Rooms very new, clean and comfortable, wonderful garden area and great pool. Owned by a very nice family with a lot of adorable (and some interesting) pets. Breakfast served on time every morning, not much but sufficient choices. Staff were all very helpful and kind!

There's hardly anything to fault about this place. We overall had a wonderful stay and played with the lovely family dogs and cats a lot. — The only thing that left a negative impression on us was the older daughter of the family, whom from day one seemed to be quite dissatisfied with us.. or the guests in general (we're not sure). She never smiled and rarely acknowledged our efforts to communicate or say hi, and at times made it very obvious that she was annoyed by our presence.. First time we ever experienced this in Bali. Not sure if the "problem" was us, or maybe she was just going through something. But it sadly made us feel a bit unwanted/unwelcome.

Staff - extremely friendly and patient, my card got blocked after paying for my visa on arrival. Owner gave me time to sort it out. Very good pick up service from airport, good price, very good driver. Whole family who runs the place extremely kind and they have chicken dogs cats which adds life yet the garden are very clean. I love most that every room has a balcony with huge sliding doors. You have the sunrise greeting you and they bring a tasty breakfast to your room/ balcony / garden.

I extended by one night. They kindly accommodated me in another room (not the house by the pool) it was spacious and ideal for yoga unfortunately the WiFi there wasn’t as strong, not many sockets to use kettle/ charge phone etc (could be solved with a multisocket adapter would solve the problem); the bathroom in the other room was fine, but in this room its a large bathtub to climb in and out, the toilet flush is not the strongest, and all in all the bathroom is not practical/ such a pleasant experience and overall I would rate this room for the price with a 7-8 due to the bathroom only.

The pool was nice and it was practical to get breakfast in the morning. The staff were very friendly. I appreciated that my room was spacious and I had a terrace as well. The location is great too with many restaurants around and not too far to walk into Ubud centre.

I only had a bathtub and not a shower and the water was either very hot or cold. The furnishings were a bit worn out especially the curtains and there could be a more thorough clean under the beds and cupboards. I love dogs and didn’t mind all the animals around but you had to be careful not stepping into something on the path and keeping them out of your room. I felt a bit sorry for all the caged birds and lizard.

Very nice facility with a swimming pool for the family. Every day they ask about cleaning. Very nice and polite service.A half-roofed bathroom creates a climate.Breakfast to choose from a list, which is given to the reception every day. The facility is surrounded by vegetation, you can meet colorful lizards, but this is normal and very nice for us. The price is adequate to the conditions. Shops are close right after leaving the facility. A 15-minute walk to the center, close to facilities such as the Water Palace, which are very beautiful. Of course, we recommend the facility.

Everything is ok. If someone has exorbitant expectations and wants to have it perfectly, it's wrong. It is Bali, which is a natural environment surrounded by beautiful vegetation and culture.

We received a lovely welcome from the owner. The room is nestled in a gorgeous tropical garden, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, it was a good size and there were enough loungers to go round as it's a quiet place. The room was spacious and comfortable, having a fridge is a bonus, and the shower was hot and powerful. Very relaxing away from the busy areas, but close enough to do the ridge walk without needing a taxi. There are plenty of food options nearby and a convenience store. Another bonus was the dogs and cats on site. They were all so friendly and cute.

Rusmini truly was an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to personally attend to our needs, ensuring our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The property's ambiance, surrounded by lush tropical greenery with pets playfully roaming about, added to the overall charm. The pool right outside our room was a delightful oasis – serene, private, and surprisingly peaceful even when shared with fellow guests. Furthermore, the location couldn't have been more ideal. Not only is it conveniently close to the heart of Ubud, but it also serves as an excellent starting point for exploring the area. We were delighted to find a plethora of warung's and shops nearby, as well as Alchemy, a popular yoga and meditation center that offers reasonably priced classes.

While the rooms may occasionally feel a bit humid, it's worth noting that Rusmini is actively addressing this issue, so it shouldn't be considered a long-term concern. Additionally, it's a pet-friendly environment, with various animals around. If you have allergies or are uncomfortable around dogs, roosters, or other animals, it's a good idea to have a conversation with Rusmini to explore if any special accommodations can be made to ensure your comfort during your stay.

The pool was lovely, the property felt very private. There were dogs, cats and chickens running around which my son loved. The staff was very kind. Dang cookies across the street was a bonus!

The main road down into Ubud is only one way during the day, requiring a looooong detour by vehicle when returning (added a solid 10 minutes driving up and around each time)

Lovely clean room.the upstairs new room is more quiet. Great for so traveller felt safe at all times Amazing staff.very friendly people. Nice breakfast. Best location close to yoga and many restaurants off the street so no street noise. Just the rooster outside which was ok for me as I needed to get up early anyway.

Personally too many dogs ,and chickens But if you like dogs and cats and don't mind roosters early am it's perfect place

Very charming and extremely beautiful stay in a great location. I stayed here twice. Staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. I like the pool and the gardens are just stunning. Cute dogs and cats. The restaurant next door (Brie) is my favorite in Ubud. And it is also next door to the best co-working space in Ubud (The Outpost).

It's a charming property with beautiful surroundings and pool. Location was central but just outside the main traffic, which was perfect and right next to an amazing yoga studio and restaurant. Would certainly stay there again.

The only 'issue' is the noise from the other guests/rooms. As long as they're quiet, it's ok, but it does get loud if you're unlucky with the neighbors.
