Loved the private pool with a view. Staff was amazing and accommodating, we enjoyed the free activity of learning how to make canang sari. The free shuttle to and from town was also a huge bonus, we used it several times. You can walk to town but it is a bit far, about 20 minutes so the shuttle was great. We found the value for what we paid was great and we would stay here again!

The bathrooms could have been cleaner but overall fine. Also note that the bathrooms have open-air windows so mosquitos can get in, we just made sure to always keep the bathroom door closed and did not have any issues. There are plumeria trees over the pool so leaves do fall in, not really an issue just a matter of aesthetics. Had their been a pool net I would have cleaned them out myself no problem.

The staff were completely faultless, could not have been friendlier or more attentive to our needs. Food was great, with a great choice for breakfast and was beautifully fresh. Room service was fantastic. The villa we stayed in was beautiful, comfortable beds and the private pool was very much appreciated after a long day exploring. We celebrated my partners 40th while we were in Ubud and had the candlelight dinner. It was outstanding, the set up they provided was stunning, so much effort had gone into it. Shuttle bus down into Ubud centre was brilliant.

Feel like the rooms could do with a little TLC. Tiles loose in bathroom around bath, and the shower head didn't work properly. We had a jacuzzi one night and the jacuzzi didn't actually work. But this is me being picky, these were the only faults I could find, but for a 4 star hotel feel these things could be looked at.

We stayed here for 5 nights for somewhere that was comfy and private to enjoy Nyepi. Staff were always so kind and caring with a huge smile on their faces everyday! The room was amazing! Pool over looking the rice terrace was a nice touch! The restaurant food and drinks were always delicious and served with a smile. It's a good walk away from Ubud center, but they have a free shuttle service to take you there and pick you up. During Nyepi, they had activities for everyone to do if they chose, such as making canang sari (offerings) and dress up in traditional clothing. It was a really great stay!

My group of 8 all stayed in seperate villas and we absolutely loved this place! The shuttle bus gets you into town with ease or just call a Gojek as it’s less than 2AUD each way and super fast service. Loved the floating breakfast in the amazing pool, the staff and the villa itself. Cannot rate the staff here any higher, absolutely superb and kind and caring. We did the cooking class at this resort and absolutely loved the experience with Adi the chef. He took us to the local food market in the morning and we ate heaps of local snacks and fruits. Such an amazing stay here. Absolute bonus was the fireflies in the rice fields at night - so beautiful! Our highest rating of staff along our whole trip in Bali.

Our stay at Ubud Green Resort was an absolute delight! We ended up booking this place very last minute after leaving another accommodation in the middle of the night due to unmet expectations. Looking back, we couldn’t be happier with our decision! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. A special shoutout to the lovely lady who assisted us during check-in and check-out (apologies for not remembering your name!)—she was truly one of the highlights of our stay. She always checked in on us, making sure everything was going well and even asking about our overall experience in Bali. As for the villa itself—wow! We immediately fell in love. The space was beautiful, spacious, and had a fantastic ambiance. The bedroom was large and comfortable, and we even had a spare room, which we didn’t use but was a great addition. The private pool and terrace were stunning—waking up to that view every morning was pure bliss! The living room was cozy, stylish, and had a huge TV, perfect for unwinding with movies or series in the evening. The dining area was also a great plus. Breakfast wasn’t included in our stay, but we purchased it on two out of the three mornings and found it absolutely worth it.

The only downsides were minor. The jacuzzi was dirty, and despite requesting a cleaning, it remained the same on our last night, so we didn’t use it. It might have been due to the rain, but since it was late, we didn’t want to bother the staff again. The bathrooms could also use some renovation, especially the toilet seat, which seemed worn and needed replacing. Despite these small issues, our stay was fantastic, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. The resort is a hidden gem, offering great value, comfort, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Ubud!

The villa was absolutely lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Amazing pool with rice field views and the breakfast was very good also. But for me what really stood out were the villa staff. Due to unfortunate circumstance, I could not enjoy my stay to the full because I had an unexpected leg surgery a few days before and was still in a poorly state. However we are so grateful that the staff were so kind and amazing, helping us to make our stay more comfortable, Thank you so much xxx

My only regret is having had to miss two nights from my original stay since I was in hospital, Really wish I could have stayed at this wonderful villa much longer.

The villa itself is amazing. Very beautiful and cozy! The view to the jungle is picturesque! We appreciated by the managers, who allowed us to use both bedrooms without additional payment. We celebrated my birthday here, there were 10 people to sing a song who brought a cake with a candle. It was so nice! Thank you so much! We could use a shuttle to the center, it was helpful! Room service is free of charge, all our requests were satisfied immediately! The dishes that we ordered were tasty! Thank you so much! We enjoyed staying with you!

The place is not for cooking at all. Here are only two flat plates and one pan. If you want to cook, you'll be disappointed. The sink is not for washing. The water is just passing through. The lock in the door is not comfortable. The bathrooms need repair works!

Great stylish villa, very spacious living area, beautiful pool in green environment, comfortable bed. Well equipped with new TVs, google nest hub, aromatherapy diffuser. Lovely staff, nice location 1km from Ubud Palace, free shuttle service. Great value for money.

Not much, if I had to say something it is getting a little tired, calcium scale on glass and sinks. Sliding door tracks to bedroom door kept jamming. A little more attention to detail and it would be excellent. I would stay again!

Staff were super friendly and attentive, beds were large and comfortable and the room service/ restaurant served delicious food! Gorgeous views of the rice fields from both room and restaurant. It was a 20 minute walk into the centre but we enjoyed being a bit further out as we felt safe and secluded. They also offered free shuttle services at certain times which was helpful. I would definitely return just not to room Apha 1.

The margaritas. The bathroom door was also heavy and very loud (it would shake the whole downstairs when it closed) which would be ok if not sharing with others. The heavy door also meant the bathroom often got stuffy. The pool was cold and in the shade so we didn’t get much use and most disappointingly our room had no lounge chairs so you couldn’t enjoy the outside area (most rooms had it we were just unlucky)
