if you just for stay only, the room is worth more than what you paid. Staff friendly and helpful, room and toilet clean. If you need facility, then this may not your option. Because I only see small pool. Before I choose this villa, I see comment mention a lot of flies. But during my time, I not see any flies there. Maybe season different. This is very natural villa, a lot of plant like tree and flower there. Overall I satisfy with this villa. I not request breakfast in villa. I go out the villa, and buy the breakfast at the shop. Local food, nice try. The shop is the place you drop by.

The car cannot drive to villa, so need them help you carry the luggage to villa.

1. The property was well manicured and just lovely. Breakfast was delivered to you at the time desired. Coffee is not served with breakfast but it is available at the pool area 24/7. The air conditioning is a godsend. 2. It would’ve been nice to have some directed reading lights as the lighting is more ambience than task oriented. I just used the phone flashlight to read by. Also, there are not enough conveniently located electrical outlets. I loved having a refrigerator. 3. Right in the middle of all the activity. There is no automobile access directly to Saka Village so there’s about a half a block walk. But along that walk, there are restaurants, spas, music, laundry, and grocery stores. The walk immediately alerts a newcomer to amazing services right at your fingertips. It was great. 4. Conservation/recycling:would love to see them institute a plastic/metal recycling program. Daily a couple of bottles of water are left in the room and every day they probably get thrown away. Or, just provide a large jug of water & cups & circumvent the bottles all together. Towel/sheets options : perhaps a door tag indicating a. No cleaning service or b. Clean but do not replace towels or c. Clean but do not replace before linens or towels. It appeared to me that they changed the sheets daily. 5. Pool: gorgeous! Hot & cold water & instant coffee available 24/7. 6. Front desk Communication: upon check-in, perhaps give the cell number of one of the front desk professionals. Otherwise there is no way to contact the front desk except in person. These are not criticism. These are just comments. The staff was just amazing

No apparent recycling. The bathroom tile got slippery when wet: perhaps a stationary non-slip mat as you step out of the shower.!Everything else was great.

The staff was incredible! If there was a problem they would help right away. The place was within short distance to cafe’s, resturants and the city. It was a good and quiet place! The bed was often changed and if we needed extra towels we would get it right away. We stayed in the villa so we had our own pool, which they cleaned. We stayed for 4 weeks and had a good experience!

It was not completely clean when we came, but we just let them know and they would clean it right away. The bathrooms are open over the showers so there would be quite a few insects in there, would recommend buying a insect spray if you are a bit sensitive to them!

Saka Village is a hidden gem in Ubud, offering serene tranquility that feels like a royal retreat. The peaceful ambiance of the houses ensured a regal night's sleep. The open shower was a delightful surprise, allowing me to bask in the sun's warmth while feeling completely refreshed. The cozy coffee shop in the front added to the charm, Saka offers complimentary coffee and water by the pool adding to the welcoming atmosphere. A truly excellent experience that left me feeling pampered and rejuvenated.

Beautiful place in the nature by the river. Very friendly staff.

The family house has no cooking facilities. Only one Wok pan and a pot. The accommodation offers breakfast. The coffee is not good and the food is very ordinary. The choice is the same every day - pancakes, toast and omelette. After a few days you don't want to eat it anymore. For a good lunch or dinner, you should definitely visit the restaurant across the river, where you will have a great meal.

Impressive value for money, perfect atmosphere to rest and relax before/after a long day of exploring in Bali. Spacious room, luxurious open air shower, free pool access, what more could you ask for? The surrounding lush greenery, relaxed vibes and lighthearted people all around truly capped off my stay perfectly.

The air conditioner in my room had some slight cooling issues in the daytime, an easy fix! Perfect otherwise.

The room was very nice, quiet, and beautifully appointed. The shower was excellent, and the inclusion of a fridge and a charming little terrace area for sitting outside added to the comfort of our stay. The onsite shop selling coffee and beer was a delightful convenience. The hotel's location is excellent—very central and within walking distance of the rice fields. Excellent value for money. We would definitely stay again.

No kettles. Please put kettles in the rooms. AC remote didn't work when we first got there, but they did fix it. And... the bed was squeaky.

The Villa was breathtakingly stunning and the pool was gorgeous. We loved the Balinese style decor and the outdoor showers were special. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and a bonus was having a cafe with tasty coffee and drinks on site! Such a great location too close walk to lots of cafes, bars restaurants but down a quiet lane with no car access.

The cleanliness could have been slightly better

First I loved how affordable it was. I only needed a place to sleep, and the room was comfortable, clean with everything I needed (Fridge, working AC, hot water shower). The to my surprise, when I got there, I saw what a great location it was, near by the center and some of my favorite restaurant in Ubud.

It's not the most private. But remember how affordable it is. Totally worth it

We took the 2bedrooms with private pool, we had a kitchen so we could cook our own meals, watched YouTube in the TV and spend family time together. The street where the hotel is, it’s full of nice western restaurants and local warungs. It’s just 15 minutes away from downtown walking distance, or just 10 by car. We even had fireflies in the garden.
