I stayed in a villa which was great. Amazing facilities in the room and private pool was lovely. I chose to stay here as I was unwell and wanted some privacy - the staff were great and brought all my meals to the room and were generally very kind.

Check in took a long time which was frustrating as I arrived after the check in time. Although I didn’t use the facilities outside of the Villa, they looked a little more outdated than the villa itself which was very clean and modern.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had such a wonderful time that we ended up extending by an extra night! We booked a one-bedroom villa with a private pool — peaceful, spacious, and beautifully maintained. It was the perfect start to our honeymoon. Room service was truly exceptional. Every day we were greeted with creative towel art — from intricate designs to full scenes — made with so much care and imagination. Huge thanks to Pande, Aditya, and Bayu for making each day feel extra special. All the staff were absolutely amazing. The restaurant team were friendly, professional, and attentive, and the food was fantastic — genuinely some of the best we had during our trip. We even got a Balinese language lesson one evening! Dayu, Widarini, Madi, Putu, and Yande were especially outstanding, and the entire chef team deserves a big thank you for the delicious meals and impeccable service. The massages were also excellent — relaxing, professional, and very much worth booking in. Yes, there are monkeys around (you're in the jungle!), but they're no trouble if you keep your doors shut — they’re clever and curious, but the hotel staff handle them very calmly and efficiently. There’s also a sweet hotel cat who came by for regular visits, adding even more charm to our stay. The only thing we’d change is the shower pressure, which was a bit weak — but honestly, everything else was so perfect that it didn’t take away from our experience at all. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing, romantic, and memorable stay. Suksma!

Some stains on the bedsheets - clearly sheets and towels were clean but just stains that don't come out in the wash.

The best villa we stayed in, amazing swimming pool, so quiet, nice staff. We had an ant nest in the bathroom villa in several spots which was taken care of by the manager Putu immediately, he even arranged for a very nice proposal dinner for us in a different location, was very sweet of him, i would definitely come back again, we stayed for 3 weeks and was a good idea not to change the location. Monkeys are peaceful if you don’t interact with them we had zero problems with them. Also enjoyed the massage there. Highly recommended.

Everything was nice

Our villa was spacious: the bathroom was lovely with the bath having a view of our pool. Very comfortable bed. Well appointed villa so we decided to stay longer (7 nights). We were very close the the monkey forest, shops, restaurants, etc.. We also had the occasional visit from the monkeys! The Spa was lovely and quiet, so we had many massages there.

Some construction work nearby the front of the resort near the spa was noisy in the afternoon, but our villa was well away from that so not a problem. We rescheduled our massages after construction was completed each day to avoid the noise.

After reading lots of mixed reviews I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but our villa (506) was fantastic! It was huge, clean and well maintained (except the cream coloured couch had a few marks on it). The bed unfortunately was rock hard, as others have mentioned. There were sunloungers by the plunge pool and it was private. The monkeys were on the hotel grounds sometimes but none at our villa. The check-in staff were ok, not overly friendly but not unfriendly, and we had to wait about half an hour past check-in time. The buffet breakfast was great - we went at 8am everyday and there was plenty there and lots of variety - the terrace overlooking the main pool was much nicer than the review photos we had seen. Breakfast staff were great. Location is perfect for Ubud central, close to monkey forest (forest is gorgeous but 10x more tourists than monkeys) and lots of great restaurants (highly recommend Three Monkeys! Tropical View was great for lunch. But don't bother with Pison). It's quite a long walk to the Palace and markets - honestly, I wouldn't bother with either of those. The palace is just the courtyards and the markets is just the same souvenir stuff over and over. There's a small convenience store a few doors down for snacks, and it has an atm. Overall great and I would defintely stay here again. Note: Google maps shows a separate entrance to the villas but there isn't one, you need to get dropped at and check-in at the hotel reception. Then a short 2 min walk to the villas.

The private villa with swimming pool was amazing so much space and great value for money. The staff made our stay very welcoming and kept our rooms very tidy. Location of the hotel was great so close to the Sacred Monkey forest the staff would make sure that Monkeys were not causing guests any problems. Short walk to lots of great restaurants and the ubud market

The breakfast was a little basic but still providing us enough choice to keep us going each day.

The villa was absolutely superb. Spotlessly cleaned daily with a special mention to Pande and Edi for there hard work all done with a smile and many personal touches. Breakfast was really good and never too busy.

Mix up on arrival as they could not find our booking even though we had booked and paid for our stay 9 months previously. Was eventually sorted after an hour or so.

It was great. Clean accomodation, nice staff. Good place with a lot of restaurants around. If there was problem with AC or hot water everything was fixed in quick time.

I did not like breakfast. I wait 20 min for refill some options and it was not refill for that time. Aspecially sweet options like pancake, fried banana and so on. Even eggs was not refill even there is egg station where sould be someone from staff.

The property is next door to Monkey Forest so you have the honor of seeing monkeys all over the property. My friend left her book outside in the pool area. A small monkey picked it up and started to “read” it. I had so many wonderful encounters when them. I felt so in love with the nature and privacy of this beautiful location. Close to everything and yet nestled in the forest

I loved it but if you are afraid of monkeys or dont want them in your area this is not the hotel for you. It is unavoidable to see monkeys and be close to them

monkeys came down into the pool area, some we're aggressive, certainly don't leave anything out, even whilst you are sitting there, did disturb our stay a bit breakfasts were dreadful, everything cold except omelettes, whilst there was choice items were tasteless or soggy. certainly don't recommend eating breakfast there.
