"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Senders Pool Suites, and I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a team of friendly and helpful staff members who truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was fantastic. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with any request made me feel valued as a guest. The room I stayed in was simply wonderful. It was clean, well-appointed, and had all the amenities one could ask for. The attention to detail in the room's design and decor showcased the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable and luxurious experience. I was particularly impressed by the pool in my suite. It was a delightful addition and provided a refreshing and private space to relax. The location of the Senders Pool Suites was excellent. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions and amenities, making it easy for me to explore the area. Whether I wanted to visit local restaurants, shopping centers, or cultural landmarks, everything was within reach. I must say that the Senders Pool Suites exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff's dedication to ensuring a memorable stay, combined with the well-appointed room and prime location, made my visit truly unforgettable. I would not hesitate to return to this exceptional hotel in the future, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fantastic and luxurious stay in the area.

The best place I stayed in Bali... and probably anywhere else, too! The villas are beautiful, the pool is big and I loved having my own lounger and a quiet place to relax beside it. Gus and the staff were fantastic and helped me book day trips, or with anything else I needed. The location was great, close to some nice cafes and bars.

You can hear live music from the bar next door at night. There were earplugs in the room, which helped

The location is perfect … close to everything.. to the Ubud Center . We had good experience with many restaurant (good one) around. The room is really comfortable… staff friendly and nice . I really recommend them . I order floating boat … the breakfast was really delicious

I liked everything

Location is good, walking distance to Monkey Forest road, about 1km, lots of cafes, shops, spas along the way. Staff were AMAZING, they couldn't do enough for you, went above and beyond. The accommodation looks exactly like the pictures so beautiful, pool area was great. Gardens were immaculate.

Mirror in the bathroom has a grey tinge, not sure why. No wardrobe but did provide a clothes rack with 2 shelves. The adjoining restaurant was ok for breakfast. If you're happy to walk bypass food here as there are some great cafes nearby with a better menu and same price. Two villas share one pool, it's ok if you're with friends but you may be sharing with strangers.

My sister and I stayed here for our BD holiday and they welcomed us with very pretty flower decoration!!! Staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room was designed stylish and well cooled by an AC. The wi-fi connection was fast and convenient. Breakfast menu has enough variety and it was delicious, so we could enjoy everyday. If you have to leave early and cannot make it, then they make us bf boxes, which was very thoughtful! The floating breakfast was so pretty and uplifted our holiday mood. Overall my sister and I were really happy with the stay!

Sometimes it was a little hard to have smooth conversations in English, though all staff were reachable, respectful and helpful! I know it’s common in Bali but there are some insects (like ants, mosquitos, spiders, fruits flys, and cockroaches) we had to deal with (try ignore). A pool is shared with two villas, so wish for best luck that you have good neighbors during your stay! A little far from the city center; 15 mins walk.

Tranquility stay! Staff couldn’t do enough for me and my family, they went above and beyond. Excellent location too

The property overall is good. It is located right in the Center with hardly any walking distance from the market, which in the morning can also bring some traffic noise but for me that wasn’t a problem. The pool is clean and big. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I kept borrowing charger from then since mine wouldn’t work and they were very accommodative of my requests. The room is massive however could use some more lighting. The doors are slightly different and needs to be locked with a key even from inside which was new for me. Nonetheless i had a good and pleasent stay.

We arrived quite late but there was still someone waiting for us. Also the pickup was very easy and arranged by the hotel. Our room with the pool was amazing and very comfortable. There was cleaning everyday and the Minibar prices were not much more then in the shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all requests, like massages and drivers. By walking through Ubud we realized that this was our favorite neighborhood, it had a lot of cute restaurants around but was far enough from the busy streets that it was not noisy in the hotel. Would definitely come back if I would go back to Ubud.

The hotel was very private although located on one the busiest streets in Ubud. We loved the room and the atmosphere of the hotel. Lot of nice restaurants near by and all the Ubud attractions close by. Nice small pool that was shared with the villa next door.

Traffic noise came to the room but we didn't mind as we wanted to stay in the central Ubud (where you cannot avoid traffic noise). Lot of mosquitos as there are parts of the villa (bathroom) that are linked to outdoors but there was a beautiful mosquito net in the room that covered us while sleeping.

I stayed in the Suning Villa (number 2) - This villa is beautifully styled, clean and very accurate to the online photos. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the aircon worked a treat. They provided a bowl of fresh fruit, a minibar and toiletries. Nice personal touches with fresh flowers and a pretty offering. The staff are lovely and attentive. The small pool is shared with Villa 1 (so be mindful if you're not travelling with another couple or friend). Fantastic location, with everything you'd possibly need right outside. I have already recommended this place to my friends 🧡 Loved it

I'm not a light sleeper (so it didn't bother me) however Villa 1 & 2 are located just off the main road and the road noise/dogs may be a problem for some. Request one of the rear villas and you'll be right... The accomodation is quite pricey compared to a lot of others on the street, but it is beautiful
