We booked a one-bedroom villa with an extra bed. The villa was large and perfectly clean. Villa had an outdoor bathroom surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants, which was so nice! The terrace was perfect - a large area for having a rest (table with chairs, sofa + 2 sun beds). The staff was very nice and polite. fluently speaking English. Helpful at any time. If you book the accommodation for 4 nights min, they provide a free shuttle service from the airport to Nefatari villas. The pool was stunning, with flowers around and night lights on, was clean and nice to swim in. The whole area is amazing with the beautiful greenery, You can feel Balinese style everywhere. Wifi, air-conditioning, and fans - were working perfectly. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed every single day. Accommodation is just a few minutes drive from central Ubud. Accommodation provides a free shuttle service to Ubud which is an outstanding service provided to the customers. Once you are in Ubud, you send the message via WhatsApp and they will come to pick you up. Breakfast was perfect, large variety of food to choose from. Breakfast can be served in your villa if you request so and can be served prior to 7.00 am if you ask them. No problem at all. The accommodation has a small restaurant, where you can order a lunch or dinner as well. I found this very handy due to children travelling with me who were always hungry. However, there are also some very nice restaurants next to the door, across the street with a view of rice fields. Mosquitoes sticks are provided to the villa every single day...so no mosquitoes on the terrace or in the bathroom. The area is calm and safe, with no traffic around. I highly recommend this villa for a stay. Everything was perfect and once we are in Ubud, we will choose this accommodation again.

The Netafari staff were one of the most friendly, efficient and service orientated teams that I have ever come across in 35 years of travel. Everything worked to perfection and as guests we were made to feel as comfortable as was humanly possible. Nothing was too much trouble. The Villas them selves were excellently appointed and very clean. Each Villa was extremely private and the whole experience of the villas and private pool was so peaceful. The on demand shuttle transport to Ubud centre and surrounds provided by the Villa was a great bonus and meant staying 4-5 km outside the town was not an issue. The complimentary drop to the airport and traditional duck dinner were very nice touches. I would always come back to Netafari it was simply a great experience made so by the staff and owners.

Very comfortable villa, a bit outdated, but they are renovating some of them now. Staff is exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay better. Helped us with scooter rental and tours on very good price. Also provide free shuttle to and from Ubud center. Every night they prepared our room for comfortable sleep, and were lighting anti mosquito sticks. Breakfast served in the villa.

Nefatari Exclusive Villas were superb in every way. They kept our villa clean without us even knowing both day and evening. The pool was very refreshing. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices. and we could arrive at our leisure up until 1pm in the afternoon. The shuttle bus into Ubud centre was less than 10 minutes drive and they took us in and out when ever we wanted to go. All the staff were wonderful! They also arranged tours for us as well. I would like to thank each and every one of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Had a fantastic 8-day stay here and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Ultra large, private villa with a private pool. Giant comfy bed, fully outdoor bathroom with shower and tub. Wonderful breakfast service each morning in our villa. The staff was so wonderful- shout out to Ari and Ketut for always going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable welcome - aways ready to bring us into Ubud town (about 10 minutes away during the slow season) or pick us up. When we extended our stay, they offered us a complimentary candlelight roasted wild duck dinner in our villa which was delicious and romantic. This is a family-owned villa and the family cares deeply about providing a great guest experience- we will be staying here every time we come from now on.

The Nefatari Villas are stunning - individual villas all private with their own pool and garden. Beautifully appointed with traditional furnishings and stunning planting. Good aircon and very comfy beds with nets. The Villa has a free shuttle which takes you into central Ubud and will pick you up again for free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The small restaurant was basic but good.

It is quite far out of Ubud - so you need to use the free shuttle or Grab taxis to get anywhere. Unfortunately there is a tennis centre being built next door to the villas. This did mean we had some noise first thing in the morning which was not the fault of the villa at all. This won't be an issue much longer as the build is nearly finished.

It is a beautiful property built in the traditional Balinese style. Our villa, one of 6 or more on the property, and its lovely private walled garden with pool were a perfect antidote to the traffic of central Ubud. The daily housekeeping and room service was amazing. If you didn’t want to, you would never have to leave your villa. The staff are exceptionally kind and considerate, and gave the impression that it was their pleasure to look after you …. it all was just wonderful. We used the transport a few times to go elsewhere for dinner and to go to the airport, and it all worked like a charm. We were sad to have to leave Nefatari Villas. Thank you to Ketut and his team.

The staff were exceptional (special thanks to Ketut for making us feel so welcome!) The room was enormous and clean with more than enough room for our family of 5. Breakfast was great and the free shuttle to ubud was awesome.

The construction site behind us was noisy until late at night and they could see into our shower when up on the scaffold. Not Nefatari fault but worth a mention and I think our bungalow was probably the most effected.

We stayed here for 4 nights, and everything was absolutely amazing at the villa. A couple of restaurants are inside there which you can order food from your room and they will bring in the room, free shuttle service to ubud centre is another plus point. We had a really good time there. Would love to recommend it to anyone who is planning to visit ubud in the coming days. The manager Mr. Ketut was very friendly and very helpful. You will see some mosquitoes and some bugs around there, but that's pretty normal as it is everywhere. But still, they provide mosquitoes spray and coil to get rid of them.

The staff are really lovely and will try to help you whenever you need. We loved most of the food options and the convenience of room service for a low price. We also loved that breakfast and afternoon tea which involved fried banana was included in the price. The courtesy shuttle was also fantastic they managed to find us in a wave of traffic while we were waiting in Ubud.

The only issue we had is the phone in the villa would sometimes not work (generally after it rained). So we often ate at their restaurant area rather than our room. Which was no worry for us as we loved the food.
