welcoming. Overall, it's perfect getaway at Candidasa if you bring family or just your own

Its location and this place is very spacious although its very out dated ; we are on the ground floor next to the swimming pool/breakfast area with fantastic ocean views. We like the fact that they have a big fridge for storing food. Breakfast is ok

The bathroom is very very old , very dim, toilet hard to flush ; shower area is very very old type; There is no checking to make sure everything is ok because we had to get help with the gas stove not working ; there is no dining table ; only have breakfast bench with bar chair too high to sit on so you have to bend to eat on the breakfast bench

I love the peaceful surrounds. The staff are beyond exceptional. They took such good care of our family and especially my mother. Staff went above and beyond for us and made our stay special. The lady at the spa is such a fabulous masseuse. The reception staff organised our tours and we were so happy with our drivers and activities. A special mention to the wait staff at the restaurant!!! Wow food is served so quickly, which is helpful in the morning when the car arrives early for a day tour. The food is delicious and the cocktails are welcome after a big day out. Please try the blue lagoon you won’t be disappointed. I can’t say enough about the staff at Bali plans!! To me they have become family. Can’t wait to see you all again soon.

Like all of Bali, they are recovering slowly after covid. They are forging forward and doing updates to the resort and it’s looking fabulous.

Mum and I stayed here for 5 nights and its been the best 5 nights here. The services provided were to a high standard. Such wonderful staff and they were very kind, sweet, polite and catered to our needs. The rooms were always clean, nice space and we had a sea view, which was beautiful to wake up to every morning. Finally got a massage and really loved it! So relaxing by the pool and the meals were very delicious. We are definitely coming back here again! Suksama🙏😍☺️

This is without a doubt the best value property I have ever stayed at. The views are fantastic, the rooms are very clean and staff are absolutely amazing and very friendly. The pool and the band that played poolside were awesome 👌

A little mix-up on arrival with the room type booked but it was late and I really didn't mind as the room they allocated was also very nice. Reception moved me the next day, and it all worked out fine. The staff here are amazing. Thank you. 🙏

Breakfast was very good with a wide choice of both western and Asian food. I found that the local coffee grew on me more each day. If anything was not quite right the staff had it fixed very quickly without hesitation.

There was very little not to like about this property as it catered to all ages and demographics. I will be recommending this property to anyone who wants.

Fabulous location, large, comfortable and clean rooms and the best pool! The pool was unbelievable! Great to also have a kitchenette and a balcony.

Nothing really. The property is older but very well maintained. And it is wonderful value for money. We also enjoyed the restaurant.

This was a great resort with lovely staff! Although the buildings are old the rooms and grounds and pool are very well maintained and clean. We loved our room, the mattress and pillows all felt new and it was very large. The location is great and you can walk to many little food areas or travel to scenic spots within the area.

We were lucky enough to be there to see the band on a Friday night play at the pool area but had we known we probably would have asked for a room away from the music as we had intended an early night and it was quiet loud. Just an FYI.

Visiting in low season gives you the feeling that you own the place ,cozy place , few faces that you soon become familiar with ,ocean view , superb swimming pool and the food is very tasty , whether you are staying inn or exploring ,feels like home away from home .

I missed the gym or a place for yoga , maybe some Latin dancing . Overall nothing I didn't like about the place
