The ambience was great . Both staff and other guests were nice and pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was great and fresh, with free coffee available anytime. The beds were comfortable too and room was big. There was enough space for free parking too.

Our bathroom had water issues and we couldn't change rooms because the hotel was full. Front desk gave us two cans of complementary soda as a way of apologizing. It will be a really great place to stay for work when the hotel is less full, considering that it's in a quiet area, away from the noise of major streets and the likes. Also, the room could have been cleaner, IMO.

The staff was so friendly and courteous. Very friendly atmosphere. There were a lot of people drinking outside and foot traffic with sports teams but we were on the top floor so we never heard them, just when we went down to the pool and outside. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options and staff was quick to refill anything that had been emptied. Check in and out was very quick and easy. The room was nice, and it fit our family with ease. Love that we could control the temperature in our room with ease. The pool was open and the kids loved going for a swim.

We had 2 adults and 3 children so our room was pricey, but a very nice large room with a full kitchen including a dishwasher and full fridge. Lots of foot traffic with teens from sports teams and parents drinking but it wasn't a huge issue.

Area looks recently developed and all the surrounding buildings appear new. Very quiet and safe. Easy on/off with the freeway. Breakfast location is just off the lobby and is very convient. Good selection of food plus offered fried eggs. Lobby has around the clock coffee and tea. Young lady who checked us in was very helpful. We requested a room with grab bars in the tub and she put us in 307. It was perfect and soon after accessing the room she called to make sure we were happy with it. Impressed with how pro-active she was.

Very clean- nice staff- had listed amenities- well kept- comfortable- safe and good breakfast- The should be the model for all hotels! Thanks folks for caring to get it right!

I prefer a hotel guide over a QR code or kinda random printed signage. (Lots of folks wondering when breakfast really is or what hours the pool is open) Maybe a simple print out at the desk when you check-in. Less costly than replacing guides in the rooms if these hours must change.

Staff! So extremely friendly and welcoming! Clean... Clean... Clean! Amazingly clean! Breakfast was included. A great perk. Time open wasn't the best, but we worked with it. Acceptable choices but with limited supply.

Location in industrial area so there is limited access to "fast food" or restaurants Jacuzzi was awesome but without an additional step into/out of the tub at its base; make's access into/out if the tub extremely challenging. It's an accident waiting to happen! It's almost 24 inches high to step into/out of. It's super slippery. Enter and exit the jacuzzi with the upmost of precautions!

The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. For example, Al initial room was hot as the air-conditioner was not working. After a short time, I came down to the reception to explain the situation and the staff immediately gave us another room opposite to where we had been staying. The problem was solved. The breakfast was a hot breakfast, and yes had a variety of food products.  The pool was an excellent addition to the stay. 

Breakfast was included in the accommodation price. However, we stayed at this hotel for work reasons and needed to be at work by 7 am. Breakfast started at 7 am. That being said, after the first night, the hotel changed the start time and breakfast to 6:30 am. They observed that many people were staying there for work but could not benefit from the breakfast, because of the late start. So it was a welcomed change.

No time for breakfast. Your bed mattresses top notch. I habe never had a better sleep at any other facility. Just send me one of those mattresses and I will be yours for life. Lol

Handicap bath could have been a little better. The grab bars for the toilet could be better situated for handcaped. It seems like the designers of these baths do not bother ssking mobile handicaped about the design. For example, a grab bar on the wall directly behind the toilet seat is rarely helpfull.

The location is out of town, at the edge of a new industrial estate; but there was plenty of space. The rooms were very large, each with2 queen beds; the hotel was spacious and very clean

The emphasis on recycling, in itself laudable, meant that everything was "throw-away"--coffee in cardboard cups etc. The coffee itself was fine, as was the equipment for making waffles.

Everything was good. Room and hotel were clean. Beds were comfortable. Liked that the hotel had room options with a mini kitchen. Was nice to have that extra little space😊

Wish the pool was bigger and that there was a hot tub. Not sure if other bathrooms in the rooms had a fan, but the room we were in...the bathroom didn't have a fan. Wish it did

The breakfast was good. The room was spacious. The hotel in a great location.

I am not happy that Booking.com did not reply to my specific request. You said you would answer my email in 48 hours and you haven't. Hampton Inn Brantford's elevators need oil or repair. The three taxes they charge need to presented upfront not hidden on their final bill.
