For the fifth time in one of the Pertiwi properties. We had a beautiful room with a great view, very quiet in the very busy Ubud.

Ubud is becoming more and more busy. Congestion almost all day and pertiwi is close to the area with many restaurants and easy to walk.

We stayed in Ubud for 4 nights and would recommend this place to everyone. We arrived late on our first night in the middle of a rain storm and the staff were great at getting us to our rooms. After the first night we decided to upgrade to the wooden bungalows overlooking the lower pool as they are amazing. The staff were brilliant, the breakfast excellent and the location was spot on - close enough to the hustle and bustle but yet so quiet. We even did our own yoga session down by the pool. This place is also great for spotting wildlife. We saw monkeys by the pool, lizards in the grounds and frogs on the balcony. What a lovely place.

The bathrooms need an upgrade. We booked a tour to Mt Batur through the hotel and paid premium but it wasn’t as good as the tours offered elsewhere. We had a lovely guide but no breakfast served at the top of the mountain or hot drinks included which is what others had. The driver insisted we stop for tea which meant we we would be late for sunrise ( I said we didn’t want to stop) so he got us a packed breakfast which was awful. Don’t recommend this driver (Gday).

Amazing location, friendly staff, great views offering a jungle experience and a very good breakfast.

The pool water color was very green, not very good mentained. The doors of the private villa we had could not be closed properly (we were a bit concerned about mosquitos/spiders or geckos that could have entered - that was not the case for us, but is good to know about this and manage your expectations).

This hotel is a real oasis with a stunning pool overlooking the jungle. It is a quiet and secluded place off the road, but close to the center of Ubud. I really liked my room in the farthest part of the hotel right above the mountain river – the sounds of the river, nature and birds acted on me like meditation :) The staff was also very friendly, they helped me to carry my luggage down the stairs and back.

I booked a room with a large bed, but was given a room with two separate beds, it was a little disappointing. The breakfast is not bad, but not the most delicious. I would recommend not ordering breakfast in advance, but trying it on the spot and then comparing it with other cafes nearby

The hotel is located nicely by itself in a quiet area but still close to the city. Both of the pools are really nice and we enjoyed the greenery around the hotel. We had one of the cabins which where private and with a large balcony as well as large bathroom. Bed was comfy and with duvets. The staff were very nice and helped us with booking a trip to mount Batur and scooter rental. All in all very comfortable stay.

Our door to the shower were a little stuck and the water pressure is a bit low, but we informed the staff as we left and they would fix it. No biggie for us.

Amazing pool and great stuff! We did 5 night with our 1,5 y old kid and everything was amazing. Be aware if you book a villa there are couple steps you have to do but we left our stroller at reception and it was no problem. The stuff will carry your Bagage all the way down, thank you for that! For breakfast you can select European (never tried) or Indonesian breakfast (rice or noodles) it comes with water, juice and fruits. Bad was big enough for us 3 to share and the mosquito net was the best we ever had. we spend our evenings at the balcony without mosquito spray and nothing happened, not one bite :-) Very big bathroom with closed. Only 5 min ride till Ubud palace, convenience store and restaurants nearby within 5 min walking distance. We absolutely recommend this place :-)

A but mold in the shower, but we didn’t care. Be aware of big ants in the bathroom but they just chilled there in the evening and I mean you are in the jungle, so ants are not that bad ;-)

The location is perfect in the middle of the jungle, green. Also not far to center, walking distance. The staff is very helpful, kind. Everywhere, the pool is clean. 🧹

I am sure they will improve WiFi and tv channels. Bathroom was old decorated, bathtub is high for elder people or children. Restaurant tastes should be improved.

We stayed in the pool view villas and they are amazing.. the view is exceptional over the horizon pool into the forest. Large rooms with balcony, great food and room service.. make sure you're fit and healthy if you book these rooms as there's stairs to access them.. well worth it!! Great location, all the amenities you need close by, and the main street of Ubud just a short walk away. We loved our stay.. highly recommend this hotel!!
