The staff was extremely friendly and amazing. My partner and I travel alot and it’s been one of the most relaxing places we’ve stayed in awhile.

The villa was amazing, beautiful and super clean! The location is really good as it’s close to the city center while also being in a quite place so you can’t hear the outside street noise which is unique here and very relaxing. The staff are really helpful and attentive. I also really like that they bring the breakfast to your room! We had an amazing, relaxing stay here and we would definitely come back again! I really recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation. Also, they have the option to rent a bike from the hotel itself with the same price as outside, which is really convenient! Also I would like to thank Sudarma the hotel manager as he was very supportive and helpful, he offered us a late checkout when he found out that our flight was late in the evening, so that was really amazing we really appreciated this!

Nothing, everything was smooth and amazing

The staff were friendly and efficient, while the villa owner Maria went out of her way to make sure I had a wonderful stay. That included offering to drive me into town, taking me to see a traditional fire dance and going to the nearby food market. In my personal experience, the villa was better than the pictures showed. Location-wise, a little tucked away from Ubud centre but Grab is readily available and I barely noticed. Instead, I enjoyed being surrounded by the fields. Wifi signal was good. Bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. I found it to be great value for money. They can arrange pick up from the airport to Ubud which is usually about a two-hour drive. They also own a restaurant in the city centre which was nice to check out.

Would definitely return! Fair bit away from Central Ubud but easily reachable with Gojec. The villa was nice and comfortable, everything we needed with exceptional service from all staff! The complimentary tea on arrival was delicious, we continued to get it every breakfast 😊 The road to the villa is tight so a driver drops you to a pick up point “Central parking” where the staff will pick you up on scooters (bags first and then you lol) They have quite some skill, we loved it! The staff truly go above and beyond for you, they deserve the biggest tips but I’d run out of cash, so very gutted I couldn’t show my appreciation. When I return I will!! Only down fall is the Lizards lol

It's nestled in a very private location surrounded by green fields/paddy. It felt like a retreat. The accommodation is beautiful. It is difficult for cars to get to the location, but can be dropped off at a drop off point and take a short walk or call the staff to pick you up (via scooter/bike). The staff are really nice and friendly! The swimming pool is clean! Overall met my expectation except for a small set back (cleaniless to showerheads)

As we checked in at night, i did not notice this... until later...but the toilet was slightly moudly/unclean around the shower heads and the shade/blinds for the outdoor seating was also slightly moudly.

The staff were friendly and cooperative. The pool was good and well kept. The bed was really comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and good. The location was ideal. The property is situated near rice fields and is away from all the hustle and bustle of Ubud. But, if you're not a fan of staying in a secluded area or in a village setting, you might want to skip this property.

The narrow lane from the lobby to the room is extremely slippery and not well lit. It's very difficult to walk out of your room after dark. The garden is not well kept and there are ants, snails, lizards, and other creature everywhere. Privacy is an issue at this property. The boundary wall and the main gate is really low and people standing outside the villa can peep inside without any issue. Bigger gates and walls would be preferable.

The villa is particularly private which was fantastic. The room was lovely, bed was comfy, and the shower was also good and provided good water pressure. The private pool was superb. The highlight for us were the staff - they were fantastic, polite, kind and nothing was too much hassle. They helped with our bags and cleaned the room daily. We were provided with a local drink upon arrival which was a bonus. Can’t fault the place, would easily stay again.

Our only criticism was that tax was added to some items when we checked out, which wasn’t clear from the menus provided for food & massages. This was our own fault - but do not leave any loose food out! We left out some food and woke up to ants all over it, but again, the staff were brilliant and cleaned this up with no hassle.

The villas were well-appointed, private, very clean, and comfortable. The pool was beautiful and inviting. The area and the villa felt safe. The team was so kind and helpful. They welcomed us upon arrival and helped us with our bags and to get settled in. Our taxi dropped us about 1000 ft from Niluh, and they came to us to help with our bags and get us there. They also checked in via WhatsApp earlier that day to ensure we had all the necessary information. The breakfast menu was nice, and they would bring it to the villa in the morning at an agreed-upon time. We were in Ubud for work and having this place and all the amenities to base out of made everything so easy for us. We are grateful, and we will definitely be back. The laundry and daily cleaning services were excellent, and we always had fresh towels. Also a very nice area to walk around each morning.

The light switch for the inside was outside, so that was a pain when we were getting ready for bed. There was only one plug next to each bedside, so we had to choose between our chargers or a bedside light. But it was all minor and very easy to get used to!

We only stayed here for one night but the actual villa itself was really nice - clean and big and the pool looked so good. Nice big comfortable bed and good facilities!

Unfortunately we got breakfast included and it wasn't very good - the toast was all cold and stale and the butter basically frozen so couldn't spread it on, and the juices tasted like nothing. The other element was the location - be aware that a taxi can only take you so far (on some crazy roads btw) and then you have to walk yourself the rest - this wasn't a problem for us though just wish we knew about it in advance. Also, forget using the taxi apps near here - the area seems to be drop offs only and if you want to get a taxi you have to use a local service which the place can help with but its more pricey.

The villa was a perfect blend of tranquility and nature — private, serene, and beautifully designed. The lush garden view from the pool were breathtaking, and the interior felt both elegant and homey. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrived. It was the ideal retreat to relax, recharge, and take in the magic of Ubud.
