Honestly wonderful place, friendly staff, good breakfast.

1h walk from centre, but 10min by scooter so no problem

incredible place to stay. staff are all so lovely and welcoming, very helpful too. the room we stayed in was stunning, we will be going back. I really loved the bathroom especially because it was slightly open so you could see outside :)

the only thing we werent 100% sure on is the big dog. they have 3 dogs which are all actually super friendly when the owner is there, however at night time, the big dog is a bit scary.

Booked this room since I needed to be here early before a training that I signed up for. I didn't have many expectations of my room, but I was quite surprised at how new and renovated it seemed. For being at a yoga shala, my particular room offered a nice touch of privacy, hidden behind a cement wall with vine plants. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and they'll make you feel like they've known you for a long time by calling you by your name on Day 1, and saving you your food if you come a little later than meal time. My A/C wasn't quite working when I got there, but the staff immediately came to the rescue. Their English speaking skills is quite impressive so it was really easy to chat with them. I can honestly say it was probably the best decision to have stayed here as a solo female traveler. It's close enough to the Ubud city center, but far away enough that you find a sense of peace (as much as you can for being in residential Ubud). If you need to head out, book a scooter on Grab. If you're licensed to ride a motorcycle in your home country, feel free to rent a scooter at the property. Yoga classes are an option, meals are affordable and delicious, and if you opt for a Balinese massage at the property, you will leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this place most especially for solo female travelers – yogis and yoginis and couples may enjoy their stay here too!

Sometimes the wifi went in and out, but I feel like this is not always in their control so I don't fault them for that.

The staff and the family is super nice, it's lovely they offer water, coffee and tea. Plus a place to storage food & drinks. Would absolutely recommend this place. The place is super clean and absolutely well maintained. Don't hesitate to book Dedeane.

The rooms on the check in side have amazing wifi but are very close to the dogs, check-in, running water and yoga shala. Which is not too disturbing, but slightly inconvenient. The rooms on the other side have the opposite; very slow wifi but much more secluded and peaceful, while the rooms also are very cozy.

It’s my first time in Bali, and I chose this hotel for my first week while I was looking for a longer-term place. But I liked it so much that I decided to stay here for the whole month! 😍 It’s really cozy here, just like home! The staff are wonderful, always smiling, and the owners are very kind and welcoming. The hotel is always clean, they clean every day, the air conditioner works well, the pool is clean, and they even cook good food if you ask. It feels like they treat you with care and understanding, and I really appreciate that 👍 The location is good — you can reach the center in 10 minutes by bike. Supermarkets are also nearby. No mold, no dampness, everything is clean, and there’s hot water. If something goes wrong, they fix it the same day — huge respect for that! For me, this is a perfect place compared to other places I’ve seen. The price and quality are totally worth it! 🔥 I recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and coziness. And be sure to try the Balinese massage at this hotel.

The only downside is that sometimes the internet is unstable (but usually it works fine). If high-speed internet is important for your work, like it is for me, just get mobile data. In all other cases, the internet works fine 😉

The host, Dewa, and his wife, as well as all the staff are so warm & friendly. It gives the already beautiful place an added oomph to the stay. The rooms are cosy, clean, and spacious, with a proper Bali vibe to those who crave that feel. The sound of water right outside my room is so soothing. Dewa arranged coconut water for me daily, because I requested to have that instead of the standard scrambled egg/etc for breakfast. His wife put incense outside my room too when I was so happy with the incense being done in their little temple, and requested for the same. It's these little things. Thank you to the whole team & keep up the great work!

- rooms are basic, but all you need - staff was very friendly ans helpful - free coffee and tea next to the area where breakfast is served - I had my own fish pond in front of the room

- I would have loved to have a small lamp at the side of the bed (on bedside table) - the door didn’t close all the way, there was a huge gap so mosquitos could come in and it is a waste of energy for the air con - no sun beds at the pool - a mosquito net would have been great

- They clean everyday; - staff are super helpful and if anything is wrong in the room they will try to fix it straight away; - Massage (for a fee) is extremely amazing; - nice place to make friends; - more quiet but 10 min bike ride to center; - breakfast is simple but tasty. Disliked: - they need to fix the entrance, there is a hole right where you enter and if you are hiring a scooter is a bit hard to go through as the gate is a bit tight;

Absolutely loved staying here. The location is great, with lots of really good cafes and restaurants nearby (walking distance). The place itself is really beautiful and tranquil. I liked being around all the different classes that were going on in the yoga space - it was very relaxing. The staff were lovely and friendly. We would have loved to extend!

Julii was wonderful and everyone we met from Dedeane was very friendly. Well located on Main Street yet very calm inside with private motorbike parking. Fine breakfast and pool area. Perfectly clean and comfortable.

The place hosts a lot of yoga and very open minded people so some early morning & late night conversations in common area may disturb you if your room is nearby :)
