Really lovely room set in peaceful gardens and very centrally located. Staff were very helpful throughout

Given that this is Bali I was a bit disappointed with the food in the restaurant, especially breakfast. I would definitely stay at this hotel again but next time I would not include breakfast - there are very many other restaurants nearby to choose from. Small point - towels not always available at the pool and only a limited numbers of sunbeds

The location is really good, close to Monkey Forest and the center of Ubud. The room was spacious and clean and even if they were all booked it didnt feel crowded. The shower is really good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast included was lackluster, the portions were a little small and the food average. You had to choose between juice and fruit salad, and if you pick the fruit salad you have only a small cup of tea to drink. I would have love some water included. We booked a trip from the hotel, but they didnt processed it. On the day the staff had to find a driver on the spot.

Right in the heart of Ubud yet a tranquil green oasis metres away from shops and warungs. Occasional monkey was sighted. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was huge. Perfect for the disabled.

Pool is dark in colour and rather small. More of a water feature. Really pretty though and I did swim in it.

We really liked the hotel. It’s quite simple, but it’s a typical Balinese-style hotel. It was clean and located in a very beautiful, green area. The only thing we didn’t like was that the monkeys aren’t even allowed to stop on the property. I understand that it’s for safety reasons, of course. But since we were staying so close to the sanctuary, we expected the monkeys to jump on the stairs or run across the path. That’s how it was last time, when we stayed at another place in the same area. If you’re afraid of monkeys and don’t want them to come close or jump onto your balcony, then this is ideal. But if you want to see the monkeys, you’ll need to step outside the hotel — they’re not even allowed to stop on the hotel grounds. There’s a tasty restaurant at the hotel , and the location is central, with other restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend it.

This is one of the first hotel I have been in Bali where the swimming pool is not directly surrounded by the rooms looking into it, but there is a very nice vegetation that separates the swimming pool and the room to give you some privacy during a relaxing swim under the sun/stars! The hotel is very green and quiet despite being next one of the busiest road of Ubud. I would highly suggest it if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay in Ubud.

I only stayed one night, and I could not find anything uncomfortable during my stay.

I travel al lot, since I work as a travel journalist, so this is what I liked with Ubud Inn - The location is very central and right in the middle of the city, so yes - the street is very busy with a lot of traffic, pollution and noice - I mean a LOT! But entering the park in the hotel area was like entering another world - it is so quiet and peaceful - like a zen-like oasis filled with lush plants and beautiful flowers, and of course; nice people. Even the hotel only got 3 stars, it feels like heaven. Regarding numbers and stars, I do not care about ratings and nice, modern furnitures. I care about "the feeling" I get being somewhere. Feelings that go way beyond the materialistic and touches my soul. The only thing I cannot compromise with, is tidiness and cleanliness, it has to be clean, and it was. The pool in the oasis at Ubud Inn is like a healing place - no, let me rephrase that - it IS a healing spring, right in the middle of the city! So I give it a 10 out of 10.

The pillows on the out door furnitures should have been washed. :-) Otherwise, I enjoyed it all.

We really loved this hotel. It felt super peaceful even though it’s right in the middle of ubud, 10 mins walk from the monkey forest. Surrounded by loads of good little shops, salons, and restaurants, and yet surprisingly calm traffic (I think the road is one way for cars). Much less chaotic than canggu and seminyak. We were upgraded to a suite room which was beautiful. The aircon was really effective and quiet, the bathroom had great water pressure. Lots of towels, hair dryer, mosquito repellers, nets, slippers, toiletries and dressing gown all provided. Reasonably priced mini bar. Breakfast we had banana pancakes with coconut, eggs on toast, fruit platter, and coffee- all included. Friendly staff too.

The sun loungers by the pool didn’t recline flat, but I’m scraping the barrel here. We loved this hotel.

This is a very beautiful property and nearby to many sightseeing places. Breakfast is lovely. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Check in and check out smooth. Late check in request like many other hotels. Staff are really friendly. Will recommend to friends and family. Thank you for your hospitality.

The water pressure on the 1st floor is very low. We couldn’t use the bathroom shower or the toilet. Had to come down to the ground floor bathroom every time we needed, that’s the only thing was inconvenience other than that all perfectly fine.

We had an amazing staying in Ubud Inn Cottage. We stayed in the new suites. Room was big and spacious with a lovely view of the gardens. Robes , hairdryer, umbrella, toiletries, coffee, tea, kettle provided. Right on the main street in Ubud but feels hidden once through the gates.Walking distance to shops , restaurants and only 5 min walk to Monkey forest. We stayed here 2 nights . We didn't use the restaurant or the spa, so can't comment on these services. Pool was lovely and staff we very visible if needed . Thank you

Ideal location halfway between the town centre and the Monkey Park. If you're lucky, you may see the odd monkey outside your room. The staff are very helpful. There is daily housekeeping. It has a modest size pool in a quiet and tranquil setting, and pool towels are provided too.

It is a really lovely hotel, and it would have gotten 10/10 but there was one drawback, the WiFi was awful. It would constantly disconnect, and when it did eventually manage to connect, it was unbelievably slow. Just reading the news headlines was painful. It was pretty much unusable for most of the stay.
