Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Good security before the entrance to the hotel. Rooms are very clean and bright. Balconies are spacious. The food at breakfast was plentiful, fresh and tasty.

We went as this hotel has a highly rated spa. But we didn't realize it's a therapeutic spa. We read it has a pool, sauna and jacuzzi so we planned to spend time there. The treatments were fully booked. Unfortunately as it's winter and there is only an outdoor pool, it was closed. Entry to the spa for hotel guests comes with a fee and you can only use the sauna, it doesn't include use of the jacuzzi, that's extra. On a positive note, the small but efficient gym is open 24 hours and is free. I hope this helps other guests to be better prepared for their visit.

The breakfast buffet was sensational! A wide variety of fresh salads, fruits and vegetables, an amazing variety of cheesses, smoked fish, eggs- in all its forms- terrific omlet options! The family room was perfect in size and comfort for a family of 4 (Parent+2 kids (9 years old)- the additional beds for the kids were perfect (pull out sofas- the kids loved them!). And of course the pool was just right- prefect for the heat wave that struck Jerusalem for the span of time we spent there. The staff was amazing!

Well, we did have an issue with a noisy air conditioner during the first night we stayed, and also a loud mini refrigirator, that actually kept us up most of the first night...but first thing on our second day there, we were offered a diffrent room- which turned out to be just perfect, with an additional compensation (yet to have been given, as of day 2 after our leave...but we are patient).

Excellent breakfast buffet. The pool area is really good and child-friendly but still aesthetic and fresh. The gym is small but fresh with new equipment

The room for four people was quite small and there was quite visible wear and tear on the walls, in the bathroom, etc. The common areas, aside from the nice pool area, were quite dull.

Very nice stay. Was lot of guests but we didn't feel it. Swimming pool very nice ! And kitchen / food was delicious ( per opinions of all my family member )

But far from city center ( need car or taxi ) but otherwise very nice hotel

Breakfast is amazing

Danish cakes and croissants. More jam variety needed. The salad I had in the lounge did not contain everything as stated in the menu. Coffee is very strong, flavour a little bitter.

The facilities were clean and well maintained, the accessible parking to the level 1 rooms was a life saver! The hammocks are a great addition to the gardens.

The dining room was under renovations and the replacement was sub par - crowded, untidy and tables were waiting to be cleared for long periods.

The hotel was very clean and updated. The pool was great. The room we got had a nice patio and a hammock the kids enjoyed. Love the activities for kids. Good breakfast.

The breakfast area was very crowded and wasn't pleasant. There was an activity for kids, and my son was hurt by a case of wines that shouldn't have been there!

Oh my goodness this Hotel is very highly recommended.the staffs are very kind ❤️ The hotel is very clean (really) I’ve been to many hotels in Jerusalem but this one so far is the best hotel. The breakfast was superb and the pool and the garden 🪴 is just amazing.

The staff was amazing, breakfast was nice, and the pool was clean and big enough. We've been upgraded to a very clean, large room.

The choice of SPA treatments was a little bit poor. Also, the schedule was not exhaustive.
