Great swimming pool. Nice facilities in general. Good food in the restaurant. Good music, they have live music performances on Saturday. Pleasant environment overall. The staff is pleasant too.

The internet connection was quite unstable. One hour very good, then very bad. No Grab in this area. You fully rely on over expensive local taxi. Hotel is quite isolated from everything. The staff would constantly make a mistake with my room number. It's 112 but they would hear 113 or even 103. The beach is very shallow. You can still swim but the water is not clear and shallow.

It’s a beautiful place at the beach with a nice two-level pool. We stayed at the hotel before doing the 3-day Rinjani-trekking and came back afterwards. Our main luggage could stay at the hotel, while we were at Rinjani, which was very comvenient. The hotel has a beautiful garden, good restaurant and very nice people. MUST DO: definitely take the snorkelling tour with the boat! Udin and his son Adi are very nice people, have many snorkelling spots where they can go to and have explained a lot about Lombok culture. As a bonus, we got to see beautiful sunset from the boat. All in all, we had a real good stay. Thanks to all the staff for your warm welcome!

The surroundings around the hotel are a bit poor. Nothing unsafe, but not much to do for tourists. Next to the hotel however is a booking office and there are many things to do in the area. We didn’t use the booking office ourselves as we already prebooked the Rinjani-trekking, but we got good references about him.

Such a peaceful hidden gem! Only 20 minutes from Bangsal Harbour (where you catch the boats to the Gilis) and around a 2-hour drive from Lombok airport — the hotel kindly arranged a driver for us for just £30, and he was amazing. So kind, spoke great English, and made the journey super comfortable. The rooms were simple but had everything we needed — the real highlight was the stunning, quiet setting right by the sea, tucked away in a local village. The food at the restaurant was also surprisingly good — fresh and full of flavour. If you’re looking for a quiet stopover before or after the Gilis, this place is perfect for a more local, authentic experience. 🌴✨

Good location to get to local waterfalls and the Gili Islands, Great outdoor pool but could use smaller steps to enter it otherwise I just jumped in, outdoor restaurant on the beach was excellent, beautiful vista, wait staff friendly and efficient, good eating choices great prices, bedrooms a good size, lots of foreign visitors from Europe, property off the main road but I came by scooter, easy to get to eating venues on the main drag

The stony walkways were really annoying and uncomfortable, in room there was no fridge and no safety deposit box,

Hot water runs out within a few minutes. Water pressure extremely low. Bathroom smelled. They put the camphor balls everywhere to the point it became unbearable. I asked staff to remove them but they didn’t, so I had to. Place is very isolated. Unless you have your own transport, getting a taxi anywhere is ultra expensive. The beach has rubbish everywhere. Pool was murky the first few days then seemed to clear up. Only a few sun beds available. Breakfast was same-same

I went with my wife, daughter and parents. A group with ages 8 to 70 years old. All of us had a good time there. The gardens were very beautiful with lights at night (perfect for mum), The food was amazing and reasonably priced (good for everyone), The swimming pool is large and well maintained (perfect for my daughter). The rooms were spacious and clean. Lombok wildlife sanctuary is very close. I wish we could have stayed longer.

People smoke in the restaurant, which is a bad thing pretty much everywhere in Indonesia. I wish that they make restaurants a smoke free zone.

Great location off the beaten track value for money restaurant was open air on the ocean Close to main town easy to get to with motor scooter you could get a snorkeling tour there to the Gilis for the day

The pool entry steps were too high the paths around the hotel were made of stones very uncomfortable the entry off the main road to the property was terrible stones bumpy not very nice for the scooter

Great beachside hotel. I arrived in a thunderstorm and the staff were very kind and helpful. Pool and grounds and room impeccable. Exceptional service, wait staff, cashiers and barrista. Especially Dea, Putu and Wardana! This team did everything they could to make my stay memorable. They could not be more helpful.

Discrepancy between booking.com and local pricing.

It is like living in Paradise, the photos are true to the hotel. The staff were amazing, so caring and friendly. Wonderful food with the most amazing susnsets!

There is nothing I can fault them with. The place was peaceful and I was very well looked after.

Excellent value for money. Beautifully maintained grounds. The beach is perfect for swimming. Tasty and varied breakfast was provided. Friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend, especially as a convenient stop off point before leaving Bangsal.
