everything, except no TV in the room

it is located at the top of a windy dangerous road and you must take a taxi to get into town. fortunately there is a taxi stand about 200m up the street along with several small but good restaurants

Setting and location were great. Peaceful yet close to cafes and restaurtants.

Pool was dirty and not working. Breakfast was limited. Room was small and no toiletries in toilet (except shampoo & soap). Car will not reach the property and we have to walk approx 500 mtrs in a small line from parking with luggage.

Breakfast was great. We also had massages regularly close to our villa.

There were screaming kids behind us swimming every afternoon. No TV. The toilet/shower were too close together in the same room

Nothing to like in this property, not worth for the money.

The stay was poor on amenities, no facilities available at the property, extremely poor staff behavior, they don't even smile/greet us, instead they stare at us. They don't do the cleaning daily, we have to keep informing them constantly for cleaning. Very poor room service, no phone line available, room size was very less. The property was entirely different compared to the photos online, it was truly bad. Especially the buffet breakfast is a waste of money, they just give it for a sake of it. The breakfast box was also very poor. This property is not recommended for any Traveller.

Not a lot. There are a lot of good places for food within walking distance.

We staid at this hotel 8 years ago. So clearly enjoyed our first visit. This trip however highlighted the lack of maintenance throughout. ( loose door Handel's,doors stuck on runners, loose hand rails). The staff were hiding on there phones at reception and were not engaging what's so ever. Room service came at 0830 every day to make up the room, when we were clearly still sleeping. The towels were stained. The mattress was well past its best. No TV or phone in the room. One pool out of service. The area was within a stone throw of paddy fields on our last visit, it's now built up a lot, with lots of scooter traffic on the path.

The price of property is on the lower side and hence this property can be preferred if you are looking for a budget stay. The area of the resort is beautiful for a walk. One can enjoy greenery and a stay amidst nature.

The location of the property is very interior and you might have to walk from the road to reach the property, the property do provide shuttle service from the road to hotel which can requested for luggage. There are very limited staff and it is difficult to find a someone on the reception especially during the night. There is no phone on the room to call reception so basically you are on your own. There is no-one present as well post dinner till late morning so guests wouldn’t know whom to reach out for anything. The rooms are bit dirty and there are not much amenities in the resort. Since this is a lush green resort there are many insects, mosquitoes etc.

I didn’t take shower at all three days Because of water is not clean in the room, most of the time spider playing Customer service after 10 o’clock not available For Sunil when I ask the reception, I need a taxi for tour he sent his colleague work in the same hotel Charge me 400,000 only three hour I ask other taxi company, they said too much plus, he is not a taxi driver

If I honest with you Nothing

We came in and couldn't stay the night when flew in cause it was closed at 9pm

It close at 9pm no way of communicating with anyone who worked there
