Laidback guesthouse in lush, verdant setting, just outside the town centre. Comfortable one-room villa. Breakfast ad fresh juices were great. Pool was well-loved by the kids. Location was close to campuhan walk trail-head.

Pool was generally ok, but the water was not super-clean and it could have been cleaned a bit more regularly.

Pleasant staff, good breakfast. It's also possible to send clothes for a laundry (incl. white clothes), the results are good. The location is nice, slightly away from the main roads and crossroads of Ubud but not super far. The main Ubud locations are still in relatively walkable distance. It's also quite easy to fetch a taxi by Grab from the property. Terrace view from Deluxe Quadruple Room is great. Nice swimming pool. There is a bar at the property.

Deluxe Quadruple Room has an extra room for hanging out but due to the absence of AC there it was hot and humid there. Plus the room didn't have that many furniture inside so the space was underutilized. We were staying in either the bedroom with AC or at the terrace with a nice view. Sometimes the Wifi connection was jumpy and needed to switch networks that also had a jumpy reception.

Greenery Everywhere: Lush green landscapes created a serene and visually pleasing environment. Swimming Pool: Clean and well-maintained, perfect for a calming swim. Services & Staff: Excellent service — staff were courteous, attentive, and always helpful. Quiet Everywhere: Very quiet and peaceful, ideal for rest and relaxation. Breakfast: Delicious and well-prepared breakfast with a good variety of options.

If I had to mention one small thing, the mattress was decent but could be a bit more comfortable to match the high standard of everything else. Still, it didn’t affect the overall great experience.

the place is literally a dream, you can immediately connect with the nature staying there, the view is just breathtaking

breakfast menu options are good but there’s no much options. Serious wifi problems, if you come working from home this might not be your place, wifi reception was crashing all the time and you better might have to approach to the main areas if you have work to do.

The many stairs..20 from reception to my room at level minus 2. Other rooms were near the pool at minus 3... And 17 steps from my room to restoran.. so I did not move a lot.. .I was savagely bitten on my bottom, in the bathroom, on the toilet 4 times at a time...I saw round black sort of spiders: 3 on the terrace and one on the bathroom floor...on the towel...lucky I had antihistamine tablets and antibiotic cream.. that was 3 days ago and it still hurts...there was one like that on the terrace trying to get into my room...where I am now as well...I killed it.

The quietness, river sounds & jungle beauty were amazing! The staff were also helpful & accommodating. Warung Sakagraha is just over the bridge before the 7-11 & the food is exceptional. Highly recommended!

Lots of steep, mossy stairs! 😬 Villa 2 has no TV despite a TV being included in the price. Bathroom has a very strong mouldy odour.

Pretty much everything! My room was gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Staff made up the room each morning which was a nice surprise. It also had a large terrace with an amazing view across the river to a temple. The room also came with a separate kitchen. The gardens and greenery were beautiful. Pool was amazing. The little restaurant area was also lovely and had fantastic views as well. Staff prepared incredible breakfasts each morning with freshly squeezed fruit juice of your choice. Ani's Villas is a pretty easy walk into the centre of Ubud, so very convenient. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. I would definitely love to stay there again.

For me everything was perfect and I have no complaints. However, people should note that Ani's is situated on a steep hillside and has a multitude of stairs, some of which are a bit deep and uneven. Therefore, definitely not suitable for anyone with any kind of mobility issues.

This is a hidden gem in a very good location! It is on the side of a hill so expect to up and down a lot of stairs. The pathway is filled with beautiful flowers and lots of interesting creatures like butterflies roaming around. The VIEW is simply excellent and you can really feel the energy of the Campuhan river and trees. Best morning view ever and they have like a spot where you can just marvel at the wonder of nature. There is a temple across the other side so just don’t be noisy and show respect when staying here. The bathroom and room are basic but the aircon is strong and I had to turn it off one night due to the cool air at night. The shower water pressure is STRONG which I really love. Staff are very kind and helpful, they provided an international adapter for me.

I guess the stairs make this place not suitable for everyone especially with disabilities. TV wasn’t working and wifi wasn’t that strong except for the wifi in the restaurant but you shouldn’t be in front of the TV or phone screen anyways.

This was my second time, loved it the first time with my family and loved it the second time when I took my friend Also, can I super give high praise to the staff we (my family and friends) love the energy they all bring is just so welcoming and positive like being at home with our own family! Big ups to the lady at the desk for going the extra mile for myself and my family with laundry and our bad timing and check in/check out times🤦🏽‍♀️ Been back and be back again! 🙏🏽
