We had a pleasant stay at the villa. It was clean, well-located, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. The staff was extremely helpful in every aspect. They assisted us with arranging laundry and a scooter rental, helped us get to the villa with our luggage upon arrival, and walked us back with our bags when it was time to leave. Their support made our stay much smoother and more enjoyable.

Given the villa's location and surroundings, we were aware of the possibility of encountering various small creatures, which we were prepared to accept. However, the ants were a real issue. They significantly reduced the comfort of our stay, getting into our toiletries, suitcases, clothes, and even food. Some small items were damaged, and we had to check and shake everything thoroughly before packing.

The property was a short 10 minute drive from central Ubud - excellent location which was super peaceful and there are some great 5* places all within walking distance. The staff were super helpful through, very nice and accommodating. You also get access to a concierge who has been invaluable in making our stay in Ubud as good as it was - they have helped us to arrange transport, day trips, tips on where to eat, what to do etc. I didn’t know we would get this initially but so happy that this was an extra service as it makes such a difference! Would really recommend to anyone interested in a peaceful stay with close distance to all key hotspots.

Amazing villa - lovely design, and the addition of outdoor bath tub next to the pool make for an amazing vacation time! We stayed here for almost two weeks and the staff and virtual concierge were always very friendly and helpful! Loved having a separate room form the bedroom to eat and relax in. The full window doors into the garden and skylights in the kitchen and bathroom add such warm natural light and the ability to observe the jungle outside straight from the bed. This villa is one of the best places I stayed at in Ubud!

It’s about 40 min walk from Ubud if you chose to walk, but there are cafe’s and marts around it too.

We absolutely loved our stay at Nyaman Villas. The staff are so welcoming and accomodating. I love how you can WhatsApp them questions and they are so quick to respond and help you out. The Villa was bigger than we were expecting, it felt like a home away from home. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Some say the property is far, but we loved the location being so quiet. There are restaurants around and it is easy to get transport to pick up. It was so relaxing!! Not far to Ubud Central. The garden is also huge. We definitely recommend and would stay here again if we come back!

Lovely villa in a quiet and tranquil area of Ubud surrounded by padi fields. Loved the private pool! Rooms were clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable. The stand-out is their staff - especially Sindi - who were lovely and so helpful in accommodating my parents' needs (my mum can't walk very much and they came out at night to the main road when we arrived to help with our luggage down the path to the villa with torch lights). Location is great if you just want to relax and not do much. If you want to go into Ubud town centre, it's a 15-min car ride. Couple of cafes/restaurants within 5-10 walk from the villa.

Cars can't access the villa directly as you need to walk down a path from the main road. If you're on a scooter, no issue! It will be OK for most people to walk but my mum (in her 70s with mobility issues) found it challenging. However, their staff are always at hand to help, plus you will be walking past lovely rice fields :-)

My stay at the villa exceeded all my expectations. The stylish and cozy interior, cleanliness, and attention to detail were remarkable. It was a lovely touch that guests are provided with high-quality toiletries with a pleasant fragrance. The location deserves special mention as well. The villa is just a 5-minute walk from the main road, down a narrow path through picturesque rice fields. Walking along the path in the evening, watching the fireflies, was a real pleasure. Nearby is a fantastic restaurant, Casa Curandera. Be sure to try their homemade kombucha with dragon fruit. The town center is easily accessible, just a 10-minute ride by scooter or car. The attentive staff. If any issues arise, they are genuinely committed to resolving them. The concierge is also available to help you organize tours to local attractions and recommend great nearby restaurants.

The only downside was a construction site nearby. It didn’t bother us during most of our stay since it’s not right next door but a bit further away. However, on our last morning, the workers decided to start early with loud music, which was a bit challenging, as our taste in music greatly differs.

We absolutely loved this villa. If I could spend my whole life there I would. It was the most magical little home and as soon as we walked through the front gate our holiday became one of enjoyment and peace. I love this place and while I don't want everyone to know about it, for selfish reasons, I would highly recommend this property (villa n. 2 :) )

perhaps not having motorbikes to rent out given the isolated location, but this is not at all a negative given there are solutions nearby, just a comment as to how to make this jewell even better :P

We lived here for a week. We lived in the first and second villas. The second one was very nice. Larger pool, kitchen under the open sky. The first has more space, a smaller pool, and the kitchen is closed. But there is a tub and shower outside, which is very nice. There are many beautiful plants in the villa gardens.the shampoo, conditioner and even the body lotion are of very good quality. It smells very delicious. the towels are changed every day and they smell amazing too. The place itself is 10-15 minutes from the center of Ubud by taxi. Taxi is not expensive here. The place is quiet, people are working in the fields around. Really liked it.

Only a little inconvenient for people who are not able to walk too much.. its a bit of a walk in to the villa.. good for me and my kids.. but for my husband he needed a motorbike to take him back and forth always..

I never was in accomodation a such helpful staff !!! And we booked villa 2 for 10 days and villa 1 for another 3 …. Amazing beautiful villas … all is perfect !!! And the best is the very quiet garden … so many baeutiful plants sourrounding the poolaerea … its like you are in a jungle …
