This should not be advertised as a boutique hotel. it is NOT a hotel. it should be advertised as an Airbnb or private property. There is no lobby. No staff to greet you No normal amenities they you expect from a boutique hotel. My friend had to keep going in the cold on the balcony to talk her her family since there is no common area like a lobby.

no heating in the bathroom / very low windows so that we couldn’t see the view/ sky / neighborhood -uncomfortable seating to have our little snack /ceiling was so low in certain areas that my husband hurt his head all the time near the bed

The hotel did not offer breakfast. The location was great for what we were looking for. The house and the rooms were beutiful.

The rooms were beautiful but one of them was very dark, you need artificial light during the day: a big negative. Flora is not really a hotel. You are really renting a room with daily (very good) cleaning service. It has no other facilities.

No value for money. Way way over priced. Clastrophobic room, clean but needs maintenance.. We found the bath robes only towards our leaving. We didn't understand what we were paying for.

Great room, very clean, big hot tub, nice balcony, high quality soaps, full mini bar and a bottle of wine were waiting for us.

Not enough hot water for filling the hot tub at the morning, so after filling half of it, it turned cold. If checkout is at 11AM, make sure all the facilities are available till the last second.

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. IT'S JUST SERVICED ROOMS. It's very misleading to call it a hotel.. It has no hotel facilities... We thought we were going to stay in a hotel The one staff member we had contact with was however very helpful and friendly. The place was immaculate and very clean. Name should be changed to Flora Valley Apartments
