Beautiful and new hotel conveniently located a short walk/drive from the centre of Ubud. They provide a shuttle service multiple times a day, which is very useful. Everything about the venue and the rooms is curated to the smallest detail and the cleanliness is outstanding. We loved our suite with view on the pool - it was cozy, stylish and with plenty of storage space. We enjoyed staying there so much that we booked an extra night in the end! The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home - in fact, they always greeted us in such a warm and enthusiastic way that we felt part of the family after spending 5 days at The Hava and also felt a bit emotional saying goodbye to the team! The food is delicious and there’s a very wide range of dishes for every meal. We had breakfast included in the room rate and had lunch and snacks by the pool a couple of times, and everything was just great. The spa area is lovely and the 1-hour Balinese massage we had was of a really high standard and we also greatly enjoyed our complimentary 15-minute couple massage. The gym was a pleasant surprise as we didn’t know it was open when we booked our stay, and it’s very well equipped in spite of not being extremely big. Although we didn’t take advantage of this, the hotel offer full or half day private tours around the Ubud area and they can help arrange trekking trips to Mount Batur via external companies. All in all, we couldn’t have hoped for a better place to stay and a higher level of service when we planned our very first trip to Bali! We look forward to staying at The Hava again when we return to the island next year

Room was impeccably clean, spacious and very comfortable. Bathroom had a walk-in shower and a separate, deep bathtub-NICE. The hotel has a beautiful large swimming pool-great for doing laps as well as plenty of lounge areas. Staff are amazing, friendly, caring and very attentive. A special THANK YOU to Astari and Septiana for making our 10 day stay so very special. A shout out also to the reception staff as well as great housekeeping staff who did a superb job with daily housekeeping and evening turndown. A great breakfast is provided plus an afternoon “tea time”-delicious teas and daily dessert specials. A free, daily shuttle is offered to downtown Ubud 4x/day. Live nightly entertainment is provided several times a week. In all, a very wonderful stay, highly recommended.

Nothing-everything met our expectations

Tranquil setting amongst lush garden that was exceptional. Amazing staff that were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Beautifully appointed room wth the biggest fluffiest pillows we have ever seen! Day spa on site and small exercise area. Only a hilly 20 minute walk to Ubud central and art market. Our first trip to Ubud and will definitely go again to The Hava after arriving as strangers and leaving as friends. Highly recommend this hotel.

TV internet connection was terrible with constant buffering making it unwatchable. No where to put second suitcase of my husband except the floor due to lack of storage to unpack.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby I was greeted with warm souls, full of smiles and warmth! The staff at The Hava Ubud are so kind! I visited Bali for a late birthday trip for myself, the staff organised a BEAUTIFUL rose 🌹 writing on my bed and came knocking with candle and cake singing happy birthday. Wow! The spa was amazing! Had a few sessions of the aromatherapy massages, oh goodness, the best! The food for breakfast so beautiful, so many choices! And they have a cafe out front, nice cocktails, the restaurant inside also so beautiful! Overall, my best Bali stay! Thank you to all the beautiful staff! 🙏 Suksma, Jessy x

Everything was perfect!

This hotel is amazing. The staff is extremely nice and they always make sure you’re comfortable in every aspect. We had some rainy days and the staff made sure to always get us to and out of the car with an umbrella so we wouldn’t get wet. We had the standard room, which was super spacious and extremely pretty and clean. Every night the staff goes into your room (if that’s your wish, of course) and does the night ritual which includes preparing the bed for the night, while they also leave some cookies for you. It was a small touch that really made the difference. Staff is available all the time for everything you might need, they are very competent and polite. The outside area (restaurant/swimming pool) were spacious and comfortable. The food was great, breakfast was tasty and had different menu options - there is no buffet. The whole experiment was extremely positive and we definitely recommend it! We will come back for sure!

The standard room could have more closet space, so that you could unpack all your suitcase while staying there. The swimming pool has a great swimming area, however it only has 8 sun beds, which in my opinion is a very low number for the number of guests they can have. More should be added. For breakfast I believe a bread/bakery basket should always be included with all menus, as I considered it essencial in any breakfast.

The Hava is a fantastic place to be. Really well decorated and maintained, it can be the perfect setting for taking beautiful photos or just staring around carelessly. The pool area and the monument in the background are almost surreal, they give the constant feeling of being on an exotic adventure. The SPA experience was pleasurable though pricey - most similar packages nearby are at half the price. The staff were amazing, they tended to all of our needs and were tireless at greeting us wherever and whenever we passed by. The breakfast, though a bit limited, was of good quality. Finally, the location is perfect and it's easy to get around, plus there is a hotel shuttle to the center every 3 hours.

The only downside really, was the room and the fact that it was a bit too small, without a wardrobe, but mostly - too moist and that could be felt not only in the air, but even when going to bed in the not-too-dry bed sheets. That was of course due to the overall high humidity of the season but we didn't experience that in other hotels during the same vacation.

Staff was so amazing, I traveled a lot more then 50 countries visited, more then 1000 hotels visited, bud definitely this place and staff made me feel really different. They always welcome you back to home, call you by name, and will have a short or long conversation. They become as part of our friends/ friendship. Really enjoyed breakfast, liv music during dinner, and we actually booked that place for a 5 days, but later on extended for another 3-4 days, it was very sad to leave. Thanks to the team for their hard work, I'm working with a customers also and I know how difficult it is to make customer happy this day. A Truly Magical Stay at The Hava Ubud – A Pramana Experience I recently spent 5 unforgettable nights at The Hava Ubud, and from the moment I arrived, I was completely enchanted. Waking up to the sounds of nature, surrounded by lush greenery and was an experience I’ll never forget. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail—from the linens to the lighting—was thoughtfully curated. The on-site restaurant served fresh, flavorful meals that highlighted local ingredients. . The pool was a daily highlight and the spa treatments were some of the most relaxing I’ve ever had. The Hava Ubud offers not just a place to stay, but a deeply restorative and soul-nourishing experience. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming of my return. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful we have experienced for a very long time. Our room was a very good size and the bed was comfy. We had a first floor room, with a small balcony overlooking the pool, which was lovely. The room, as well as the whole complex, was always kept very clean and tidy. The breakfast choices varied every day which was nice and the buffet was always fresh. We enjoyed having breakfast overlooking the beautiful pool. The pool was refreshing and we had a dip every day. The free Yoga session was very good. Apparently it is offered every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday at 7.00am in the undercover area in front of the gym. The hotel is not a large and we very much liked the intimacy of the smaller complex.

There is nothing we didn't like but there were a couple of things that could be improved. We used the gym every day and it was OK but very basic. It needs a couple more pieces of equipment and another rubber mat or two so more than one person could you use the weights. The free shuttle to and from Ubud was very much appreciated. But it would be helpful if the last return time of 7.00pm was an hour later so that eating out in Ubud town centre is not so early and so rushed.

Our stay in Ubud was very enjoyable. The hotel was very clean, the pool was great, and breakfast was really nice. The location was convenient — even if going into the center of Ubud on foot can be a bit tricky, it’s still accessible and often faster than by car. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more pleasant.

The only minor issue was the floor cleaning: it can be slippery and leave visible marks, though this isn’t really the staff’s fault.
