Loved the proximity to the hospital, located in a very close mall, easy access. Also loved the amazing staff, and I'd like to mention Ronit who assisted and helpped always with a smile with the outmost attention.

The facilities are a bit outdated and the hotel needs some renovations or refurbishment to bring it back to todays standards

Everything, the welcoming lobby gave us a wonderful first impression that made us feel immediately at ease and excited for our stay. The room was clean & comfort. The location was perfect for hiking in the Jerusalem Hills and for access to the Hospital. Very safe and next door to a mall with food and services. Also, free parking was great!

Perfect breakfast, exactly what was required. Loved the salads and choices of cheeses. Coffee and tea good. Lovely staff.

it is located inside the hospital so it was perfect for us as we needed to stay close. the breakfast was pretty good and diverse. overall, for a hotel located inside a hospital it was pretty good

the staff was ok. not to friendly but not bad. the bed setting was bad and not so comfortable (pillows, blankets and the way they set the bed).

The breakfast is great, the location is the best if can be- level 0 near the entrance to the mall of the hospital.

Not yhe most clean shower- needs some good treatment with a bleach.

The convenience of the location to my Mom who was in ICU as well as being by the mall
