Facilities: restaurant, mini gym, pool, good drink variety in the room's frigobar, good snacks variety in room, many signs also in english, very respectful staff.

Food inside the hotel was not good value for money, food prices much higher than at the international airport. Also, breakfast is not included in the standard room rate, so be prepared to spend money there...

The room is a good size. Everything was very clean. Check in and check out were very quick and hassle free. Staff very polite and helpful. The airport is at a distance of 10km, on the weekend it takes 15 minutes to the airport. The hotel is close to the center of Guarulhos, with supermarkets and snack bars at a very close distance. If you arrive at night, you can go to the gas station next door, a 2-minute walk away, where you can buy water or even have a snack. Logical, although the hotel is in a quiet place, there is always need for attention at night. The internet is very good.

The breakfast, although it had a lot of variety, I noticed that it had some not very fresh foods. The hotel is empty at the weekend, perhaps this has influenced the quality of the breakfast. Although the room was clean and organized, there is a need for maintenance in the bathroom shower, as the sealing silicone was very black, not a very pleasant sight to see.

The rooms are very clean and very quiet. Great for a good rest before catching flight home. The staff are very helpful and they speak English so great for international visitors who do not speak Portuguese or Spanish.

They have no airport shuttle at the most cricital time between 10 and 12noon

Very spacious room, windows open (slightly). Functional small kitchen, filly equipped. The pool is very nice. I could relax there before a very long flight, by the pool, under the Sun. The room was very clean, great shower, comfy bed, very potent air conditioning. Friendly staff. Good breakfest. Very convenient shuttle to the airport GRU. Relatively close to parks, cafes and shopping mall.

The breakfast isn't very impressive, but I suppose that's not the focus of the hotel.

I really enjoyed the room. It was big, with 2 TV screens, a good bathroom, with a small kitchen. The price was really good for these facilities. The hotel had some (few) equipments to work out and a big linear-ling swimming pool and a sauna, which I did not visit. No doubt I´ll stay there again.

In my opinion, maybe due to my expectation regarding the hotel name, the breakfast was not that rich, even tough it had lots of options. It was only ok to me.

The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The professionalism of Douglas at the check-in desk deserves a special mention! Kudos to the team.

The breakfast served was the same for the 4 times I accessed the restaurant. This became monotonous and boring. There was a very limited non pork menu, meaning I had to eat eggs 🥚 mainly as an alternative.

The apartment is comfortable and has two rooms, one living room and one bedroom. There are amenities such as wardrobe, water heater for tea, sink, desk, table and sofa. There are TVs in both rooms. The breakfast is excellent.

Although it has two rooms, the room is a little tight for Mercure standards. Parking is paid and expensive (R$32 or approximately US$6/day).

Very affordable and good value, particularly for an airport hotel. We ended up with a large room with a sofa bed which was absolutely perfect for a stranded family of 4. There was a kitchenette and large work/office area in the room. There was a pool and gym upstairs which was a bonus. We opted for the included breakfast and it was good variety and quality for the money. It should have been a 15-minute drive to the airport but traffic made it 30-minutes (just watch your time). Very much worth it to be a bit farther from the airport for a quarter of the price. I might even return in the future in high traffic times rather than crossing all of SP.

It would be nice to have a reduced price for parking but it was good to have an attached garage option.

Vicinity to the airport and good qualitty of rooms, space, breakfast

The shuttle Mercure/Ibis which I never understand how often it picks up people from terminal 2 and 3 and this time again after waiting for 20 minuts approx, I opted for an Uber

we were on a lower floor with a bad view but I didn’t know that when I checked in. breakfast was not included in room rate and I was surprised. must’ve missed that in the advertising. excellent food taste and variety at the restaurant. pool water was too cold to swim
