The location felt central. The facilities were good. Views from the room were surprisingly good. Rooms were also more spacious than average rooms in Riyadh and the beds were extremely comfortable and cozy. The morning wait staff at Together and Co. restaurant were AMAZING and welcoming especially a gentleman named Pratap who made us feel like family. So impressed! What a wonderful way to start the day. Perfect stay all-round.

Would’ve loved more food options but they were adequate. The evening staff could’ve been more friendly especially when compared to the wonderful service of the morning staff and cleaning crew. Smoking rooms could use something to help freshen the smell but understandable for a smoking room.

The personal service in the dining rooms with the likes of the Madre D 'The Captain' and his team, such the waiter Pratap who was excellent. The cleanliness of the rooms and housekeeping were exceptional, and a special call out to Mufeed, who friendly and very accommodating. Gym and pool were very good.

As I stayed over a week here, some of the Reception staff didn't have a grip on what was going on sometimes. Very little staff consistency so you have to repeat yourself.

Very nice hotel with good service, clean and comfortable. The location is a bit off, mainly because the entire area is still under construction, but it served our purpose very well and I'd stay there again.

Everything was fine, the location is a bit off (you cannot cross the highway to go to a more lively part of the Financial District but it is possible with Uber or taxi and not too expensive either.

Love coming back to this hotel. Quality is excellent and the staff are extremely helpful. It was very pleasant to receive a very warm welcome from the lobby bar staff, always with a pleasant smile and helpfulness.

There is a very nice welcome drink voucher offered, but it is not offered until check in - it would have been better if i was offered that as i was waiting for my check in and wasn't able to get an early one.

Comfortable, but the stand out was definitely the people! From check-in, to room service and the amazing gentleman Mohamed who assisted me at breakfast (that was provided complimentary!), the property has some amazing staff! They knew exactly what needed to be done to ensure their guests were provided a comfortable stay. I have stayed in a few hotels in Riyadh, but this has been the best experience.

food and buffet was nice but quite expensive IMO. Nice touch with the zero beer, Staff really good and my housekeeper on floor 11 Aziz was such a nice chap and would do anything for you! Gym good, pool nice but indoor. Location great for taxi travel and airport but not to walk around in an around the area.

I was offered an upgrade at the Hilton Garden Inn check in to a suite in the neighbouring Double Tree my Hilton hotel. The upgraded accommodation was excellent, and this the stay I have evaluated. Room was spacious and perfectly equipped. A good breakfast experience and buffet choices. Enjoyed it.

Only one receptionist causes long waiting times at check in and out.

The location and the cleanliness. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We thank the Hotel relations who offer us the breakfast free of charge and their follow if any things needed to be added in the room or any extra amenities to make our stay comfortable.

I wish to have a soft tooth brush rather than the hard one in the bathroom.

This is hotel where you want to stay and enjoy your holiday. It is beautifully designed, everything is very clean and in superb condition. The room was luxury and modern with fantastic view on Riyadh. Restaurant in hotel offers top quality food for good price and fantastic music. Walking distance to Al Nassr football shop.

Good location, Very clean facilities. Women are allowed to use the gym and pool which was fabulous compared to other hotels in Riyadh. Room service was efficient. Staff were very helpful. The starbucks cafe staff were very polite and helpful.

Shower area was a bit tricky as the water didn't drain very quickly.
