The location was great and the staff was very helpful during our stay. They arrange in 10 mins a motorbike and they help us to book a ferry for the next day.

The main door of our room there was a piece missing in the door so any animals can come inside the room. The toilet was smelling weird and we couldn’t understand were it came from, Also because the shower wasn’t draining properly and was created a poor. The clean can improve but nothing major.

The location was really nice. We could walk in a few minutes to many restaurants. Also Ketut was really nice and helped us a lot. We also got every day new water bottles.

The towel smelled a bit. And we asked the owner if we can get a early breakfast before the breakfast time because we left early the last morning. That was not possible. Even something simple the day for to keep it in our room was not possible for the owner. This was pretty sad.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were clean, fresh and enjoyable. The staff here are amazing and really made our trip, helped us book activities throughout our stay. They always checked up on us and were super friendly. The location is amazing too! I highly highly recommend you to stay here when you are in Ubud

For what you pay, this is a fantastic villa in Ubud. It was centrally located on a quiet street that runs perpendicular to the main busy street. The rooms are spacious and the pool was quite clean. Breakfast was standard but tasted good. You get to choose a drink, a main option and a fruit plate or fruit juice.

Honestly, for the price, I can't complain. But the pillows were a bit too big and uncomfortable and we would have liked to be able to have breakfast before 7:30am.

1. The interior of the room - very nicely decorated and high quality furniture. 2. Bed was very comfy and air-con worked well. 3. Very spacious, huge balcony too (we were on top floor, building to the left when you enter, room in the right hand corner as you go up the stairs). 4. Pool looked lovely (didn't use). 5. Staff were very friendly and kind. 6. Excellent location - can easily drive or walk to Ubud centre. The hotel is just off a main road (the last part of track can be pretty tricky, especially if it rains, but a common occurrence in Bali). The road has multiple cafes, restaurants and bars all within a few minutes walk of the hotel. You have to visit CHORA Mediterranean Restaurant & Bar - incredible food, setting and very good value for money (4 appetisers for 2 is plenty for a whole meal!). 7. Excellent value for money - especially considering breakfast is included and delivered to your room! 8. Good, strong, reliable WiFI (not something you usually get for this price point in Bali).

1. As others have mentioned, there was a bad smell coming from the drain in the bathroom periodically. However, with the bathroom door closed, you can't smell it in the room and the hotel have put extra fresheners in the bathroom already. I'm sure if we had complained they would've provided further, but for one night it was fine. Unfortunately this is just a common fact of *many* Bali accommodations and the rest of the property, staff, room and value make up for it. 2. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were not great, but my French toast was nice. Overall, considering breakfast is included and you get fruit and tea/coffee, it's totally fine. 3. The walls are quite thin so you can hear other guests in the stairwell clearly.

The bedroom cold be more clean and the bathroom was with a strange smell probably because doesn’t have windows and the air is not circulating, also in the shower floor the water is not going down to the drain for a long time so was creating a little pool in there☹️which was not nice.

So close to Ubud centre, clean and quiet with lovely breakfast options! Staff are very helpful with any inquiries we had regarding laundry, transport or excursions

There were a few mosquitos in the room when we got there but staff gave us a HIT spray for the room and they weren't an issue for the remainder of our stay!

Very confortable bed and amazing location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very tasty breakfast (excelent quality-price).

Left some shoes outside my room and they got stolen during the night by an outsider that got inside the guest house space. The room lighting isn't as intense as we were used to.

Directly in the City from Ubud. Nearby you have many restaurant options, everywhere are stores and Markets to get some stuff, food or drinks. You can choose between six breakfast options. The hotel can organise many tours or a Transfer.

It would be nice to have some soap in the bathroom.

We had a fantastic time here. The location is in a nice spot off of a quieter road. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The place itself is very up to date, clean and kept clean! The pool is nice and good temperature. The staff are great and just trying to ensure you have a nice stay!
