Two pools at each end of the property: one for children the other for adults in a quieter more secluded area. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and very helpful staff - giving advise - getting drivers etc. Early check out: they even prepared our breakfast in boxes to take away with us on the way to the airport. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops and other sights of interests such as Water Palace and Monkey Forest.

Great location, the staff were very friendly and a lovely Bali style layout.

Main pool was closed and lots of renovations around the property. We do however understand that it is not peak season and they need to renovate at some stage. It did not affect our holiday and once renovation’s are complete, the property will be an even better place to stay.

Very central location, excellent value for money, quiet relaxing spot.

Room needed a little more ventilation

The location was perfect for us. In a quieter street only 5mins walk from the Main Street with plenty of restaurants & shops. Lovely gardens & pool. Huge clean rooms.

This is an older property but is still in good shape. The rooms were big, the bed was very comfortable, decent AC, and ok wifi (but probably not if you’re a gamer). The bathroom is a wet-room version, so the floor will get very wet during use. This is standard, but worth noting. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was more than good enough for us. Special shout-out to the “Why Not” bar which is about 150 m from the hotel on the way back to the main road into town. This is a cracking live-music joint that pumps. Primarily Blues and Classic Rock on the nights I was there, but at a high level!

The stairs might be a problem if you have mobility issues. Also, and this has nothing to do with the hotel, but the general state of the roads and footpaths in Ubud (both in town and surrounding area), is either diabolical or non existent. Match that with multitudes of speeding scooter riders, much of it dangerous (including loads of foreigners), and you have perfect conditions for a crash. Now think of this during the wet season when the rain is torrential and non stop………

Finally a soft bed and the linen was so soft to sleep in. Loved that your breakfast was cooked fresh for you each day and the time in which you could choose from. Loved that our room 304 (l think) had the most beautiful 2 views, felt like l was in a tree house. Loved the location, the Main Street had so much to offer including the Mexican restaurant (wow, value for money and so yummy) and Glow Spa for massages, had been in Bali for 3 weeks and they were the best massages!

Pool area a little small and l love sitting in the sun but it was doable…perhaps more difficult if there were more people.

Huge Beatiful Room/Suite with balcony overlooking the trees and plants. Close to everything in Central Ubud. Work desk was huge and really nice behind the bed. Quiet place so close to the hustle and bustle of Ubud. Awesome pool out the back of the property and another right next to the restaurant out the front. Would stay here again. Breakfast was Great but had to order the nigt before. We woke up later as we came back late that night but they delivered the meals and drinks to our room which was great.

Shower could have had more pressure but the bathrrom was great. Not much room to put your cosmetics for the wife. Ordering Breakfast the night before and specifyng a time as well. We woke up later as we came back late the night before but they delivered the meals and drinks to our room.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, the territory is fantastic! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The balcony is awesome! The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The bathroom could have been planned in a better way, maybe. The idea with the bath is cool, but the bath itself looked a bit dirty and there’s no shelf for your own shampoo and other stuff. We had breakfast included and experienced some trouble with it, as the waiter was surprised to hear we had ordered it the previous day. There was a small delay, but when it was brought to us we were a bit disappointed. Not really tasty, at least the smoothie bowl. Wouldn’t probably recommend to book a room with breakfast included.

Very good location. Lovely pool (but was very green ) & the room was very spacious with everything that you would need. Provided good range of breakfast & provided an umbrella free to use if it was raining. Easy to find & very good for exploring central Ubud. Mini Mart at end of drive.

Pool was very green & stained our swimwear. Bath leaked & water wouldn’t stay in. Blind in bathroom was broken & we were unable to open it. The doors don’t fully shut as they have gaps either side & underneath so bugs can constantly get in (front door & double sliding doors to balcony). Also staff (apart from 1 lady who was lovely) were quite blunt & abrupt & when we asked for help it seemed an inconvenience for them (e.g. laundry coming & going seemed a nuisance although they offer it)
