The location is great - 20 min on foot to Ubud Art Market, right next to Monkey Forest, so you can see the monkey leisurely playing on balconies - just be careful not to leave any food or anything else outside. Breakfast was good, served 7 till 10 am, the selection isn’t super wide, but the food is good. Spa: I had relaxing massage every day - their masseuse Budi is very attentive and professional, and super lovely too - although I’d say everyone is super lovely there! There are two swimming pools, sun-beds, lots of greenery on the territory, it’s quite quiet there, despite its proximity to the shopping street and the forest - all very nice.

- Didn’t love the breakfast. Not suitable for those who don’t eat meat, egg or dairy. Even the rice contained butter, which was disappointing. - School (teenagers) groups during our stay. There were two separate groups of around 20+ students, and some evenings turned into a bit of a party on the grounds. It wasn’t a relaxing experience for those looking to unwind and getting a pool bed was nearly impossible, with people even resorting to sitting on the ground.

The location was perfect we had monkeys every morning to say hello in our window. The hotel had this amazing pools although the weather was not the best… the pools were top! We rented a scooter to go around and there was always space to leave it. The breakfast was good and we had monkeys always looking to get a piece of it. Was too funny to see it. The room was superb and very spacious. We had a great time!

I loved how friendly they were, breakfast was very good until 10am, and the staff was super helpful. During Nyepi (holiday) the staff did everything to still make us enjoy our stay and kept wifi on, pool open en serving food - many hotels close this day so I am very thankful for this. The rooms were very big as well and airco works really good + comfy beds with mosquito net are a big help. Loved how big the bathtub was as well.

I wish the massage was a little better for the amount we paid. Outside massages are a lot cheaper + better. Also, when we arrived they said they forgot to tell us that there is 20% extra fee - so be aware of it. The bath is big but the hot water doesn't keep going unfortunately till it is filled. Only up until 1/3th - so that too, be aware :)

The pools were amazing, good Breakfast, The restaurant staff where just the best, so friendly and helpful. We loved having the monkeys around, they were funny. We were travelling with a 10 year old and the place was good for her. The rooms where spacious. It was right by the shops and a little convenience store. Nice massages too, at a good price. The ladies were very professional. We would go back again and stay.

Staying in the Champlung Sari hotel was wonderful. Ad regarding reservation i, Darma & Ayan in Reception, Salini the House Staff management along with other staff were very cooperative and always smiling. Very good ambience

Everything was good. The Internet is not so good..Though at our request they give us a modem but that is also not fast.

Great all round, including resort hotel ambience, value, awesome location for Monkey Forest (the monkey selfies they offer for visitors are hilarious and cost the price of two Pepsi Colas) and all friendly staff, especially hotel driver Dewa who took us tourist visiting. Had three twin rooms. Free drinking water, good internet, good beds and good air con in rooms. Nice big private bathroom with good hot water, although no shower curtain. Children loved the afternoon swim surrounded by adorable monkeys, but later a cheeky one, jumped up on daughter and grabbed (and proceeded to drink) her strawberry milkshake on the way back from the very nearby 24 hour convenience store. No harm done and another great memory from the visit. We liked restaurant Dian up the street about 400 metres away (all good and great cheap steak) and an expensive (only for Bali) lovely Bamboo building restaurant Dewa took us to day one, but didn't like the similarly expensive one he took us too on the way to Kuta.

Only had one iron and in 24 hours couldn't get to use it (front desk said they took it up with manager and said they will be changing that). Booked deluxe rooms but realised got superior after first night, but didn't even bother changing second night as they were fine.

I felt well taken care of during my stay at the hotel, and I felt safe being a solo female traveller. The breakfasts were so lovely and great value for money! My room was comfortable and spacious, the staff friendly & the ladies at the spa were wonderful! Also good value for money on the treatments. I wish I had more time to join in on the morning yoga.. I had a good relationship with my driver, who also offered to take me on a day trip for some of my own sightseeing (can he arranged directly with driver).

Maybe newer towels! 😭 there was nothing wrong with mine, they were clean and neat but maybe a little old

Room was comfortable and clean, everything I needed. Staff were so friendly and helpfull. Monkeys paid a visit every day, staff did well to keep them under control. Breakfast was good. Had a massage at the spa, very good. Overall im very happy with my stay there. Will miss Miko the little ginger cat.
