1. Excellent location - walking distance to everything you’d need, shops, restaurants, Cafes, massage, money exchange ect 2. Clean and comfortable room - rooms are well maintained. Beds are very comfy and the pillows have been the best we’ve slept on in Bali. 3. Amenities - has everything you need for your stay You wouldn’t really need to leave the resort if you didn’t want to. My suggestion for room location. I do believe all rooms are pretty much identical in the way of layout. My top recommendation would definitely be Valley Villa Terrace Villa These rooms offer exceptional views from your room if you really want to experience the awe of Ubud then these rooms are for you. Every evening you are treated to a sunset from these rooms. I think these are the only rooms that offer sunset views. These rooms share the same view or similar view as the main infinity pool and where you go to have breakfast every morning they have pictures on their website Forest villa Two bedroom villa These villas face towards the left-hand side of the resort both offering beautiful views, they share the same view as that of Jivanti lounge & anandin function room they have pictures on their website they share the same walkway as the Garden Valley villas My least favourite Garden Villa Now don’t get me wrong these villas are also absolutely beautiful. We booked this Villa, but I was really wanting the view so we decided to see if there were any other villas available and we came across the Terrace Villa. I was glad we made the switch because the room offered a view that you just couldn’t get from the garden villas.

I can’t really fault anything about the resort itself. I do wish that resorts offered competitive prices for the spa treatment. I feel that Grab and Gojek are so accessible these days that people would rather travel out of the resort to go to spas because you can find them for 60% to 70% cheaper I know you have the convenient of being able to have a massage at the resort, but if anything like we are who had one to massages every day, they add up and we love a good saving

This place is just amazing, from the staff to the beautiful villa. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The food was incredible at the restaurant, some of the best we’ve ever had so we had many meals there and it was so reasonably priced. The pool and the villa private pool were great too. It was very clean and the bed was huge and so comfortable. We didn’t ever want to leave. We will be back one day for sure. It was our 20 year anniversary and the staff covered our bed with a beautiful rose petal display. Everything was just perfect.

We just wish there was Netflix or something on TV to watch after a big day out, something to relax.

It was absolutely beautiful. I even enjoyed being visited by the monkeys in the morning. Such a beautiful Hotel with amazing and friendly staff. We only needed to mention our room number the first night after that the staff remembered our room number and our names and greeted us by name every time we walked passed. Just the little attention to detail was so appreciated. The pool was amazing and the privacy in our room was so good too. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location was great for us and we really enjoyed the walk into town.

This is not a negative comment about the hotel But it is at the very end of a street Which actually adds to why the hotel is so awesome and private and why we got visited by the monkeys. However if you are renting a car or need a car to come pick you up the traffic down this street is absolutely hectic. We hired a bike and that was perfect for us and worked well.

Tejaprana is the best place to stay when you plan to visit Ubud, great location, very nice houses, very kind staff, great beakfast and dinner. We love their kitchen in general. Cocktails are good too. I love the idea that you choose breakfast dishes, which all taste great. It is our second time here and still we felt like home. I love that they planted special night jasmin which blooms at night and whole resort smells amazing. Location is in the center of Ubud, you can walk to the Monkey forest and market place. On the steet to the hotel is supermarket, many good restaurants, farmacy and much more. Book trips through the hotel as they are great and have very good drivers. Angga was ours and we can not thank him enough. You will love this hotel, everything is great. We will come back for sure.

