Staff is very friendly and good. Rooms are spacious. Huge frontyard and backyard. The swimming pool is big.

Rooms have a lot of spider webs. The kitchen area is open in the backyard area. Dishes are placed outside. Pans are dirty. There was a stove but no lighter to ignite the stove. There was no shampoo, but when we asked for shampoo only then they brought it. No car access to the villa. Its a 10 min walk from car park to the villa. So staff came on scooters to pick up our luggage to villa and they come back for us to pickup. Everyday we have to walk 10 min to road to catch a taxi. There was not much choice of Breakfast. Breakfast didn't have everything as shown online. No tv.

The property is a beautiful Villa. The space and size of the garden is exceptional. It's a quiet and peaceful haven to hang out in. The pool is lovely, and well maintained. The bedrooms are large and both air conditioned. The bathrooms are also sizeable, with two toilets indoors, and an extra toilet and shower by the pool which was useful. We also loved watching the fish and turtle in the fish pond. Breakfast was exceptional, and a very generous portion size. The staff were very kind and always willing to assist.

We loved the property. We did have an issue with one of the air conditioners, but this was promptly replaced thanks to the excellent service of the Villa staff.

My girlfriend & I stayed here last year, and we loved it so much that we came back again. The staff are amazing & took such good care of us, even climbing the tree to get a couple of coconuts. The villa is exceptional with everything you could possibly need. The location is fabulous for restaurants & spa treatments. It is also nearby to the Meditation Centre, which is an amazing experience. Thank you, thank you to all the staff

There is absolutely nothing to dislike

The property was really beautiful. With a lovely pool and pretty much as it looks in the photos. The staff come and meet you and bring you down the track on mopeds (they have special racks for the suitcases) and then the host and her team bring breakfast each morning, beautifully presented.

The kitchen wasn’t equipped for cooking or food prep. But when we asked for utensils and crockery etc they were provided. My only negative was that my daughter and I are vegan and no alternative to eggs were provided. So it was fruit and toast only. Otherwise I would’ve scored 10!

Everything about this villa was lovely. The staff met us late at night and took us to the villa making sure we had everything we needed. The villa is quiet and has beautiful gardens with a wonderful pool. Breakfast was served al fresco in the outdoor eating area. Anything you needed you could just ask and they arranged it for you.

The location was perfect for restaurants, spas, shopping & day trips. The owner & staff were exceptional, and we had an amazing breakfast every morning. The villa is very traditional with lots of space & storage. The private swimming pool was clean and refreshing every day. Absolutely recommend this beautiful Balinese villa . Thank you to everyone who took care of us during our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

the villa itself is amazing. all timber. very spacious and full of character. the grounds enclosed, large and were very well kept and beautiful. staff on hand 24/7 next door (a bell ring away). food can be ordered to your room. nice view from the room of rice paddies, palm trees and village life. located on a small lane (no vehicle access) which you can explore with food options from local warungs to modern japanese. supermarkets, laundry, taxis, etc all close-by.

no vehicle access to villa (5-10 min walk from taxi drop-off area). pool was cloudy so we didn't swim. some structures in the rear yard are a little run-down and need maintenance.

the villa is really very beautiful, immersed in an oasis of peace far from the chaos of the nightlife of Ubud the staff is very kind and helpful. they supported and tried to satisfy all my requests, I also organized the ferry with them to go to Gili

Nothing everything was amazing

Really huge private yard with big pool and a spacious house. Several different spaces outside to relax. Beautiful traditional house which had a brand new grass roof when we stayed. Lovely and helpful staff. Down a scooter access lane so very quiet. Many great restaurants within a couple of minutes walk.

Being an old property it has a few quirks as such. Downstairs was a little musty so we all slept upstairs. We enjoyed the 5 minute walk down the lane though this may be an issue for some.
