Stunning rooms, very comfy bed, gorgeous scenery, friendly staff and excellent location

Brand new hotel, so a few teething troubles around the breakfast, but totally enjoyed our stay in all ways.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Almond in Neve Ilan and wanted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service, particularly from Mahmud and Rada at the front desk. Their warm welcome and helpfulness throughout our stay truly enhanced our experience. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and impeccably clean. The facilities are clearly well-cared for, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the pool and spa area, which provided a perfect opportunity for relaxation. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with an excellent selection of delicious food. The restaurant staff were attentive and provided very good service. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Almond Neve Ilan to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a beautiful setting. The combination of outstanding service, well-maintained facilities, delicious food, and a commitment to cleanliness makes this hotel a true gem.

This is really cool cozy hotel. The hotel is set amongst the rolling jerusalem hills and is very quiet. The rooms are brilliant and better than they appear in the pictures on booking. Bed is comfy with great sheets. The breakfast selction is extensive, and much thought has been given to the menu and presentation. The service is very polite and helpful. We also went for a 2 hour walk in the adjacent forest (a 5 minute walk from the doors of the hotel). We had perfect weather for February. The is a very comfortable, freshly designed welcoming hotel.

Toweling slippers were too small.

Prefect!! The place is in a quiet area near Jerusalem, but you really don’t need to leave the hotel cause everything you need is right there! The pool is perfect, the room is well designed, clean and wide with a comfortable bed to sleep in. The spa has a great massage service and open (free) sauna to the hotel’s guests. The atmosphere is calm and no kids around ! The kitchen is dairy (and fish) based and I think it was the best hotel menu I have ever had and if it was served at a restaurant I would be very pleased. All day long you can go to the lounge for some fresh snacks that will make you smile:)

The only small downside I encountered was the fact that there’s an events venue around the same area, so one evening we head the music.. wasn’t too bad but I wish it wasn’t there.

The place was magnificent. Really luxurious, spacious, quiet, immaculate. The view was fabulous. The food was first quality. Breakfast was one of the best buffets we're ever had. Everything was very fresh and tasty, and abundant. Great pastry and cheese choices. Eggs made per request. Coffee was very good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Everything was perfect. Will definitely come back.

Wow amazing lovely beautiful relaxing hotel! I loved the gorgeous design, delicious breakfast buffet, peaceful mountain views, serenity and quiet. The staff were kind attentive and accomodating. The rooms were just so nicely designed, so new modern and with excellent decor.

Lovely location, adults only, the service was excellent, good breakfast and traklin (lounge with refreshments and snacks) that is open from 13.00 till 22.00! The rooms are very comfortable and we were upgraded to a room with a pool.

When the lounge is closed there is no place to sit and play bridge or cards

This is a beautiful gem not far from Jerusalem. Very accommodating staff and the amenities were upscale. Great breakfast and in room coffee and wine. This was a wonderful experience and highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Dinner service staff needs some improvement. When we told the manager, he was very attentive and said he appreciated our comments.

We woke up early in the morning from a strange clicking/knocking noise, couldn't figure out where it was coming from... also a kettle in the room (not just a coffee machine) would be appreciated.

Beyond our expectations. The hotel is in a beautiful area with incredible views and comfortable rooms. Quiet and relaxing. The staff is attentive and helpful. And the food is delicious both breakfast and dinner, with a creative and tasty range of options.

We wish we could have stayed longer.
