the indoor is very good, clean, brightness. comfortable. we can't open the door by electronic key, called the staff, she came shortly.

the check in process is quick complicated and requested to download APP, and to upload the picture of personal ID. requested too much personal information which makes me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. parking fee is quite expensive and haven't marked clearly at the booking.com website. so a kind of misleading that parking comes with the room package or it would come with a normal rate. but it was not . the price is even much higher than that of Toronto downtown. the unit balcony is dirty. no outdoor furniture

The vicinity which made everything convenient to visit friends and family .Felt uneasy that there was no one physically to greet and meet .But a lady that worked on the front desk for the condos (not The Laundry rental rooms ) was wonderful with advise . I think she should be employed by The Laundry Rooms as she would be an asset !

The lack of information in the room (non existent) Granted they sent a small blurb via email but not sufficient info .A nice info book in the rooms would be great !

Parking cost in addition. Parking lot so confusing for English as our car parks are designed differently. Leaving fob in apartment meant that if you were in the wrong area of the car park you were stuck - which we were! 🤣 Check in procedure took ages and key code can only be received via a text which on our phones we could not receive - only what’s app. Emailing option also needed

The space was great and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay in Cambridge. The digital key for access was also handy as I was arriving quite late, but was able to get my key prior to arrival. Would absolutely stay here again in future.

While the communication with Mandy (the Laundry Rooms Guest Experience Manager) was excellent, I received nine different emails prior to arriving at the Laundry Rooms, majority of which were requesting some type of interaction task (guest verification, agreement forms, downloading apps, access passports, etc). There seemed to be a lot of steps to the booking, which I feel could have been streamlined for a better customer experience. I was travelling from Ireland so I wasn't always seeing the emails straight away and it would leave you a bit anxious that you had missed a vital step. I would say there is a possibility that you would struggle if you weren't particularly tech-savvy as well.

The house was clean and full equipped for the stays. The rooms were spacious. The beds/pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for a small meal. The wifi was 19 out of 10 according to my kids 😀

We wished the apartment was closer to Toronto a little bit. But, we still loved the neighborhood. The downtown Cambridge is so peaceful and pretty.

Lots of space, full kitchen, beautiful big balcony. Big closet to hang clothes. TV in bedroom and living space. The surrounding area is very nice. Lots of activities in the gaslight district and walking trails along the river. Walking distance to public transit, restaurants and shopping.

Needed more garbage bags, laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs, because of our longer stay. Would have been nice to have outdoor seating.

Amazing apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms perfect for a family. Well-equipped kitchen and everything new in the apartment plus a very large balcony and a nice view, close to the city center. Good facilities (especially the large underground parking) and it took us a bit to get used to no reception or person to ask questions, but it was all fine eventually. I really cannot name one thing that we didn't like - it's pity that we couldn't stay longer.

Walking distance to restaurants, pubs and other entertainment venues. Located in the most historic district of Cambridge. (Old Galt) Great price. Lots of room. Beautiful views off of two separate balconies. Very quiet. I stay in and around Cambridge fairly frequently. This was by far the nicest lodging I have ever stayed i. It was also the best value of any lodging in the area. I will stay here regularly when in town.

If i was really digging, It would be nice if parking was included, or at least a few dollars cheaper. But, I'm not really complaining. Underground parking was convenient, spotlessly clean and had direct access to the apartment. Once you park, you no longer need your car. Everything is in walking distance.

The building and the unit were wonderful! So clean and modern, close to a lot of interesting things but nicely away from the busiest areas. The unit was wonderful and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable! Communication by text with the people behind the scenes was excellent. Always there immediately to answer any question.

It was a totally interesting way to check in to a hotel. Everything was done by text and by phone. Key was provided to a phone app When I was confused by parking they immediately responded and helped. But I didn't actually speak to anyone although we could reach a person if needed. Little apartment had everything we needed for our little getaway. It was quiet and comfortable.
