Room was spacious

Pool was closing at 17:00 !!! The temperature during this season is around 35-40 with 90% humidity what is the purpose of the pool if closes at 17:00 ?? Breakfast room was quite depressive; in the past used to oversee the beach now they used a conference hall without natural light

Superb location for my business meeting Due to the inbound flight we did not check in until 5 am but managed to get a couple of hours by the pool

As is everything in Israel these days the prices were high for both the accommodation and food and drink. Not the hotel’s fault I suppose. Also it’s five years since our last visit and the hotel doesn’t seem to have had any remodeling.

It was a great trip, they hotel staff was wonderful, from the front desk to the manager Chaim. The concierge Shahar went out of his way to be helpful to us, messaging me on what’s app while we were in other parts of Israel, knowing we were coming back to Tel Aviv and the hotel. His recommendations for dinners was Wonderful the view from our rooms was wonderful, ocean view. And yes I said rooms because we started our tour at the Tel Aviv location and returned there to finish our trip. It’s a very nice hotel with nice people working there.

The regular dinner buffet the one night we went wasn’t very good.

Check in on Friday was very delayed and stressful. We also tried to make reservations for Friday night diner early in the week and they did not keep the reservation so it was a challenge getting the reservation. In the end it was successful

The pool area is amazing and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is great with a short walk to the beach. We had 2 interleading family rooms which were great and made it seem like we had a lot of space.

The breakfast was good with different options but thought it would be better. The breakfast venue was also all indoors without any view

We had a delightful stay in the Dan Panorama. Excellent location on the sea front and just a short walk to the beaches and markets. The pool is delightful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. A small issue that we had was perfectly taken care of by guest services - thank you Michal and Nili for dealing with that so effectively. We highly recommend this hotel and very much look forwards to another visit.

Breakfast was fantastic Staff and food

I really enjoyed my stay the hotel is wonderful so was every staff member from front desk to breakfast staff who was exceptionally kind and professional. The value was also great. In general it’s a bit older hotel.

We traveled as a family of 3 and booked 2 rooms next to each other. The hotel upgraded our rooms. We got two rooms on the 16th. floor, both with sea views. There was a door between the rooms that could be opened, so ideal for a family. All the staff were very friendly and I can only give this hotel my best recommendation.

The fridge in one room didn't work.

Long waits at reception desk. Incompetence of so many reception desk employees. Even simple issues needed a visit to the manager. So so much time WASTED! We are on vacation with no time to WASTE.

Food and service for breakfast was excelent. We would like to mention Samuel Dan for his excellent ability to answer and comply with our special requests. His kindness and professionality proved very valuable indeed We certaily will recommend Dan Pnorama hotel to family and friends
