Absolutely everything!! We were in Sky Suite 2 and it was stunning!! Extremely comfortable beds with quality mattresses, lovely interior, beautiful view. Air con & WiFi worked perfect. Bathroom was nearly as big as our lounge in the UK with both shower and bath and there was a beautiful terrace too. We were blown away by how amazing the accommodation was, both my husband and I said it was the nicest place we've ever stayed at. The breakfast was exceptionally tasty and a great choice too. I absolutely loved the banana pancakes. All staff we saw were very friendly and helpful and hospitable. Truly an amazing place. We travelled as a family of four with 2 children and lived the pool too. I would absolutely stay here again, in fact when we moved down to Sanur I really wanted to go back to Ubud to our hotel!! The location is amazing with many restaurants and shops very nearby, a store is literally 1 minute walk. 100% recommend

There is absolutely nothing to dislike.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bali Sila Bisma. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were well-presented and exactly what we expected. Prior to coming, I read a lot of reviews but found any that were not so positive did not have a legitimate reason for being so. Coming from a Western country, we are used to beds that are probably a little more cushy, so we did find the bedding a little firm, but this is by no means an issue with the host. We have come to realise that in other countries, what we define as comfortable is different to others. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Perfect location at a small side street of Jalan Bisma, which is a cozy and charming street, close to the crowded center streets. We had the Sky Suite which was big with a double bed and two single beds a very beautiful bathroom, dining table, study table and a balcony with a lovley view into the palms and neighborhood.

The breakfast omlete could have been a bit better. Ours was quite dry. Our daughter liked the Mie goreng a lot and the pankcakes with fruits and honey has also been yummy.

It is a beautiful property nestled among greenery offering all the privacy that one needs. The deluxe 2 bedroom suite as well as the quadruple room were excellent. They have multiple pools so you are always alone.

Breakfast was repetitive, but it is a boutique hotel. Also, best to avoid the spa next door that is recommended by the property (rate cards in the room) as they are not transparent about their services.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. One of the standout features was the breakfast. It wasn’t just delicious, but the hotel went the extra mile by packing us a breakfast to go when we had an early activity scheduled the next morning. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the whole experience even more convenient.

The location was great, close to major attractions and a few kilometers to touristic forests, rice fields, waterfalls. The rooms were being cleaned everyday and nicely. The staff was so friendlly, helpful and solution oriented. It is right on spot for the value for money.

The breakfast was the same every day and quite limited. The room had very dim lighting, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet water.

Excellent location and lovely property. Nice cozy resort feel. Very close to all the shops and extremely convenient. Lovely pool and beautiful layout. Nice room and comfortable beds. Great value for a family room.

The breakfast was the same everyday. When I say same I mean literally the same. That is the only place for improvement. No variety at all. No sausages or meat cuts. Just eggs, mushrooms and spinach and the other option was pancakes.

The staff were amazing and always happy to help out. A beautiful family run business. Had everything we needed, beautiful wildlife around and beautiful well kept property. The have a local Asian water monitor around the property too. The fresh pineapple juice in the morning and the fresh juice on arrival was beautiful too.

We loved the location of the hotel as it was a quieter street but a short walk to the centre. The room was clean and the hotel was a lovely tranquil environment, breakfast was lovely and so were the staff

We travelled with our three young children and it did feel a little small as there wasn't much room outside to move around but we did enjoy the pool

The property is located very close to Ubud centre. There are so many restaurants and bars to choose from in the street the property is located in. I travelled from Nepal with my parents and brother and we absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spacious with a double and 2 single beds with all the amenities. It is very clean. Our room had a pool view although we did not have enough time to make use of it. We saw other guest at the property making most of it. There breakfast menu has a variety of choice and they made it available for us at 7.30 every morning. The staff are friendliest any smiliest people I have ever met. They were always polite and always ready to help. I highly recommend Bali Sila Bisma.
