We booked last minute and were pleasantly surprised! We loved the tranquility in the resort since not many guests were present and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The food was very delicious (even though a bit pricey). They even made their own ice cream too. The villa was huge and clean, its private pool (and the public pool too) were well maintained.

When we arrived we were directly welcomed with a smile, we were also directed informed that we received a free upgrade which was really appreciated! Next morning we wanted to pay for breakfast as this was not included in our stay, but the manager decided to offer us the breakfast for the entire stay which was really a good surprise! Thank you again!

The property location is a bit isolated, so this mean you need a way of transporting for everything! I would suggest to rent some scooters near by the port, as the scooter rental from the hotel is really expensive (20$/day) and we paid (4$/day outside the hotel Regarding the activities organised from the hotel, again this is really overpriced! I would again recommend you to book via klook or local people!

Hotel has amazing view , rooms are big clean and tidy , greatest bathroom and balcony view I’ve ever seen. Pool and private beach very cool. Breakfast has so many great options according to taste

hotel simply middle of no where there is nothing to do after 21pm. Far away from everywhere and no transportation option. If you need silence holiday , with a good hotel this is ok , if you need action on night choose other options

The pizza at the restaurant is superb and the price is very reasonable. The staff is very well trained. We order floating breakfast basket and it didn't disappoint me at all. The private pool was huge the hotell pool itself is overlooking the beach. Perfect for quite and romantic getaways

Nothing bad to say except the sea water isnt suitable for swim but it isnt the hotel fault.

Breakfast was set menu of 4 different varieties eg continental, local indonesian etc. We opted for the private villa and had the option of topping up USD10 for breakfast in private pool. It was a nice touch. The whatsapp system that the accommodation adopted was useful and the staff was very responsive in the chat. I love their attention to details.

There was additional charges for room services, on top of the dishes. It is a first for me to be charged based on per trip for room service.

All staff were amazing, helpful and very friendly. The restaurant food is superb. The pool, bar and beach all together make this area wonderful. Snorkeling and kayak are free to use, as well as the gym area and snooker. There is availability for Spa, rent a scooter, diving, transfers and other activities. Recommend 10/10.

Rocky (dead coral) beach in front, as usual for Lombok areas close to Gili. It is not a bad comment, but only a reality check for those that do not know the region. Still, swimming, walking and kayaking is possible, since the hotel beach is very clean.

It’s very peaceful and extremely well run. Very beautiful, plenty of places to rest and sea gaze or pool gaze all made for comfort. The staff were absolutely delightful and instantly helpful.The food was delicious and beautifully cooked, open air restaurant. I had a great massage too. Really cannot say enough good things.

We stayed in a spacious villa with a private pool. The villa was very nice and clean. The atmosphere at the resort was very relaxing and the staff extremely welcoming and helpful in every way. They really walk the extra mile for you. The fact that the resort is relatively small, yet not short of anything, gives it a very exclusive touch. Even the common areas were very quiet and absolutely a place to chill, both for families and for couples. The scenery is absolutely beautiful. The resort organized a snorkeling tour to the Gili islands for us, wich we absolutely loved. We got to swim with turtles and saw beautiful coral reefs and fishes. The breakfast is also worth mentioning. You can choose from a menu of English, American or Indonesian breakfast. They all come with freshly baked pastries, fresh fruit and fresh fruit juices. The restaurant also serves high quality dinner, and the restaurant staff is extremely service minded and very friendly and they are given time to talk to the guests and establish a friendly relation to you.

If you’re coming from Bali, it takes you about half a day to get to Lombok and the Gili islands, but it’s absolutely worth it.

The staff receive 10 out of 10 without doubt. A welcomed friendly check in, everyone knows your name and is very polite and professional. For the price we paid for the accommodation we were a little disappointed. The room and restaurant needs a refit and modernisation, especially the restaurant which felt a little like a school canteen and was a little soulless. The pool area is beautiful however and the room/bed is comfortable. Restaurant was a little on the expensive side when comparing to other similar priced hotels that we have stayed in in Indonesia over the last 8 weeks but was well presented, served with a smile and tasty. Very limited selection of alternative so this is a place to chill and stay or have a scooter. Easy reach to pier. Used the spa but was double the price of other hotels stayed in but it was excellent.

Needs updating. Criminal to charge 5 times the price for the wine compared to shop price. We haven’t experienced this in any other hotel in Indonesia! The shower over the bath (which was oval not flat and difficult to stand in) was a real pain you have to hold the shower head and water gets everywhere.

The things I liked the most were the location and the personalised service. They made a whatsapp group where we could communicate with them and they were super helpful with everything. Also, the view from the pool is probably the most beautiful and peaceful view I've ever had at a hotel. You really feel that you are on a island.

The only thing that could be a bit better is the consistency in terms of rooms. There were a lot of differences (like shower, video beamer, tv, Jacuzzi, etc) therefor it was hard to make a choice because it wasn't really that one room was an upgrade from the other, because all of them were so different.
