The location was good. It had a shuttle into Ubud centre and very good restaurants on the doorstep. The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. We were very well looked after. We stayed in a suite with à private pool and it was beautiful.

The rooms other than the lobby and the restaurant are all in need of work. Just small things but the rooms do look à little tired now and in need of updating. We would definitely stay here again, it didn't put us off but I run à property management business and there were small détails that I noticed could have been improved upon. It would also be nice to have a mosquito net over the door in the bathroom. It has slats in it so there are many mosquitoes in the bathroom.

really good This place was really good, with cozy houses and a pool right outside the door, quiet and secluded but still close to the center. The staff were so very nice. We are a family with children and they really loved our daughter. Let her feed the fish every morning. Right by the breakfast table was a pond with large koi fish. They were very fun for the daughter to watch and it was a nice environment for the whole family. The visit felt very personal and we received good help with everything we wanted. They fixed motorbikes and helmets, even for our two-year-old. Got the little extra and noticed that they were happy to have us there. There was help with getting excursions arranged and they always checked with us where we were going and if they could do anything to make it easier. Breakfast was included and a good price if you wanted to supplement with something. Everything was available vegetarian. Got help with the bags when we arrived and were about to leave. Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Bali.

Don't know if it was a statement that we didn't get the sheets changed because we forgot to tip one day. It was, however, made and cleaned otherwise.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much. We preferred to be a short distance from the main part of Ubud so the location suited us well. The food was good and better value for money than surrounding establishments where there was a bit more going on in terms of entertainment than Bije. The apartments are clean and the grounds are kept well, such a pleasant place to be so a big thanks to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable. 🙏

The one bedroom with private pool villa was beautiful!! It was so peaceful and quiet, the morning sun on the pool and into the bedroom made for the most relaxing mornings. The breakfast food is nice, the room service menu is really good with a big selection of meals and the prices are excellent. There are also a couple of restaurants next door too. The staff are all so lovely and friendly. The free shuttle into Ubud centre with pick-ups was so helpful and always on time. We would 100% stay here again.

We love the room, really tidy and spacious. There are shower and bathtub, and plenty space between them. It’s also small table and chair, we use it as our „office desk“ writing our postcards ☺️. At the terrace there are a small table and two chairs, awesome! We love the pool directly on the front of the villa. We love the breakfast, nutritious food and big enough to start your day! The staffs are outstanding, helpful and really friendly. This place is absolutely recommended!

Loved the spacious rooms and open air ensuite. The villas are beautifully decorated and were so comfortable, I would’ve loved to stay longer! The staff were welcoming, warm, always friendly and helpful - nothing was ever too much to ask. The free shuttle drop off and pick up into downtown Ubud was a great service! Must mention the breakfast options were excellent and substantial servings, also very tasty. If you’re around from 4pm, they have happy hour (buy 1, get 1 free) which is always a nice value add (the drinks are 👌🏽). I didn’t get to try the spa, only because I didn’t have enough time, but it will be the first thing I do when I’m back! Thank you to Ayu and her team at reception, you are all amazing at what you do!

Nice hotel and very friendly stuff. I like my room. It was with a balcony with a lot of greens around. It was a small spa salon there. I booked a massage every day. Price is reasonable/ around 200-250k for 1 hour massage. Free shuttle to the centre and back / as per schedule. Just 5-7 minutes driving to the centre. There is a small market nearby the hotel. Even you can find a wine there ). There is a very nice restaurant opposite the hotel. I was there 2 times. Generally, it was a nice place to stay 3 nights.

Generally it was good. Small remarks: please buy new fresh towels. Please provide bottled water inside the room.

Everything. The room was fantastic. The bathroom was so spacious and we had a pool in our backyard which was a first for me. And it was deep enough as well, which is something that I personally liked. There was nice seating as well, both beside the pool and there was a separate sofa as well. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location wise also, the place is good. It’s very close to Ubud. It hardly takes 7-10 minutes to reach the main street there. Another great point was that there was a fixed shuttle service from the property to central Ubud at fixed timings which had both the drop and pick up facility. Plus it’s free of cost.

The free shuttle bus to Ubud central was really convenient. When we go somewhere far, we usually put the location to Ubud Central and then take the bus to and from the hotel. Saves us a couple of bucks each time.

The ant problem is real. All over the bed. But I guess you can't avoid it anywhere in Bali.

A quiet getaway only a few minutes scooter ride from Ubud centre. The staff are always welcoming and lovely throughout the entire stay. The breakfast that's included from the restaurant is delicious and one of the many reasons Bije Suite Villa is our go to stay when in Ubud (multiple times a year). The pools are cool and provide a great opportunity to cool down on the hotter days. The grounds are lush and well maintained.
