Genuine Bali experience: friendly, local, great service.

There is nothing not to like. One taxi driver said it was like we were living in the jungle, and yes perfect away from day to day madness, but with our little motorcycle close to all the buzz.

You really feel at one with nature with all the lush greenery around

The bathroom/toilet can get a little stuffy with the humidity but not a major negative

I moved from another hotel in Binging because even this one is a little bit “outside” of main area, that is in fact a GOOD thing. Currently in Uluwatu are many construction in the area of Bingin and is impossible to relax by the pool. I was thinking it was a good idea as I could walk everywhere but is super dangerous with bikes going up the tiny or non existing pathways. So in Onaya they drive you with the Free Shuttle and help you renting a motorbike if needed. And most of the most important spots are 5-10 min driving. Also they book you the spa, dinners 🫣 bring you food to the pool just by texting in the WhatsApp group, super easy peasy and convenient, we felt like anywhere we stayed before. We will be back for sure

Everything was perfect, the staff always welcomes you when you arrive and make sure you’re taken care of anytime, the breakfast options are really good (my favorite was Uncle Benny), the chauffeur service was available every time I need it (it depends on how many people are staying but my experience was great). Even though the beach isn’t walking distance it is very centric, almost all beaches are within 5km. Will definitely stay here again, speacial thanks to Debby and Agung for their attention <3

Nothing

The staff are so attentive, caring, and punctual that nothing is a problem. The secluded resort is a bit out of town, but that's not a problem because they offer a free chauffeur service to get you to most places in Uluwatu.

The only thing was the vanity was all mouldy & really needs replacing

What an AMAZING stay. Onaya was a surprise, I read the reviews and it actually exceeded by expectations when I arrived. I loved the grounds - clean, beautiful. The morning breakfast was phenomenal, and the staff were the most amazing, kind and welcoming people. Debby and her team went out of their way to make you feel welcome everyday. The pool was serene and calming - perfect for me post a 33 hour flight. They also went out of their way to make sure to take you anywhere you needed to go (within 5km of the resort) driving you all around Uluwatu. My villa was perfect, quiet and had everything I needed. Amazing bathroom and a hairdryer as needed. it was the little touches like a welcome package and frequent communications that made this stay so special.

Nothing! It was absolutely perfect. There was one day that the internet went out but that was not on the resort, it was in the area and they kept us updated as to when it was back on.

Onaya is a nice “resort” with great pool and great staff;you are not close to everything but they offer free shuttle service(covers 5km) but that is enough to get to padang-padang beach,or almost any shop and spa,just make sure you book in advance; the room is not very big, and at least our room had a heavy smell, in my opinion the room needs renovation;the room is cleaned daily,but no matter how much they clean-the smell persists;other than that,they try to make you feel as comfortable as possible,they provide free water, free colagen eye patches, mosquito repellant, year plugs,although we enjoyed the fauna sounds) and a nice motto changed daily(check you bed).the staff is amazing,and Deby was the best we have met in Bali,always ready to support you with whatever you need at any time;The BF was also nice,plenty awesome choices! To sum up,I would recommend the resort definitively!

Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for relaxation and top-notch service. It’s a perfect getaway!

Everything!! If you are looking at this property book it now!! Debby, the property manager was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived she introduced herself to us and made us feel so welcome. She gave us lots of information about things to do in the local area and even sorted us out with a day trip to Nusa Penida. Every other member of staff also went so above and beyond. Being greeted with beautiful smiles at breakfast in the morning and we got lots of tips and cultural information from the lovely driver Isco. The property itself was beautiful, so quiet and peaceful and absolutely spotless. The pool area was beautiful and I could see staff checking the quality of the water everyday. Being provided with filtered water was also amazing and the breakfast was to die for! Overall we had the most amazing stay and we are looking forward to returning again. Thanks again Debby and all of the Onaya staff for making our stay so memorable 🥰
