The villa, bedrooms and pool were great. Location was perfect, right next to shops and a short walk to the beach. Air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well. Loved the pool. Loved the breakfast. The host and staff were lovely and helpful. They put up with a lot of our questions and requests. Breakfast service was delicious and I’d recommend doing once or twice during your stay. Ask for a second key if needed. The staff helped us with ironing and laundry.

Be aware that this is an open villa. The common area and bathrooms are outdoors (common for Bali). There are blinds to keep the rain out if needed, but we didn’t need them during our stay (even during wet season. This isn’t a negative, but something to be aware of. We would stay here again.

Wow this property is absolutely stunning and the photos don’t even do it justice! We were in Villa 3 I believe with 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom is like its own individual villa with a private ensuite, and own key to lock villa. Area seemed very safe and we didn’t get any traffic noise as this particular villa was in a great spot. A short walk outside and you’ll see some beautiful clothing boutiques and further up the hill is a small convenience store which has everything you need. A shame we could only stay one night this trip but we look forward to hopefully coming back for our next trip to Bali!

Only 1 main villa entrance key. Was a bit tricky travelling with 5 other people but we made it work!

Good Location, layout of rooms was private . Caretaker was lovely. The sunken lounge was great!

Towels should be newer, each bathroom should have a dryer . Extra pillows should be already on the bed. A iron and ironing board should already be in the house. Insect repellent should be provided.

We had the most wonderful 7 night stay at Modjo. The property is stunning, very well presented, spacious, clean and convenient. We loved exploring the area and picking a new location every night to eat, drink and watch the sunset. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Comfortable and spacious accommodation with a beautiful pool and open air kitchen, lounge, dine. And our daily massage came to us in the comfort of the villa ☺️

Not a complaint as we made it work but it would be handy to have more than 1 key to the main entry door on the villa. We made it work and there wasn’t an issue but this would make it a little easier.

Loved the open style, communal area, pool. Staff were amazing and accommodating, even in a long blackout provided candles and kept assisting with power issues

Bit of a mozzie problem around communal area in later arvo, but may have been a result of some damp areas in the open plan after rain

location was absolutely perfect, close to everything but still in a more quiet location. We stayed in the one bedroom villa and it was stunning, with the most impressive kitchen facilities in all the places we stayed.

the noise of mopeds and people talking from the street was extremely loud. in some moments, we thought we had left the windows and doors wide open, but the walls must just be thin. also, a very loud gecko visited us every night at 2am in the bathroom, but obviously, Modjo has no control over this.

The host/management of the property were amazing, they met us with a warm welcome at the property & explained everything in detail. I had trouble connecting the TV to the wifi when we first arrived and they sent someone straight out & it was fixed immediately. The pool & villa are huge & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property!

Teh Villa it sela ia very nice and faithful to the pictures shown. Interior designed and very close to amenities such clubs, local restaurant and beaches.

I can’t say there was anything bad. In the evening it was very quite. Maybe if I have to find a negative I could mention that the Villa doesn’t have a laundry machine

Everything about this villa is exceptional, the pool is huge, the rooms and bathrooms are stunning, but the main living area and kitchen was the real star of the show. Even better in real life than the photos show. We had an amazing stay and will certainly be back! Frenchas bakery around the corner is also a fantastic spot for a delicious breakfast.
