The place is super natural, and you'll enjoy it a lot if you're not scared of animals or insects. It has a beautiful view over the ocean and is perfect for watching the sunset. You can borrow snorkeling gear at the front desk if you need it. The staff was super sweet.

Lots of mosquitoes, and the mosquito nets had holes, so insects could get into the sleeping area. The bathroom smelled very bad, and the toilet was not working properly. The bed wasn't very comfortable either.

Great location, very nice and comfortable bungalow facing the sea. The staff was very helpful to organise scooter, massage and transfer to Gili. They also give good advises to visit the surroundings. Beautiful sunset, nice beach and pool. This is a small resort with a feeling of privacy. Close to resort, 5 minutes walk by the beach, there are several simple restaurants with local food with as also a great sunset.

In a single word : extraordinary… we spent a moment out of the time exploring north Lombok from a perfect spot of departure. I have never been so welcomed in my life. The staff was amazingly kind, available amd helpful. Gef, Esty, Andi, Ary, everyone… thank you you’ve made my trip soooo much better. By the way you sleep in a calm atmosphere feeling close to the nature in a perfect garden, you eat local food with wide service hours and reasonable price. The breakfast is really good and healthy. It is possible to organise all your activities with the staff and same for renting a scooter (it arrived right at the hotel for 6€/day)… so to resume : not go to this establishment would be a huge mistake ! Very well-kept seaside resort in a beautiful location, with a pool and a black sand beach just steps from the room. The hotel offers many activities. One note: it’s worth checking your room choice, the backpacker rooms are quite basic and best suited for travelers with a backpacking spirit; if you’re looking for a bit more comfort, it’s better to book one of the other rooms.

Maybe the beds in the backpackers’ room are a little hard and small, but that’s part of the experience.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful which greatly improved the experience! The stay was rendered magical mostly because there was no one else staying there at the same time which made the beautiful beach and sunsets more special. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the fan and the sea breeze was enough to keep us cool at night. The food was good, the massages great and the freshly pressed juices excellent :)

though this resort is great for relaxing at the end of an exploration of Indonesia, it would be a bad starting point to actually visit the country as it is at quite a remote location and there is nothing really worth exploring in the city nearby as a tourist. Moreover, it would be nice to expand some of the breakfast options (with gluten intolerance, all i could eat in the morning was 2 eggs omelette and some fruits)

Third time here and always the best start to a Lombok visit. Staff are gorgeous and place is lovely. So relaxing... A visit to the nearby Lombok Wildlife Park is a must!

Bit of rubbish on the beach but staff member, Andy, regularly gets kids together to pick it up and teach them about proper disposal. This area wasn't part of the resort btw

The Rinjani eco resort became the place we decided to put a bit more money than usual during our month trip in Indonesia to take some rest and enjoy the extraordinary beach with its black sand. The bungalows are ingeniously built by bamboo and implanted in a way that all discretion is being kept. The lobby and the swimming pool offer great facilities.. The chef cooks really nice dinners, even if you arrive a bit late ! At last but not least, the Indonesian staffs were more than adorable and helpful. They welcomed us friendly to them own places, with full of generosity to spend a really interesting moment of discussions and exchanges.

Cash only is required, which was for us a bad point because we needed to bring a lot of money to pay the room for few nights. A bit uncommon to not be able to use credit card in such a place. Also, a really good breakfast was served with the booking, but surprisingly excluding the salad fruit and the eggs, that have to be paid in extra… For a 80€/night room or not, that is not really customer friendly !

We loved our stay in the backpacker bungalow. The staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the massage was perfect. The setting was gorgeous on the beach front and was lovely to be around the all the nature on Lombok Island. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you.

Great little oasis, well maintained by attentive staff. Food is prepared on site, fresh and good. The pool and beach are great. The rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable.

The resort probably has seen it's better days and will require some fixing up at some point but it's still a very nice place to stay a few days, or more.
