This resort is absolutely gorgeous. Set on the edge of open rice fields with manicured gardens, it has the most relaxing and peaceful vibe. We stayed for only one night in the 2 bedroom villa and despite not using the spa or gym facilities we still had a fabulous time. The villa was spotless and super comfortable. We had enough space for our family of four plus my parents in law to drop by and lounge around - the villa is well decked out with several day bed choices in the open space. We were surprised that even despite the open living set up, there were barely any mosquitoes or bugs bothering us, and it was breezy and cool. I also really appreciated the extra touches - plate of fresh fruits in the fridge, fully equipped kitchen (much better than some air bnbs we’ve stayed!) and water dispenser. The staff were kind, friendly and very attentive, especially with our kids. we didn’t want to leave!

The only thing I can think of is the window in the bedroom didn’t have a blackout blind, so we had the light from the villa next door shining in although it wasn’t too bad as it was a powdered window.

The activities were a real highlight: yoga ricefield trekking etc. Each one was well-organized and led by local guides who shared stories, culture, and genuine passion. And the staff – absolutely wonderful. Kind, attentive, and naturally warm-hearted. You can feel they truly care and want you to have the best possible stay. The restaurant also deserves praise: fresh, flavorful, and creative dishes made with local ingredients. Breakfasts were healthy and varied, while dinners were a real culinary treat. In short: if you’re looking to relax, recharge, and experience something meaningful – this is the place. More than just a stay, it’s an experience that will stay with you long after you’ve left.

Loved the location and the staff at the property..beautifully designed rooms and absolutely loved the fact that its right in between the rice fields and can hear nature soothe you to sleep

We were upgraded to a room 2022 on the 1st floor which is right opposite the breakfast area ..so a light sleeper like me woke up to the sounds of people chatting and cutlery at 7 am ..so i didn't sleep properly for 4 nights and hence the upgrade didn't feel like an upgrade ..it felt like a down grade . Please do inform guests before you assign room 2022 to them about the noise . If they are early risers they should be fine ..but they like to rest and sleep in then this room will not work for them .

The hotel grounds and our villa were beautiful. We spent a lot of time just relaxing on site. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the ease of being able to walk to the restaurant or order room service until late at night since we were traveling with our baby. We got stuck in our room one afternoon during a heavy rainstorm and the pool area in our garden became flooded. The staff was very quick to fix the issue.

We weren't able to do several things that were offered on site since we were traveling with our baby. I had reached out beforehand and they had assured me booking the cooking class/yoga/ etc as a family wouldn't be an issue. Once we were there, they asked us if we would get a babysitter for our son or if my husband and I would just do the classes at separate times. We would have probably planned our days a bit differently had we known this would be an issue.

The place is beautiful and the people are so so nice! The location was perfect for us, too, as we didn't want to be in the middle of the noisy city but rather in the village, and this place has that but it is also very easy to get to the city from the resort, too, so perfect location. The spa services are top quality, and the stone chamber was an actual powerful experience, as well. We attended a Balinese dinner at the restaurant, which was also a great experience, both with the food and the performance. As for the rooms, we couldn't have had something better! We got upgraded to a villa with a private pool and I have never in my life wanted to spend as much time at the accommodation while on holiday! We split our time in such a way that we can enjoy the villa, as well, while there. Honestly, we couldn't have had a better experience than at Arya Arkananta ♥️

The resort is amazing! I liked everything but specially the quite, pool and the room. The room was large, comfortable and well decorated. There are two pools and a beautiful surroundings. Massage, restaurant and yoga classes were a good addition to our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Our room was behind the restaurant so we could hear all the noise as blender and chairs at 6:00am. But the staff was very nice moving us to another room. The location is a little bit far from the Ubud centre. A car cannot access the resort, so we needed to take a buggy to a drop off point and a cab from there. The resort offers shuttle three times per day what is very helpful. However, the rice field and nature surrounding the place are beautiful and it worth staying there.

Beautiful Resort im the rice field. When we walked from the Reception to the villa we passed tiny rice fields inside the resort - that was so awesome to walk bye. Even though we had issues with the water pressure jn the first villa, we could move to another villa - which we loved from the first second. The two bedroom villa was very beautiful, cozy & had enough space for 4 people to hang out in the outside area. Thank you to Bandi, the shift manager who solved the issue quickly & made our stay so relaxing. Also the whole staff was so friendly & kind. Would definetly come back. Thank you for having us.

personal was awesome. best since last 3 months in Bali. Hany is a wonderful women. she helped us always with our small baby and made a wonderful offering class!

while checking out the staff needed 30 minutes to check the room and also told that we stole a laundry bag and 2 hangers for clothes. they asked to pay for that. actually hangers were broken and of course we don’t need a Landry bag. we refused to pay. very silly action for such a good hotel. that’s why 9/10.

This place was great - awesome location just :15 minutes from a drop-off near town and with a frequent shuttle throughout the day. It’s far enough away to be tranquil and quiet, but close enough to easily enjoy daily visits in Ubud and other areas. Staff were attentive and quick to offer guidance or help as needed. We did two full day tours with one of their staff drivers, Dewa (who also did our airport transfers) and he was wonderful. He even gave us a tour of a local temple and shared about his personal experiences (and allowed our many MANY questions over the 2 days with him 😊). The pool was relaxing, the spa had enough variety for several different services over the course of a few days, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. The breakfast was reliably good, and the afternoon tea was a thoughtful pick me up. The staff clearly care about providing their guests with a premium experience and seem to constantly be working on things to offer (acoustic music with special dinner menu, for example) as well as seeking feedback.

My only frustration during our 5 night stay was related to the spa and scheduling. We had services on 3 separate days; 2 of those times they were running late, and 2 of the times we had a hiccup with the bookings (booked for shorter duration than confirmed, and didn’t book separate rooms). To be fair to the staff, I believe these were all unintentional, but it did sour the experience a bit. I’d recommend if patrons show up Late to services, the service only last the remainder of the original time allotted, or be rescheduled with a fee. While we didn’t travel with children, I think this resort is more suited for quiet and reflection and may not be the best place for families. They did have some larger villas with private pools though, which could be a good option for those cases.

Absolutely amazing place with amazing staff especially nova, we stayed for 3 days and had 2 trips with nova who made our stay so welcoming and really made our holiday not only showed us around but explained everything not once did he leave us looking for something such an amazing guide even brought us breakfast one morning from a local market that we talked to him that we would love to try such an amazing guy the hotel is lucky to have him aswell as the rest of the staff who were also so welcoming and polite. Food is excellent especially breakfast. Location is so peaceful.

Only thing would be large bottles of water available for sale absolute minor thing but that is all I can think off
