We really enjoyed our stay at Semujan Villa! You are put in contact with Mr Agus once you book the villa. Mr Agus met us at the villa upon arrival. We got in around 10-1030pm so it was nice not having to worry about gaining access to the property. Once you book you are given Mr Agus's number to communicate with via whatsapp. He is very friendly and easy to communicate with. You can ask him any questions. We also opted to have breakfast at the villa each morning. There is a good variety of breakfast options from scrambled eggs, American breakfast, continental breakfast etc. Mr Agus came each morning to cook for us. He then cleaned the pool and after we left for the day would clean our rooms and bathrooms. He also gave us a great dinner recommendation. The property is about a 10-15 minute walk to the main part of Ubud so is in an excellent location. The private pool was great. We would highly recommend staying at Semujan Villa if you are looking for a nice place to stay in central Ubud.

Angus was absolutely fabulous, location was fast to town but quiet and secluded. Nice coffee shop, beauty spas and delicious food within 1min walking. Angus was super efficient when organising program activities and transport options. Bedrooms were comfortable, clean, and air conditioned beautifully. Perfect for large groups particularly couples.

Bigger/comfortable outdoor couches (Ones by the pool were fine). Minor maintenance required on steel pool hatch for safety.

Rooms were an AMAZING size. The bathroom was lush and spacious with hot water. Plug sockets near the bed. Grocery store within walking distance and some restaurants. The host/assistance was available and replied to any requests at any time and was helpful. Wish we stayed for longer

There were a load of ants near the bedroom wall but it was bearable. It was hard to catch a grab/grab delivery because they kept on cancelling I’m assuming because of the busy location-we had elderly people with us and they couldn’t walk the distance to restaurants/town. Otherwise can’t complain it was a pleasant stay.

The location was perfect as we did a lot of walking around and we felt safe here, we were in the perfect location in my opinion, the villa was amazing and we had it all to ourselves with our own amazing pool. Beds so comfortable and the rooms are huge, our host Mr Agus was lovely and did a great job, I would definitely stay here again, this is a great villa for a group as it has 4 huge separate bedrooms each with own private bathroom, stunning villa and wish I had of stayed longer

Our stay at Villa Senujan was perfect. Angus greeted us upon arrival and made us feel very much at home. The villa is brand new and has a super comfy bed, amazing bathroom and an amazing lounge pool. Angus cooked us an excellent breakfast and assisted with taxi’s and site seeing ideas. A truly fabulous villa, close to the hustle and bustle but far enough away to keep our stay private. Highly recomnend

Quite and private villa in ubud . New renovation villa. clean and comfortable bedroom.Only four room , recommend whole family vacations. Money changes , restaurant and massage just few mins walk , 15 mins walk to the palace and market. Highlight the host Argus, nice and very patient to the client. Nice breakfast made by him. Ask all the questions . Highly recommend .

We loved how close it was to everything, shops, restaurants, ubud market and the main street just a short walk away. Beds rooms were nice, bathrooms nice, kitchen nice and garden lovely and pool lovely. Garden helped keep the area cool. Villa was managed by Agus who does a fantastic job and villa was cleaned everyday. We have always stayed down the other end of Ubud, but from now on we will be staying here. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs 3 or 4 bedrooms you will not be disappointed in the villa, were it is or the service you get, we loved it.

The only thing l think l could think of was, l think an outside wall fan would have been handy during the day. Other than that, the only thing we didn't like was leaving.

Everything was amazing!!! The stay was super clean, spacious and air conditioned. We had floating breakfast and a massage all in the villa, booked by our host. The host also helped book us an airport shuttle, gave us recommendations for our visit and booked us a private driver too! The host was super helpful and friendly and the space was beautiful. The location was also perfect! We were close to convenience stores, restaurants and approximately a 15 minute walk from Ubud Palace and the Art Market and shops.

the place was absolutely gorgeous! We were greeted personally and shown around the place and features. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen usefull for drinks and some fruits and take away foods that we had. (Went out for meals mostly). there was someone coming daily and cleaned the rooms. They always asked what time would suit us, so we could sleep in most days and were gone on a trip when they came around. the villa is located in a small side street, so we enjoyed comfortable sleeps, but were only minutes away from laundrys, restaurants and transportations options. The pool unfortunately was shady at this time of the year, but we still enjoyed it daily. Nice food options and a lot of shopping opportunities were within a short distance.

the only thing that was annoying were the chairs in the lounge area that had no gliders (casters). They made a horrible squeeky sound when pushing them backwards after getting up.

Agus was there to hand over the keys and explain where everything was and how things worked.
