The staff could not have been more friendly and happy to help. It’s on a quiet road with plenty of restaurants, spas, shops etc and walkable to many attractions in Ubud. Incredible made to order breakfast of fresh fruit, pastries and then your choice of any type of egg dish, sweet dish like french toast or local breakfast done better than any fancy brunch cafe I’ve ever been to. We also had our evening meal here most nights as it was so good! And attended the BBQ with a traditional dance show. Housekeeping twice a day, in which they restocked your fridge with complementary soft drinks, fresh fruit and cookies. Stunning pool where you can watch the sunset.

The staff was very helpful and courteous.

The dinner menu is limited so we ended up going to the Chora restaurant and the “this is Bali” restaurant. Both of them were good. The hotel is a little away from the central palace area so it’s quiet but you will miss the vibe of the center.

The hotel is very lovely, situated a 15 minute walk away from the busy part of Ubud. Huge room, gorgeous bathroom, and a lovely view out over the local farmer’s fields - it was fun watching him herding his ducks into the paddies to eat the bugs. Pool was fairly large. Food and drinks were great. The thing that really makes this hotel is the staff, who were absolutely wonderful in every way, and who were clearly very sad that we all had to deal with the very inconsiderate guests who were staying at the same time as we were.

Sadly, other guests were screaming and shouting in their rooms from 6 in the morning until after midnight for the duration of our stay, which made sleep extremely difficult. The hotel staff had complaints from us and others, but although they went to speak to the noisy people, those people chose to ignore these complaints. We were offered a free drink as some kind of compensation but on reflection, it does mean that I would be a little wary about choosing to stay here again as the soundproofing could not cope with the noise - this is more of a building issue but has to be pointed out.

Adiwana Bisma is a beautiful quiet hotel with an incredibly beautiful view over the Bisma valley from the swimming pool. The hotel is easy walking distance from 4 incredible yoga shalas, excellent restaurants and Monkey forest. The rooms are spacious and the efficient friendly staff cleans your room twice a day! The breakfasts at Adiwana’s restaurant Pistachio were delicious and extremely varied even with several vegan options and we could have breakfast any time of the day. The waitresses at Pistachio were lovely and very professional with fast service. The staff at reception were also excellent and intuitive and willing to help with anything! We also loved the spa where we had wonderful massages. The shuttle driver to and from the airport was also an excellent careful driver! I also loved the yoga session on the rooftop overlooking Ubud. We hope to be back at Adiwana in future!

We had an amazing stay in adewana bisma We came for a special occasion and from the beginning we were grated with kindness, smiles and generosity!. Special thanks to leauren for her wonderful attitude By far one of best stays in the world Hotel offers great deals and flexibility regarding the activities We enjoyed the food , room and the one and only terrace . Breakfast has multiple options from bali locals to international dishes (BTW we became bannoffee addicts ) held at pistachio restaurant , sometimes they have live performances that we enjoyed alot Tea selection from afternoon have a wide variety we recommend balinase oolong which is a bali specialty We booked a 2 day full drive with MR dedix which was a mind-blowing experience he walked as through the touret attractions and explained the history and balinase tradition as they say nothing better then a native (especially dedix) In general we had an amazing experience in adewana and every member of the staff was exceptional and welcoming Thanks to arya , dipa ,maha ,lauren Highy recommended place to escape the world !

I recently stayed at Adiwana Bisma in Ubud, and it was a truly satisfying experience. The entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making my stay comfortable and memorable. I would like to especially commend a few individuals for their outstanding service: Mali at the reception, who greeted us warmly and ensured all our needs were met with a smile. Johny at the restaurant, whose friendly demeanor and excellent service made every meal enjoyable. Jaya, the housekeeping lady who kept our room impeccably clean and paid attention to even the smallest details. Their exceptional hospitality truly stood out and made our stay extra special. I highly recommend Adiwana Bisma to anyone visiting Ubud!

Hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious and bathroom are very good with powerful showers and huge bathtub. It’s very clean and everybody who works there can’t do enough for you. It is a little expensive but sadly that’s the way the world is hopefully they are paying their staff well??? Breakfast is good, we stayed for 7 night and it was a little bit boring by they end, mixing the menu every few days would be a good idea. Cocktails at the pool bar are very nice, again expensive but during happy hour half price and still very good cocktails. We had a good stay and would recommend it to others, will be be back? Probably no but we did still enjoy our stay

Pool is small and late afternoon/evening no chance of getting a sun lounger. Hotel allows outside guests to come in and use the sun loungers (min 1m spend) which is extremely annoying when you are a paying guest and there are no sun loungers for you to use (happened to us twice and we only went 3 times) there are only 16 sun loungers if you get there early no problem but later on we didn’t have any luck

Our room was on the third floor with a balcony overlooking the rice field. The room was huge and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The food was amazing -- we ate at the restaurant everyday and enjoyed every meal we had. Most importantly, the staff was 100/100 (special thanks to Dipa, Luna and Suma).

The hotel is right in the center of Ubud, great for doing touristy things, but a major downside is the traffic -- on our way back from sightseeing, we were stuck in traffic somewhere 2 km from the hotel for 30 minutes. This also means it is difficult to get a taxi, and therefore I recommend using the hotel's own transportation services.

We had a really great stay here. The staff were always smiling, super kind, and happy to help with anything. Breakfasts were tasty with plenty of options, and the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was just right – close enough to walk to restaurants and the monkey park, but far enough to avoid the busy traffic and noise of central Ubud. It felt peaceful without being isolated. But honestly, the highlight was the pool area. Since the place isn’t too big, it never got crowded or noisy. And the view… absolutely amazing. Just endless jungle and mountains in the distance. You could easily spend hours just relaxing there and soaking it all in. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax but still want to be near all the action, this spot is a great pick. The view and calm vibe alone make it worth it – and everything else is just a bonus. Would definitely recommend!

The location was fantastic, the views into the rice field from our room were incredible and the staff were all amazing! Our bedroom was absolutely beautiful and the staff were so accommodating to all of our needs. Everyone made us feel so special. Suma in particular brought us on a day trip once and he was incredible! He was so knowledgeable about the history and culture of the Ubud area. Suma was the best tour guide we ever got in Bali and we wished we could have spent another day with him! We will 100% be returning to the Adiwana Bisma when we come back to Bali next ❤️❤️
