We stayed in a twin room, comfy beds, quiet and peaceful, dark at night. Lovely porch. The staff were great, very accommodating. I did a dive course elsewhere while my daughter went diving with Steve. I then joined them for a couple of dives. Steve has a wealth of experience, and as a smaller operation, you get more personal service. Steve also knows where and when to go to avoid the huge crowds in the water. I wished I'd done a Padi course with him instead. Location is fine, a ten minute walk to our restaurant of choice, Slice and Brew. Really good value for money.

The whole stay was perfect for me. The room was nice, the bed comfortable and everything I needed. They made my bed each day, luxury, and provided water in the rooms plus coffee and tea. Complimentary breakfast each morning was a great starter. The dive instructor Steve was awesome. He was really accommodating and talked to myself and others there about what we wanted to do and see and then chose times that meant we'd not be in the peak hour dive times. He was funny, friendly and a great dive guide. Everything was right on the doorstep, truck to and from dive sites, and the staff did everything for us. Would absolutely stay there again.

Just spent a fabulous week at the Ocean villa Dive resort snorkelling and diving around Tulamben. Their dive shop is excellent, and their instructor Steve was able to get me current again after a 12-year break from diving. Diving the nearby Boga wreck, Steve’s special dusk to night dive of the Liberty Wreck (we did it 3 times) and diving from a local outrigger boat and swimming back to shore were all great highlights. The resort was clean, comfortable, and the staff made us feel very welcome. As well as breakfast we ate one meal every day at the restaurant. They have their own pizza oven. The location is just behind the town and surrounded by farms. However, it is just a five-minute walk around the corner to the local Indomaret shop and restaurants in town. A ten-minute walk straight down to the beach takes you to the entry point for the stern of the Liberty Wreck. Thank you to Komang, Steve and all the staff for making our stay great and Andrew says thank you for making him a pineapple pizza.

I was very sad when I had to say goodbye to their lovely guard dog who always greeted us on our return.

Had a fantastic stay at Ocean Villa! Komang and all the staff are incredibly warm and friendly and will go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are nice and the location is great, just around the corner from the USAT Liberty. What really made trip amazing for me was the dive instructor Steve. I completed my Advanced course with him and the experience was incredible, such a wealth of knowledge and experience on all aspects of diving, plus just an all round great guy to spend time with! If you are going to Tulamben to further your dive training like myself, or for a couple of fun dives on the wreck, you won't find a better resort to make the experience unforgettable. I'll be heading back to do my Rescue course with them very soon. Can't wait.

Amazing place, the staff is extra helpful and kind, the owner was always making sure we were comfortable and trying to suggest nice things for us to do, and not things she sold, just honest advice. She has also built an wonderful garden. Steven, the divemaster took us in amazing dives that looked almost like we were alone, with his experience he managed to keep us away from the crowds. Overall it was an amazing experience.

I would like maybe if there were more diverse food options in the restaurant. The existent ones were very good but not many diversity for vegetarians

Room really lovely and comfortable.. great view of the sea and nice little balcony. Huge bathroom. Swimming pool. Nice family atmosphere with owner who training number of school students in hospitality as part of their work experience education. Great diving, especially night dive on the wreck

As some of staff don’t understand English can be difficult with ordering food.. bit inconsistent.. but understandable and not a major

When we arrived we were greeted with smiles, orange juice and friendly conversation. Throughout our stay here all of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and happy to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. Food was delicious. The grounds including the pool were immaculately maintained. Dive centre guides were very knowledgeable and highly skilled. We came as guests and felt like friends when we left. Highly recommend staying here, cannot fault. Will definitely visit again.

Thank God, finally a dry room without mold. I give full points because this accommodation is really worth it. Rooms perfectly clean and tidy. Amazing staff, very helpful, food very good and solid prices. They will arrange transportation for you from anywhere on the island, I really appreciate it and at a good price. Gojek or Grab does not work in this location. When leaving for the ferry, a very willing and cool young man drove us, he stopped for us to take pictures at the rice fields and wherever we wanted, and finally I tasted Durian, thanks :D. You really don't feel like you're being ripped off here. I was happy to leave them here and I don't regret it. Finally, they also have a pleasant diving instructor from the UK. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Nothing to say.

Cozy place with very friendly staff and owners! The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. AC worked perfect and it was very quiet both during the day and at night. There was no tv in the room, but we didn't need one. There was an electric kettle which was useful for tea and coffee after diving. Also a fridge in the room which is awesome to store some stuff for lunch after diving. Staff cleaned the room every day. Breakfast was simple but delicious, perfect to get some energy before diving. Wifi was strong enough to watch Netflix and Youtube. View from the balcony was amazing, where you could see the sunrise over the sea every morning. Close to Indomaret so ideal if you need to do some shopping.

Just some minor issues, like the bathroom was a bit smelly sometimes. The balcony door couldn't close properly so bugs could enter the room. Some days there were A LOT of ants in the room. Everyday two very small water bottles are provided, but these are plastic ones. Would be better to provide some larger amounts of water in a glass bottle. Overall it's a nice place to stay, but maybe a bit pricy for what you get.

We had a very clean, large family room. The room opened onto the pool area and there was indeed a view of the ocean in the distance. The guest house is off the main road so nice and peaceful. Staff were really friendly and although we were only there one night, and weren't diving, just snorkeling, they advised us very helpfully as to where and when to snorkel and offered us a lift with the divers! There's also some beautiful, very friendly, pet dogs about the place!
