I loved my stay here! The vibes were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was always clean, and the daily cleaning was a nice touch. The food was good and the pool by the restaurant was perfect spot to relax. I'll definitely come back !!

I recently stayed at Ratan Hotel and had an overall very pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping and water bottle refills, which I really appreciated. The hotel restaurant is conveniently located nearby an emergency clinic and plays relaxing ambient music from morning until evening, which adds to the calming atmosphere. My villa was right next to the restaurant, making it easy to grab meals. That said, the warm hospitality and overall comfort made it a lovely stay. I would recommend Ratan Hotel for those looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to unwind.

One thing to note is that the villas don’t have much soundproofing, so you can hear quite a bit from outside—birds early in the morning, dogs at night, and thunderstorms that can be pretty intense. This might be something to consider if you’re a light sleeper.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ratan Hotel & Villa, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The accommodations were immaculate, with a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The stunning views from the balcony added an extra touch of magic to my stay. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The pool area was serene, providing a perfect spot to relax, and the on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious dishes that showcased local flavors. I highly recommend trying the breakfast; it was a delightful way to start the day. Location-wise, Ratan Hotel & Villa is conveniently situated, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff were also incredibly helpful in providing recommendations and arranging activities. Overall, my stay at Ratan Hotel & Villa exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway.

Great location. Staff are amazing always very kind. This was my second time coming back!! Bit of wet weather but staff were quick to get umbrellas and ensured the property was safe for us all.

Shower flooded on each use within seconds. Shower could be a little more clean.

Cleaning everyday, though shower corners were not 10/10. They rent scooters for great price and convenience. Close to reach uluwatu by scooter. Close great cafe for dinner. Staff was really helpfull!

Breakfast was good, but the range of food was quite poor. A bit pricey.

The property as a whole was brilliant and the rooms & villas were perfect. Our stay was comfortable & the staff were so helpful. The food options onsite were good & there are a few other places within walking distance. The pools were both amazing.

The wifi and cell reception struggled to reach our villa but that just gave us an excuse to get off our devices and enjoy where we were!

The place is nice overall with a nice pool area including comfortable seating spaces, big and comfortable rooms (nice furniture plus huge shower) and a small terrace in front of each room. The scooters you can rent there are ok and you reach the main spots of the area withing 10 mins with it (e.g. Padang Padang, Uluwatu).

Our room smelled a bit molded and had a few very little ants on the bed, probably since the doors leave a small gap when closing. Although the reception staff was supportive at the moment and took care that the bed was properly cleaned the next day, we would have expected some reaction from the hotel management - which, instead, did not mention anything about this.

We stayed in a villa and it was exceptional! Nicely set up, beautiful decoration, and extremely friendly staff. Only 10 min scooter drive to Single Finn area, which we also loved because we got to know parts of the village as we went by everyday day. Would totally recommend and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Uluwatu
