Lovely place , great location in Gili Air.The clean cosy pool is very private . Turtle Beach is small and homely.The breakfasts are very good.The staff are absolutely the best and they are always happy and having fun-which just makes your stay such a delight.It was our 2nd stay and we would go back for sure.

The facilities are just a little bit tired which was not a problem but accommodation anywhere on the Island now is quite expensive-so for the price it probably could do with a bit of a spruce up.

Awesome staff, Friendly and helpful. Location is right near to the Turtle point if you like snorkeling. Quite economical on low season.

Some small things can be either changed or maintained. Rooms can have more power plugs. Some were not working but the staff were helpful and provided us long cable cords. Make sure to spray yourself with mosquitoe bug spray cz the area can have a bit mosquitoes. Carry ear plugs as there is a bar nearby with loud music

You could only get WiFi by the reception area. Also the rooms were that clean and we had to ask each day to have our room cleaned. We stayed for 1 week and had to request to have clean towels.

The staff were delightful, so happy and welcoming. The gardens and rooms were beautiful. Loved the freshly cooked breakfast and fruit platter each morning. Could snorkel straight off beach at high tide and watch the sunrise, then eat breakfast right on the beach. Perfect position, walking distance to shops and restaurants and easy walk from port. Highly recommend.

Love the location, straight across onto beach, into water and swam with a turtle within 1hr of arriving. Close to lots of eateries with great view. Love all the crazy signs everywhere . Amazing staff, so super friendly

Bed really hard for me, and very flat pillows..only 1 pillow per person..a 2nd pillow could make all the difference. Loved the experience sleeping in a Lumbung , the steps down into bathroom a little tricky for older person ( we in our 60's). A little touch of love to the rooms would make this a #1 place to stay. Although breakfast menu offers bacon and sausage with eggs .. for our 3 days there were none

The location is very good, the bungalows very sweet and comfy. Breakfast is abundant.

The swimming pool was very nice to swim in and the decoration beautiful. The staff has been very kind helping me to clean my laundry and doing a late check out. I had a great time there.

The bedroom floor was dusty when I arrived because of the sand from the neighboring beach, but otherwise my stay was really nice. Sometimes at night it gets noisy because of a club opened not far from the hotel.

The pool was perfect, great variety of depths for our young kids and enough shade and loungers around the pool. Location right on the beach, with great snorkeling right on the doorstep. The family cottage was big enough for our family for a short stay. Lots of great restaurants close by

The breakfast was quite limited but there are so many great food options on the island that it didn't matter.

The room was great... very clean.. Great air-conditioning. 👍

Liked all most everything.... A little more love to breakfast would be good...... salt and pepper would be great.... also don't need to make the orange drinks so strong.... made from a concentrated mix and so so so sweet

Nice staff listening and sympathizing, delicious meal. As to the hotel, it posses a splendid view and well situated near the beach, besides its swimming pool. I highly recommand it.

We need more lamps in the room, for it is a little bit dark.
