I loved the room — it was on the upper floor with a great view of palm trees and rice fields. Spacious and comfortable. The hotel and grounds are well-maintained and charming. Great location — a bit outside the center, but surrounded by rice fields and nature. With a scooter, you’re in the center in 10–15 minutes. Breakfast is simple but tasty, and the staff is very friendly and relaxed. Just a note: the common areas like the restaurant and pool are also used by the staff during their breaks, which gives the place a relaxed, homey vibe.

For a longer stay, a wider breakfast selection would be nice. I had a room with a kitchen — the equipment was a bit worn, and a deep clean would have been appreciated (though I didn’t request one). Still, the room was clean and very comfortable throughout my stay. There was really nothing to officially complain about, and I’d happily return — everything mentioned is simply meant as friendly feedback.

A very unusual stay:) The rooms are very different from all the others we saw during the trip. You get huge glass windows facing a jungle and there is a waterfall on the territory of the hotel which you can hear day and night - it’s kind of calming..) The welcoming part was nice - they bless you:) The sleep was deep! It was a nice stay overall

It’s a retreat so if you just need 2-3 days maybe you can choose something even closer to downtown. You have to walk from the road to the hotel 3 min down the alley - there is no car access Breakfast was not so good - I mean we did not expect anything fancy but there was like no choices at all ( it’s fine for us - we had breakfast outside)

I love the surrounding environment, it’s breathtaking and idyllic. I’ve tried the massage “ibu knows better/best” and it was quiet nice and relaxing. Especially, if you are experiencing muscle pain from days of yoga classes. The breakfast varied from day to day (from my own experience it consists of one main dish (indonesian dish), fried eggs, fruits with granola and yoghurt, and various type of indonesian traditional snack. It’s a good place to stay for unwinding from usual stressful daily life.

Far from convenient store, so better pack up nicely for your own daily stuff. If you bring your own car you have to park your car on the side of the road.

Great design, with a combination of modern urban style and traditional Javanese. Breakfast is good and more Cafe style than the same same you can encounter around. Nice swimming pool and firecamp by night. The location is nice, 5 minutes from Blanco. The place is very clean.

1. Humidity inside the room is extreme. Until even I cannot charge my phone because it find there is “liquid” inside the charging port. They provide a small dehumidifier but useless. 2. Bed mattresses are split and very hard in the middle, not comfy for couples. 3. The parking is sharing with the neighbors house and it has dozens of free chickens, who makes it dirty on the floor and even on top of the motorbikes. Smelly and not hygienic 4. Staff is very friendly but sometimes too oppressive. 5. They give as gadget a keychain “I love Jogja”. I love Jogja too, but we are in Bali…

very nice place. Quite and cozy, like you in a jungle, but at the same time not far from center. People working there are really nice, help with everything, and I appreciate that they care about grumpy dog - thats a human way to run a place :) The room very spacious, also a nice nature behind the windows. Cleaning everyday. Fresh drinking water. Delicious breakfast. Good wi fi, was okay to work remotely most of the days. And I asked for an additional table and chair, there was no problem with that.

Maybe add a sign for the door handle - Do Not Disturb, if for some reason you dont want to be bothered by cleaning. Not much soundproofing, so bring an earplug if you are anxious sleeper. But these are minor things, overall a great hotel

This place is very unique in its decoration and design; you instantly feel at home. From the moment you arrive, you're enveloped by the sound of birds and the view of the rice fields. All the rooms offer a view of the rice fields, and a special bonus for the corner rooms in the hallway that overlook a small waterfall (simply magical for falling asleep). The staff is exceptionally kind, always smiling and attentive to your needs. I absolutely love this place and will return without hesitation. Thank you once again to the entire team who goes above and beyond for their clients.

The only minor downside is that the hotel is slightly located outside the center of Ubud (but I knew this already when making the reservation, and it didn’t bother me). However, you can easily reach the center in 8-10 minutes by motorbike. P.S.: I was even able to have a Grab delivered in the evening when I got a bit hungry! :)"

Large room with large bed, nice view on the garden. Staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was very good. Garden is great relaxing! recommended for architecture lovers :)

The structure need maintenance in the common areas, somewhere seems quite abandoned to its destiny. The room is completely built in CONCRETE (furnitures also are in concrete), with some mould on the walls and ceiling. no air circulation in the room, and bed a bit hard. Comfort is not at 100%, but still good

The design of the rooms are stunning, super unique! The bed and the linen, super soft and high quality. The WiFi is super strong and reliable, which for me is quite important as I work remotely. The grounds are lush and well maintained. The breakfast room is really nice, continuing the feeling of serenity and peace- overlooking the pool and gardens . The breakfast is generous, and delicious. What truly makes this property special is the staff- especially Kadet and her team. They are helpful, kind, welcoming and just so lovely!

Everything was simply divine!

Beautiful hotel with a great design, but beware! The hotel is stylish and beautifully designed, with a great atmosphere. However, I had an unfortunate experience—after checking out, I realized I had left my phone charging cables in the room. When I contacted the hotel, they simply said that nothing was found. It’s disappointing that lost items are not properly handled. So, if you stay here, double-check your belongings before leaving!

The hotel itself and surrounding is gorgeous. The room decorating is minimalist with local touches. Beautiful! Comfortable bed and room. My room had a window to a small waterfall! Great breakfast! Very chill vibe and the staff is very attentive and kind. Several restaurants nearby. Great for solo travels or if you go as a couple or a friend.

If you want to visit Ubud center then is a bit far away. Bathroom cleaning could be more detailed. Some areas of the hotel could use some more maintenance.
