The service staff go beyond their way to make your stay comfortable and convenient. They will keep you well informed about the kitchen timings, etc. Get your glasses, ice, and food in good time. Always smiling and genuinely very hard working.

The rooms appears very tired. With little upkeep, it can go a long way. Electric sockets are old, bathroom drainage smells, door handles and fitting need tightening. The pipe connection behind the commode had the tile broken....the Flush of the WC keeps stopping, need to mannually adjust by lifting the hood of the tank. And the rooms and common areas, especially buffets, need pest control and cover from ants crawling on food. Chafing trays, lids on sweets and fruits...these are minor expenses for such a hotel. But it will ensure healthy offerings.

I stayed here about 4 years ago and when we decided to visit Bali again Ubud was on my list of destinations and I was particularly keen to return to B Saya, it holds so many special memories for me and I was thrilled to return. The staff are absolutely fantastic, so friendly, helpful and polite, they give you a very big warm welcome every day. The breakfast, smoothies and cappuccinos are a wonderful start to the day. We hired scooters and arranged our transport to the port for our onward journey to Lombok/Gili T. Nothing is too much for them. We stayed in a lovely villa across the road from the main hotel which was just gorgeous, lovely large comfortable bed for a great night sleep, lovely views across the valley. There was some intermittent wifi issues but everything you wouldn’t expect on an island in rainy season and tbh nothing you can’t live without for a short while. They offer a shuttle bus to the centre and back or it’s a short 15-20 minute walk. There’s plenty to explore and we find the location suits us. The pool overlooking the rice fields is deeply relaxing and offers a welcoming cool down when it gets too hot. I found it very emotional to leave B Saya when it was time for our journey to continue, however I can honestly say it’s not my last visit, we will definitely choose to stay here when we next return to Bali, it’s my happy place.

There’s nothing not to like in our opinion

Stunning setting with an absolutely gorgeous sunset every night. Food very good quality and breakfast had lots of variety! The staff were very accommodating and friendly. If you want somewhere that is a more peaceful atmosphere, then this is a good shout.

On one of the days the toilets in our area were blocked - it took 7 hours before it got sorted and we had little communication about it. Another small thing was that there was no sign for the door saying to not clean, meaning we were woken up each morning earlier than we would have liked.

This hotel has a cozy atmosphere. You feel like you are a part of their family. Staff are super friendly, breakfast is amazing with loads of options to choose from, the surroundings are beautiful, my room looked gorgeous and the swimming pool was beautiful. It was far from the busy part of Ubud, which made it very quiet and pleasant.

Wifi was quite poor, so if you are traveling for work, you might consider that. But there are nice cafes you can work from.

Absolutely loved my stay here, everything about it was wonderful. The views were gorgeous, my room was lovely, the restaurant was great. The staff really make this hotel, they are so friendly and welcoming. I did not want to leave! Ubud is so busy and this was a perfect escape from the noise and the chaos. I felt completely safe here as a solo female traveller. The yoga shala is also gorgeous with fantastic views

They should offer refillable bottled water

Great location, beautiful gardens and surroundings. Lovely pool and sunbathing area with lush Ubud gardens and views. Extremely comfortable bed and I loved our cute little jungle hut. The views were magical around our hut in the morning surrounded by nature and trees with a yoga shala we could use next door and mats. Staff were extremely kind, accommodating and looked after us

The hotel is really nice but generally needs a bit of renovation. Our jungle villa hut was lovely, but a bit noisy in the early morning as it was right next to the main road and the bathroom needed a bit of paint or a renovation. but still amazing value for the price we paid

This property is beyond beautiful, the views will make you say “oh my god”, followed by a giant smile on your face. Most importantly the staff - every single one - it so kind, so caring and makes you feel like this is home. The facility is exceptionally clean, the pool will make you super relaxed and the sound of nature will put you in the best mood possible. The meals are divine, my belly has never been so happy - you must try the salmon as it’s pure perfection. I am sad to leave but I will be back.

Lovely personal. The breakfast was great, it is buffet + main dish (one of 8). The pool was pretty warm and clean. There is a transfer to Ubud center and back once in two hours. The view is nice.

There is a traffic on the road in the morning, didn't bother us a lot actually. The fridge in the room was working 24/7 loudly, so we turned it off every evening.

What I liked most was the attention from literally all the staff. They help you with everything with unparalleled kindness. It is also super well located and has impressive views (along with the pool, which is the best). The breakfast was also spectacular every day and we were delighted with the massage and transfer from the airport that we also booked with them. We will definitely be back!! From the time i booked until i left the team has been responsive and helpful. Nice villas but i would recommend to upgrade to the suite to overlook the rice fields and pool. Staff make this hotel friendly, cosy and your stay enjoyable. Rudy is very attentionate and all the team( sorry i dont know all names). There is a shuttle to the centre but for some reason you are adked to let them know when and if needed.

My room was in the back sonyou can hear noise in the street also my AC was not functionningbptoperly and caused leak! Not pleasant I guess this could be sorted if i was staying longer to ask to move room
