Nothing not to like. Didn’t like having to leave!

Room and design was great. fits right in the dessert ambiance. I appreciated details like the wall coating and finish , the brass installation in the shower.... The gym was well equipped. Breakfast was great. Staff was very hospitable and nice. Hard to describe it: but you can only fully relax when you are in such a secluded place:, in the dessert with breathtaking view.

Would have loved more options to order at the In Villa Dining (room service). Would have appreciated some more pampering (food wise) in the room.

The crew were so nice since the moment we entered the facility until the moment we left. Even after we left they called us after they noticed we forgot one of our bags and made the arrangements to ship it over to our house. It is clear they know what they are doing and they are a group of professionals. The facility is amazing, providing outstanding views all around it, and the required silence for the guests. The food is most likely the best we ever had in a hotel in Israel.

Best hotel in Israel, the staff was just amazing.

I think a hotel at that level must have a proper espresso machine. this entire hotel is relying on Nespresso pods machine which is simply awful. Another thing to improve is the breakfast and the overall variety in the night menu at the main restaurant. not a lot of options to choose from and it pretty much limits the optimum stay to only 2 nights.

Most of the staff if not all are very good with customer relations - it’s not the formal style but highly professional fun and quirky

Service at restaurants is a tad slow almost to the level we thought they’ve forgotten us with morning drinks by the end of the meal (they did not have our bon.. or at desert which came after a reminder.. but the food and staff was so good and so kind.. we didn’t really care for this

Exceptional place, everything was just perfect. This is without any doubt the best hotel in Israel. Each detail is so special, every centimeter in the hotel was created with love. Personnel is amazing, food is tasty. We were here 2 times already and hopefully will be back

The location in the middle of the Negev Desert was surreal. The architecture, design and feel of the hotel were top notch. The personnel were amazing - everyone was a character and a pleasure to interact with. Special kudos to the Argentinian lady in charge of the dining experience (sorry am blanking on your name!) and the whole dining room staff, they were all-stars. The service was great, we were well taken care of.

Only one small issue with the parking. We left our rental car in the valet parking and needed to take it out one day to go on a tour. Due to some miscommunication among the staff we were dropped off at the parking but no one was there to get our car out, so we had to wait about 20mins till we finally got a hold of someone.

The location is in the middle of the desert. The hotel blends into its surroundings. The food was excellent, at the restaurant and at the Jammilah Bar as well.

The staff is friendly and they try hard to give you a good time. The problem is that the hotel is understaffed.

Magnificent location, hotel and villa. Highly caring staff. Great food (also one of the best meat I have ever had). Great mountain biking experience.

- Lack of shadow on the terrace of the villa - There was a disproportionate number of meat options vs fish. The vegetarian options were not particularly exceptional. We think this isn’t aligned with the sustainability claim. Also, after 4 nights, we felt like we had tried everything because we wanted to limit meat consumption.

DOne of the amazing places in the world. You can feel the energy of the desert 🏜