Our stay at the Tejaprana Bisma in a Garden Villa was absolutely flawless, from the seamless airport pickup to the breathtaking final moments of our visit. As a couple seeking a romantic and relaxing getaway, we couldn't have chosen a better destination. The experience began even before we arrived, with a smooth airport pickup arranged by the hotel. The driver was professional and friendly, providing chilled water and a comfortable ride while sharing insights about Bali. It was the perfect start to our stay. - Thx Angga! Upon arrival at the resort, we were warmly greeted with traditional Balinese hospitality. Check-in was effortless, and we were escorted to our Garden Villa, which was nothing short of spectacular. Surrounded by lush greenery, the villa offered complete privacy, making it an ideal retreat for couples. The villa itself was stunning, with a spacious layout, elegant Balinese design, and floor-to-ceiling windows that brought nature indoors. The private pool, set within a serene garden, was a highlight-we spent hours relaxing by the pool, soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. The staff had arranged a romantic setup in our villa upon arrival a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Every aspect of our time at Tejaprana Bisma was a delight. The à la carte breakfast was exceptional, featuring a wide selection of fresh and delicious dishes. The on-site restaurant also offered a stunning view of the jungle, and we had some memorable dinner under the stars, with the sounds of nature as our backdrop. The spa was another highlight. We booked a couples' treatment, and it was truly heavenly. The therapists were skilled and attentive, combining traditional Balinese techniques with aromatic oils in a serene, beautifully designed space. It was the ultimate relaxation experience and left us both feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Amazing Amazing staffs. It's rare to come across such staff members with a great sense of hospitality. Service was simply great!. We had a great Yoga session ( yes! it's complimentary and worth it). The location is perfect...away from Ubud's hustle-bustle. A nice little walk from the property will take you to some noteworthy Warungs and marts.

Our stay was breakfast inclusive- it was literally the same menu all throughout and they could have brought in some variants. Overall, a great stay but is it worth the money I paid for? Quite frankly, not so. It's not the hotel but it was my mistake as I booked a suite with a private room when the infiniti pool was a less than 100 meters away from us. We hardly used the private pool. I wish I did the following- 1. Should have booked a suite without a private pool. 2. Shouldn't have had a breakfast inclusive plan as it was repetitive. Ubud offers plenty of breakfast options and there is no dearth for options.

MONKEYs, MONKEYS Because hotel is beside monkey forest. Monkeys are coming to your backyard almost daily. Hotel told that when we arrived, but I prefered to knownit before booking. We couldn’t open the backyard and we didn’t swim in the private pool at all because of monkeys. Monkeys were coming even in families, so imagine you see suddenly 20 monkeys in hotel in your backyard.

We had 5 nights in Ubud and this was a wonderful place to stay. Firstly the location is excellent, it is quiet and still close to restaurants and shops. The infinity pool overlooking palm trees and rice field is a magical place for breakfast and relaxing by the pool. Our room was superb, in particular with the plunge pool, undercover day bed and bath. Finally the staff were awesome. They are a young team that could have not been more friendly and accommodating and we thank them for making our stay in Ubud such a memorable one.

What I like about this property? Everything! I cannot say enough about this place. The staff were amazing! They take pride in their work, workplace and their culture. It’s the little touches that make this place special. My husband wanted ranch dressing for his pizza. They did not have it but the kitchen staff said they can try to make ranch dressing. Who does that? The genuine engagement we get from the staff was remarkable. The food @ Kalyanna was fresh and delicious. A must try. The rooms are very comfortable with it’s own private pool. The staff keeps it equipped with necessities and the evening story was a treat I looked forward to every night! The place is close to shops and other restaurants but you’ll have the quiet and peaceful serenity of Bali. Will definitely come back and highly recommend this place. Kudos to Anik, Kadee, Yuni, Ria and the whole Kalyanna staff, Made, Ita, Aris, Lely of the Reception and every Housekeeping staff. Suksma!

Everything! The staff, the place, the food!

Breakfast was amazing, great choices, as much or as little as you wanted, your every whim pandered to, Restaurant staff were just fantastic. Location was great, right at the end of Jalan Bisma. Driving there we thought it felt quite a way out, but turned out to be a quick stroll into the heart of Ubud, just a few hundred metres to the Monkey Forest. Heaps of good eateries, shops, pharmacies, honest money changers. It turned out to be an absolutely perfect spot with the most amazing views from the restaurant. Because it is at the end of the road, it was also very quiet and tranquil, no noise to disturb you at night other than the odd monkey or two around 6am

Bed was a little on the firm side, that was our only bugbear, but we got creative and managed a work around for that by utilising the outdoor setting cushion. Unfolded, it was a near-perfect fit on the bed! Just gave it that extra bit of cushioning and made it far more comfy. Everything else about it was good enough that we plan on returning later this year :-)
