The location is very convenient, close to the Skytrain station, restaurants and a big shopping mall. Nice walkable neighbourhood. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the option on the TV to login to streaming apps.

I was disappointed with the quality of service at the hotel restaurant. At first, it wasn't that busy so a wait staff served me fairly quickly. I ordered the special, which was adequate but not exceptional. Then a large group came and the wait staff seemed to have just forgotten about me, while other wait staff just milled around or served other customers. I decided to cancel dessert and just wanted my check. I had to walk up to the hostess to ask for service. The wait staff who eventually came to serve me was cool and abrupt. Not impressed. They should learn to treat customers better.

My stay at Hilton Vancouver Downtown was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding staff. While waiting in the lobby for check-in, John and Cindy from the concierge team made the process seamless and welcoming. John offered a tailored recommendations for Vancouver exploration that elevated my trip. Mr. Santos was a gem, efficiently handling my luggage with care and a friendly demeanor, making my arrival stress-free. Ms. Balihar, the housekeeper, kept my suite fresh and spotless, adding a personal touch with a kind note that made me feel truly valued. The suite was modern, spacious, and quiet with great city views and prime location.

What did I like? The beds! THE BEDS!! So comfortable, soft, indulgent, cosy. Loved proximity to Sky Train, just a short walk And the Metropolis Mall, Starbucks, numerous eating places. Perfectly situated for a city visit, whilst not actually downtown. Happy Hour:- good prices; wiine and beer choice were good too; and those little sliders were excellent.

Breakfast arrangement. If breakfast is not included it was $33 plus plus . Or you choose individual items and pay separately. Not great if you just want to pick a bit at breakfast.... Coffee awful. And why can't they have a separate bar area? We met a few times for their excellent Happy Hour, but had to share it with unruly, whining, children eating and running around.

The bathrooms are very outdated with really dark/bad lighting. The AC system only seemed to hit the bedroom of our king suite and not the living area. The ‘rooftop’ pool is actually only 1 lane, and on the 3rd floor… the hot tub is the size of a bathtub and the whole experience was a little lackluster compared to how it’s advertised. We still enjoyed and had fun but did not meet the advertised expectations. The buffet breakfast was insanely expensive! It’s advertised at $20 per person but it’s actually $32!! That’s not even close when you’ve got 4 people in your party.

I liked it. The hotel was modern and clean, and 6 min walk to the skytrain. Front desk was very good helpful.

Parking lot underground is confusing, turn right immediately at the bottom of steep driveway at the sign Hilton Hotel area is painted dark blue for hotel guests to park. We missed the sign and spent 25 mins going in circles trying to get out of the parkade then around the block again. I would suggest a sign be put on the stairwell that there is an elevator on opposite of stairwell. We hauled our suitcases up the stairs thinking there was no elevator in the immediate area.

The view was great, worried about traffic noise, but I didn't hear anything.

It smelled like food in the hallways because little China town below, there is a Crystal Mall. Room had no real kitchen Regular local traffic is ignorant, two way underground parking drive in and out. Noone takes turns, it's an horrible thing if you drive a truck. Most hog the lanes, Saturday gong show, Sunday was better... Close to sky train, mall. Only good thing about it was 3/4 windows around the room. And large tv.

Easy access to the Metrolink Large shopping Mall near the metro long with an amazing food hall open until 9 every night Plenty of eateries and coffee shops close by Rooms comfortable and clean

Sometimes it was difficult to get information for example first evening I would have liked to book a tour for the following day. There was no one able to help apart from a virtual message text no which didn’t work on my international phone One receptionist was excellent and informative , the others I didn’t find friendly at all

We arrived at the hotel on Christmas Eve. On the morning of the 25th, when we opened the door of our room, we found Christmas stockings hanging outside. They were filled with chocolates and decorated with candles. It was a delightful surprise for our two children, and they absolutely loved it. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful. It was the best experience we’ve ever had, and we will definitely go back there again.

Staff lovely and very helpful. Very quiet and pleasant hotel with generous room spaces. Very clean facilities and excellent restaurant. Very well located with only a 20 minute train ride to the centre of Vancouver. Great shopping mall at Metrotown, too.

Our room didn't get serviced one of the days, which was disappointing, as we were out of bathroom and kitchenette supplies, and had to ring down to request toilet paper, teabags, milk etc.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was very good.

When we entered the room, we were greeted by a dirty floor covered in food crumbs, it seemed they forgot to vacuumed the floor. The sink was overflowing, and it clogged whenever we used it. Furthermore, the door security locks were loose.
